My party of 5 had fantastic time here with their shared dish menu style. We had about 6 appetizers, and ordered at least 3 second sets of dishes after living them, and 3 different empanada styles, which we split up to share. The service was quick and attentive and helpful, and the chef even came over to check on us. Our drinks were great and out food was incredible. It's a bit pricey for off strip, but for the price and service level, it's a great way to get out of main Vegas and experience a great local place! Everything from appetizers to desserts was honestly incredible so I'd suggest an open mind and appetite here because everything will be great! read more

Finally made it into @loadedempanadas! I am a Regular at @viabrasilvegas & the owner opened her new baby (Loaded Empanadas) I love Anna & the Food at Via is obviously amazing if I've been going there for over 5 years, several times a year! So, I of course KNOW the food has to be amazing at her new spot! It was not only my first time in her new restaurant, but my first time having an empanada! The flavors were next level! Can't wait to go back! The service was quick & friendly! Everyone was welcoming and the environment was clean & the decor was beautiful! Also, we saw Alberto there! Loaded Empanadas is my go to brunch spot. I can't get over how big the empanadas are and they have so many Empanada flavors. I love that they have so many different lunch specials. As I stated earlier, if I found myself back in Las Vegas (AND I knew I would be) that my dollars and my feet would bring me straight back to Loaded Empanadas. After getting off the plane , and getting settled, I went STRAIGHT BACK TO LOADED EMPANADA's. As before, the service was stellar. During the visit we were greeted by one of the owners (Adam), escorted us to our table AND welcomed us back to the restaurant . I believe that the prerequisite amount of small talk was had then he eloquently moved on to other guests. Our wait staff (Ana) was polite, dedicated and informational. As before, the atmosphere was exceptional. The music was rhythmic lulling you into a sense of calm, relaxation and just "great vibes." The meal ROCKED this evening just like it did the last time I visited. "ROCK ON" loaded empanadas. I believe that the cost was completely justified and reasonable for the meal that we ate. I will end the check in with this. My dollars AND my feet will be here the very next time I am wheels down in Sin City.... read more

An incredible experience that we weren't even expecting. Driving past we saw the sign for loaded empanadas, and the plan was to grab a few to go and shop around. The second we walked in we were greeted and told we had to sit down for the experience and it DID not disappoint. The Magic Mojo / pork empanada was AMAZING! We also got the mushroom soup and heart of palm wrapped in bacon. Our server was nice and kind. Every workers was just on top of everything. Amazing service, we were in awe. The restaurant itself has a fun vibe and even serve all their food on towers with fireworks and bubbles! MUST TRY! read more

Wow. Just an amazing experience. Savory food , fresh and fulfilling. Owner and her staff made our day as our kids did not want to try this place,,, their mood changed once the service began and we got transported to Argentina! Just great all around. Everything was phenomenal! The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. The food was *incredible*. We were visiting from southern California and are already trying to figure out when we can make the 4 hour drive just for this food! Two of the three in our group are gluten free and the staff helped us make sure everything was safe for us. There were so many gluten free options and was one of the best dining experiences I've had in the 6 years since I had to give up gluten! I cannot recommend eating here enough! read more

Saw this restaurant on Instagram & the wife decided to bring me here for a Birthday lunch. Located in Boca Park plaza. I had the Cubano & my wife had the Tropical Sea. We also ordered the Bacon wrapped dates. It was all sooo delish! We got the seasoned French Fries & Tomato Bisque. For dessert we ordered the Crème Brûlée empanada. Also very tasty. We came with high expectations and left a little disappointed, specifically with the service. Our server seemed nice enough, however took our drink orders and didn't even acknowledge my husband with his drink order. Next he comes back, we mention he didn't get my husband's drink order, he takes it and immediately follows shortly with "did you guys plan on ordering food?" like what? obviously. we ordered our food & the empanadas were great! They had wonderful flavor. We ordered a dessert empanada and churros, both of which were great as well. Overall, we're willing to try again and come back for their highly talked about brunch. Walking in, we found the ambiance to be very spirited and welcoming. The server, Jesus, was very friendly and sat us right away. We found the prices to be very fair and the portions a good size. Out of the two drinks we ordered, we enjoyed the Lychee Sangria the most (green one in the pic). All of the food was delicious. We had both, the Seafood & the Mushroom Empanadas, the Calamari, the Broccoli, The Tapioca Cheese Cubes and the Roasted Cauliflower. We feel the exterior of the Empanadas could have been just a little bit more well done and flaky.. but they were both still very delicious. I wasn't expecting much since most empanadas I've ever had before this tasted like too much dough and the filling-to-crust ratio have never been enjoyable to the bite. This placed changed that for me. Passion Chicken was the absolute favorite at the table, followed with The Cubano, and then Tha Classic. All had very unique tastes and complimentary dipping sauces, and the Tapas items were excellent and the portion size on all items were generous as no one left hungry. I would also recommend having the empanadas fried, it wasn't greasy and it enhanced the dough flavor. Great place, will go again. read more

I can't express the way I feel about my experience with Loaded Empanadas. I choose this place because of my past wonderful experiences with their other restaurant Via Brasil. Let me tell you! I am originally from New York and since moving to Vegas I have been in search of a real Empanada not these ones from places that say that they are original but hide behind pre brought dough and ingredients. Well my search is over! I found it and I felt like a kid at a candy store. These are the real deal. They are filled with flavorful ingredients not flat and small. The crust is tender and crispy. The dipping sauces compliment the many different flavors of Empanadas. Not to mention it was my birthday and they have an amazing birthday presentation that is well underpriced. Then came a personal cooking class! Yes a personal cooking class on how to make these wonderful pillows of deliciousness. The chef came out to us and did the class right there at the table. The drinks were fruity and beautiful presented. This included the non-alcohol version like I had. So many to choose from. The owner Anna made sure to make every table feel special by visiting and making sure that we all had exactly what we needed. She really does love her customers. Not to mention all her a staff has that same spirit and makes every customer their priority. My waitress Anna who is from Cuba (important to mention because their is more than one Anna) educated us on every dish we had and made sure that we were satisfied. She definitely pulled out the red carpet. Please all that follow my post take the time to relax and unwind at this wonderful restaurant. (4/5 for food, 1/5 for service) The empanadas were really good. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying! Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the girl working at the bar. She was very dismissive when explaining that happy hour is only for dine-in customers. What really bothered me was how she treated another customer. A guy from the Total Wine store nearby who seemed so nice and excited about the happy hour menu. He just wanted to get something to go, but she was even ruder to him, making a hand gesture that came off as shooing him away. He ended up walking out, which was sad to see. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but it really needs more welcoming and respectful staff to match the quality of the food. read more

The restaurant was a tight squeeze but very cute and modern. It has a second floor that looks like you can accommodate small parties. The service was amazing. I asked for the grand experience and I definitely got it. Even though we were alone on the 2nd floor they managed to consistently check on us to see if we needed anything. The presentation of the food and drinks was fun and cute. They even have someone using a bubble gun behind the server with our food and drinks that also came with sparklers. My mom and I came to try this place after driving by many times. You have to order at the counter through a screen. We both split the Philly and Tropical Sea. I enjoyed the Philly way more because in the tropical sea you couldn't even taste any of the shrimp. It was very mushy inside and I thought I was going to get whole shrimps. Not sure what they did with the shrimp, but why was it mushy? Was very disappointed to be honest. I didn't even want to finish it. I have to come back sometime to try other ones. read more

I was really hoping to try an empanada, but unfortunately I couldn't because I have a dairy allergy and the dough contains dairy. Thankfully, the waitress was very knowledgeable about how the items were prepared and helped me find a safe option. I ended up ordering the steak, which was delicious, and she also did a great job with the sangria I ordered. The service and food were exceptional...my only disappointment was missing out on the empanadas. That said, my husband said the original empanada was excellent. read more

Cute place and good idea but the owner was very opposed to all of our suggestion for improvements -says "we don't want to copy others" well to be honest it was terrible. The loaded rice was so plain boring lame like I could have made all this myself Absolutely nothing special and- It was over $100 for two people to eat on cardboard plates w plastic cutlery no way man skip it!!! One star for hot food, one star for the fireworks but that left us choking on the smoke anyway so.... thumbs down sorry people. read more

It starts with some costumed individual with a light beckoning you in then lends itself to a casual well appointed space, and then the ambiance begins to spiral into something very off putting and disjointed. No hostess that day, so we were a bit nomadic, but only for a short period of time. No servers, so you can order from the counter or off a QR code at your table and enjoy the self serve fast food at sit down prices, even down to the plastic silverware. All the sangrias on the counter didn't really call out to be tasted, so we passed. Some meals came with sparklers brought out by overly hyped bouncy runners, which well, whatever, but when those sparklers went out, the sulphuric stench that permeated the air was lingering and nauseating. The person running through blowing bubbles also initiated another WTF moment. The dine in experience is best described as a Chuck E. Cheese empanada night. Now for the best part, we had The Cubano, Passion Chicken, The Maze Ball, The Philly, & Bacon Wrapped Dates. All the fillings of the empanadas and their accompanying sauces were tasty, but the crust was a bit too doughy. The grossly overpriced bacon wrapped dates ($13 for 3 dates) were underwhelming, no need to ever revisit those again. I don't think this place knows what it wants to be when it grows up. I don't think I have the patience or the interest to find out and if I did it would be for takeout only. read more

I was at Loaded Empanadas for 2 days in a row! Great ambiance and located in Boca Park near Cheesecake Factory. I attended a networking event and tried a number of empanadas on 3 Towers and for lunch Cuban Empanadas for a friend's birthday celebration. Loved how Ana Gomez (the owner) presented bacon date wraps, and a delicious tropical roll. All the food was delicious and definitely will be back and have my events there! The staff is great too! Anna and Jesus again top notch service. Everything homemade including the delicious flan! Highly recommended! read more

In a word - delightful. We came here after trying to eat at Kona Grill and not receiving anything we ordered after 40 minutes. What a hidden gem. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Not sure if I would return. I asked if they could process a to-go order and they said yes. I specifically asked how long since I was on a time-crunch and agreed to place an order since I was told only 10 min. A ten minute wait turned into almost 40 min. I only ordered 2 empanadas and the tropical salad. I asked 3 different servers how much longer...each replied with a basic response of "Your order will be out any minute now." Did they go and physically check on my order? Nope. They just returned to what they were doing. I complained about being lied to and got an eye roll from the staff. Were the empanadas good? Yes. But proper service, communication and wait times are crucial in the food industry as well. I should have just picked a different restaurant instead. read more

We originally went in to order take out but the restaurant was so cozy and inviting we decided to stay. Our server and really all the servers were fun and engaging. Service was the best! We ordered the Cheesy Dice and Shrimp Al Ajillo both were amazing some of the best shrimp I have ever eaten and the hearts of palm that accompany-so good! The empanadas were good- we ordered the Magic Mushroom and the Cuban. They were tasty especially the sauce for the mushroom empanada. AMAZING! Such a fun place for families. Food comes out with sparklers. A group was there playing a card game. Go and you will have a good time and meal. read more

A few months ago there was a QR code sign-up (a sign next to the register and inside the door) promoting to link your credit card with DoorDash to earn Hui Lau Shan rewards when you paid either online or in-store with the credit card that you linked. The rewards program is to earn $5 for every $100 spent in-store or online when using the linked credit card. I included photos! My mom had recently earned a $5 credit and went to redeem the code in-store which it gives the option to (also included photos)! When she asked to redeem the rewards the person at the register apparently yelled at my mom, telling her that she was trying to scam them and not believing that she could have possibly spent $100 at their store... When she tried to explain and showed him the DoorDash link that is sent to her phone every time you make a purchase there, which keeps track of the money spent towards a reward, she was told off again. She said the employee made her feel belittled in front of the rest of the customers because he was being extremely loud and rude. She gave my brother a call to ask if she was asking incorrectly and we were so confused that she'd been treated this way that we told her to just leave and not buy anything. I say confusing because there's a worker there that usually fulfills our order and he's always been kind and literally knows what we look like because we go so often. This was an employee my mom hadn't ever seen and was just taken aback. It's pretty disappointing because we've recommended this place to so many people because we LOVE mango and we liked the service. For my older mom to be met with such a response is pretty silly, especially since the rewards program is $5 for every $100 spent. For added context, I gave them a call to speak to a manager and they, apparently, weren't in! I have a feeling they won't be in regardless of when I call. The employee who asked about the rewards also didn't know what I was referring to and I tried to explain but at this point it is moot. What were we trying to scam them of, exactly? A $5 reward we earned and wanted to redeem, because we linked our credit card through their promoted rewards program?? Additionally, what about my mom made this employee believe we couldn't possibly afford $100 worth of desserts over a 2-3 month period of time? To end this off, we're pretty miffed about the whole experience and we'll miss the gentleman who treated us kindly.

Each order comes with two empanadas and about the size of a hand from the bottom of the palm to the tip of your middle finger. Tonight, we tried out Loaded Empanadas, a new spot at Las Vegas, and it was a great experience! The empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with delicious fillings. One of them had fish and potatoes, which was really unique and flavorful. They also came with a dipping sauce that paired perfectly. We also had some bruschetta-style bites topped with roasted veggies, which were fresh and tasty. The whole place had a relaxed vibe, making it great for a family meal. My kids enjoyed it, and it was nice to have some Guaraná, a Brazilian soda, to drink. The service was amazing. Everything was super clean and we enjoyed dinning in the modern contemporary style. Overall, a great place for empanadas, drinks, and dancing! It's worth it mentioning that the restaurant's art and ambiance is top notch. We will definitely be back soon! read more

This is a fantastic spot for date night or to impress someone special! My husband and I shared a pitcher of lychee-flavored sangria with champagne, which was delicious and more than enough for us to enjoy about three drinks each. The presentation was a fun surprise, with sparklers on the pitcher adding a unique, celebratory touch! The atmosphere upstairs is perfect, with cozy, dim lighting and cute lamps on each table, creating an intimate vibe. As an introvert, I appreciated the option to scan a QR code to order and pay right from my phone, making it easy to get our food without waiting for a server. We had an incredible experience at Loaded Empanada in Boca Park (Rampart)! My daughter celebrated her 21st birthday there, and the entire team made it truly unforgettable. A big thank you to Anna from Brazil -- your vibrant energy and kindness set the tone for such a special night. Gina was also wonderful -- so helpful, attentive, and kind. And the gentleman working with them (wish I got his name!) was just as friendly and welcoming. The service was top-notch, the food was absolutely delicious, and the happy hour was a fantastic bonus! From the moment we walked into Loaded Empanadas, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. We were seated promptly, and the service throughout our visit was absolutely top-notch. A big shoutout to Gina and the two Annas--their service was over the top! Friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, they made the whole experience memorable. Loaded Empanada is a gem! From the Empanada section, we tried The Cubano, The Philly, and Magic Mushroom. Each one was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We also ordered a few items from the Tapas menu--Garlic Steak, Popcorn Calamari, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates. Every dish was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. The highlight of our visit was meeting the owner, Anna. She was incredibly personable and made us feel right at home. The customer service here is truly top-notch, making the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back for more! First of all I want to start off by saying I loved the food!! It was all fresh and tasted amazing. I wish I could give six stars if I could. The staff is great as well as the owners Adam and Anna. As soon as I opened that door I felt welcomed right away. The music the smiles just everything about Loaded Empanadas is FANTASTIC!! Finally the vibe of the place is greatly too. The colors the paintings and lighting is just AMAZING. The food is fantastic. I had the Cuban empanada, which consisted of ham, cheese, & pickle in a delicious, flaky crust, accompanied by a mayo dipping sauce. Additionally, I had the cheese dice and the Brazilian soda, and everything just went together so nicely. As for the service, the food came out fast and hot. You have 2 options when ordering, either at the table, or directly at the counter. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very chill, easy to relax and just eat your food. Despite being a Saturday night, the restaurant was not busy. From the beginning to the end of our meal, the waiter with a paw tattoo on his right wrist was rude and condescending. He felt the need to interject into our conversation, making disparaging comments as we ate dinner and even afterward. This place is incredible! The bread on the empanadas is outstanding--sweet, soft, and so delicious. The prime cuts of meat are amazing, sourced from their other restaurant, Via Brasil. I first visited the location at 9320 W. Flamingo with a couple of friends. The moment I walked in, something about the place made me feel like I was back in DR. The cafe is beautiful, colorful, and has such a warm Latin feel to it that I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. And then, of course, there are the empanadas! They have so many different varieties, beef, chicken, shrimp, egg, and many others. The three of us each ordered one and then got an extra one so we could share and try another flavor. I was surprised by how filling they are! One empanada can definitely satisfy you, and everything we tried was very tasty. They also have other Latin bites, including yuca and a potato ball filled with meat, along with pastries, sweets, cold drinks, iced coffee, and hot coffee. It's a great place to sit with friends, have a bite and a coffee, and try something a little different. The young ladies working there were also very friendly and added to the pleasant experience. I enjoyed it so much that the very next day, on my way to a doctor's appointment, I thought of Empanada Factory when I wanted to bring something for the staff at the office. This time I called their Town Square location, which was more convenient for me, and ordered a dozen assorted empanadas, two of each variety. They were a hit! Everyone at the doctor's office loved them and commented on how delicious and surprisingly filling they were. It turned out to be the perfect thing to bring and share. So whether you're looking for somewhere different to meet friends for a casual bite, want an empanada with a refreshing iced coffee or a pastry, or need something delicious to bring to an office, business, gathering, or someone you simply want to treat, Empanada Factory is a great choice. It's about the principle and the customer service. For a $15 burrito, refusing to refund a $2 upcharge for something I didn't even receive makes absolutely no sense. That $2 just cost you more than $2, because you lost me as a customer. That whole interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth. The burrito might be called Effin Egg, but the customer service was the real "effin" part of the experience.

Now, let's get to the FOOD. We ordered the quarter chicken with rice and french fries and decided to try the papa rellena. LISTEN. That papa rellena changed things for me. I am NOT Peruvian, I do not know how to make Peruvian food, and I fully accept that somebody's Peruvian auntie may read this and tell me my description is completely wrong. That's okay! But the best way I can describe it is this delicious, crispy, deep-fried mashed potato stuffed with seasoned steak. WHY HAS NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS BEFORE?! It was absolutely divine. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and I could have easily ordered another one. Honestly, I might come back just for that. And the rest of the food did not disappoint either. The chicken was tender and juicy, the fries were crispy and golden, and even the rice was perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. So yes, I walked in as the person who "doesn't really do Peruvian food" and walked out wondering where my next papa rellena is coming from. Consider me converted. It comes with 3 sauces. I got half a chicken with fried plantains and fries. The white sauce paired well with the fries. The green sauces were good with the chicken. The chicken itself is flavorful. The sauces were to accentuate that flavor. The fries were made with real potatoes. They're thick and fluffy on the inside. The plantains were deliciously sweet, naturally caramelized 4/5 I meant to get picarones after my meal but I got distracted by the loud noises inside the restaurant so, I didn't.
