    The Classic

It is a tiny place with big flavors. I went there for an event and the servers were so great about checking on us as we moved around the restaurant. The empanada were super flaky and flavorful. The lychee sangria was refreshing and boozy. The tables are tiny and close together but it adds to the cozy atmosphere. The parking is very busy so plan ahead to travel together if you can.

I love books, especialy mystery books! But If you love food /games / and little drama, it's a fun night. Just don't eat your empanada too fast -- you'll need both hands when it's time to point out the killer of "who done it" Original empanada was my favorite. Next time is the tower to die for!

*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2026 menu *** This has been one of my bookmarks for a while now, and when I saw it on the RW list, I picked a date and locked it in. I went for their lunch menu. For the empanada--and there are many--I chose the Cubano with pork, ham, pickle and white cheddar in their special mayo sauce. The empanada was served with a small container of Mojo aioli. The service was Was different from the publisged menu. Course 2 was served first and it was perfect! I ordered the mushroom soup. It was very hearty and served very hot. For the empanada course, the Cubano was a good choice. The flavor that came through the most was the pulled pork. The other ingredients stated on the menu didn;t stand out as much. The mojo aioli was outstanding. For dessert, there isn't a choice at lunch. It is flan and it was very good. It was very close to what my wife's aunt used to make to spoil me. Soft, creamy, with a great flavor, it was a perfect ending to this lunch. I definitely will be back. They also gave me my choice of seating and I chose the back to watch the FIFA match between Canada and Bosnia Herzegovina. What a way to enjoy lunch!

AWESOME!!!! AWESOME!!!! AWESOME!!! I don't know what was better the food or the people that work there! This place is fantastic! We went there for the first time for happy hour and they had great selection of appetizers and such food and some great Sangria's. The food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Make sure to ask for Jesus to take care of you although I will say everybody we came in contact with absolutely fantastic! We will be back over and over again! This is for sure going to be our new favorite happy hour spot!

Very good! I placed a mobile order but was a little nervous where I could park because that lots is always crazy. Luckily they have quite a few 15 minute parking spots. I was greeted when I walked in by two friendly members of the staff. It's super cute inside and the music outside was a nice touch. I ordered the passion chicken empanadas with a side of cheese rolls. I've had the empanada at the Brazilian location so I knew what to expect. Very delicious and great portion.

I love this place so much! Their food is fantastic and home made. The service is incredible annndddd they have so many events taking place all the time, you'll never get bored! There was a murder mystery going on downstairs while we painted away a beach scape upstairs. It was a blast and we'll be back for sure!!

As some1 with lactose intolerance- I still recommend this place! It's worth the pain. The coconut water was served in a fresh coconut and you could also scrape the coconut meat! (Reminds me of back home in the Ph!) The food was all so good- we had a few lot of entrees, mozzarella squares, eggplant, banana- a few more I can't remember. I do remember I loved all the food! The servers were so nice and accommodating. We got a space a bit to the back of the restaurant since we were also exchanging little gifts. Their space was so clean-- and the bathroom was so pretty!

Welcome to Loaded Empanadas! The restaurant is located on 750 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. They quickly bring out a couple ice waters. For our Sangria Tower we are having the Traditional Red (red wine with orange and blackberry blends), Just Peachy (peach, strawberry, pineapple with white wine) and Lychee Sangria (Champagne with lychee juices). Oh my! What presentation! That's a lot of alcohol! I'll start with the Traditional Red. It's very tasty and not very strong. Each is nicely garnished. I'm now trying the Just Peachy. It's nice! Cute garnish and tasty! Not overly strong. For my next drink, I'm trying the Lychee Sangria. This is probably my favorite! For our meal, we are having the Loaded Empanadas which are going to be Passion Chicken (chicken and mango salsa in passion fruit sauce served with spicy mango sauce), Tropical Sea (sweet maple glaze shrimp, peppers, caramelized pineapple served with a spicy remoulade) and Magic Mojo (Mojo-marinated pork, corn and carrot served with a spicy guacamole sauce). The owner even did a table touch! First up is Magic Mojo (pork). This is good! I love that fruity sauce! I've asked for a hot peppers. They only have malaguetas. What are those? That's a first for me! Let's see how these are! They have kick! Next up is the Passion Chicken. The sauce tastes a bit like mango. I like it! The last one is the Tropical Sea. This is yummy! The sauce is a bit cheesy and yummy! These hot peppers really help me down it all! What a great brunch here! Those empanadas are filling (I only ate 4). What a great meal here!

I stopped in after getting my hair done next door. First off this place is adorable! Intimate, like it would be good for a date night! There is also an upstairs area! The service was next level! Everyone I encountered was perfect and more than willing to take the time to explain everything on the menu. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick; I maybe waited 15 minutes. On Tuesday they do buy two get one free for tapas so I took advantage! The chicken mango empanadas were fantastic! But everything on the menu looked good! Bacon wrapped dates were a win! Brussel sprouts were good, but a little too sweet for me and the bruschetta like thing was tasty! I would strongly recommend and will return!

I have had Loaded Empanadas on my list and was glad to see them on Restaurant Week which allowed me to help Three Square. I had their 3 course lunch special at midafternoon. They were not very busy and service was fast and my server Alejandra was friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant has a comfortable vibe with upbeat Latin music. I chose the Tropical Sea Empanada with sweet maple glazed Shrimp, caramelized pineapple and peppers and served with Spicy Remoulade Sauce. The Empanadas come 2 to an order and you can choose baked or fried. The baked take a little longer but that was my choice and did not disappoint. Simply Delicious. My choice of side was Yum Yum Broccoli. Perfectly cooked Brussels Sprouts with roasted garlic and paprika oil. Dessert was Chocolate Mousse. Smooth, intense chocolate with a whipped cream topping. A chocolate overload I look forward to returning as they have many other items that appear appetizing.

Loaded Empanadas was a really nice surprise and an easy recommendation in Vegas. The standout was the Passion Chicken empanada--a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy that totally works with the side sauces, and feels bold without being gimmicky. Definitely not what you expect, in the best way. The ambiance and decor add to the experience, paired with music that makes you curious rather than fading into the background. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, happy to walk you through the menu. Not a life-changing empanada, but a solid find for something quick, flavorful, and a little unexpected. I'd happily come back to try more.

My first time to dine here, and it's on the eve of my birthday for a happy hour too. Excellent food quality and presentation, and nice ambience with latin music! And the service is superb especially Jesus and Dante. What a great experience!!! I love it!

One word: WOW. The food here was amazing! The service was great and the ambiance was cute. What we ordered as a family of 4: magic mushroom, veggie bomb, tropical sea, shrimp al ajillo, shishito peppers, crème brûlée empanada, churros and an order of chicken bites with fries. They said everything was made in house - even the chicken bites and fries (never from frozen). We were so surprised on the taste. The food was fresh, delicious and even my kids loved it. They are the biggest food critics. Our server gave us recommendations and always checked on us. They even gave our kids a cool ball game to play after we ate our food while we were ready to leave and pay the tab. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant. You won't regret it. Prices are above average when you think of empanadas, but they are in Summerlin and you pay for the experience. We ate everything. No food left for leftovers. We will be back!!!

    Dessert: churros (so good)

The latter two are vegetarian and I wanted to go for a vegetarian friendly restaurant just for them. The olive oil tasting was my idea so I also had to choose the restaurant. My LTP and I actually went to a different tapas restaurant about a month ago and we loved it. So I wanted to try one of these again. Our tasting was scheduled to start at 6:00pm and I booked a reservation for 4:00pm through OpenTable. They have a very spacious patio, but due to the excessive heat warning in place at the time, we decided to dine inside. I didn't look at their hours of operation beforehand, so when we walked in, it was empty. Then I noticed that they open at 4:00pm on Saturday's and we were literally the first customers inside. We got a spacious table near the back of the restaurant, where our waiter for the day was Zach. He explained to us that all their food on the menu is based out of Spain, especially the paella, which takes about 40 minutes to cook and is meant to serve about two-four people. We started off with some drinks, where I got the mango margarita, my LTP and my dad respectively got the Atomic Duck and the El Pato Loco Mexican Lager from Able Baker, and my mom and my best friend's mom and stepdad shared a bottle of Chardonnay. While the margarita was on a bit of the sweet side compared to other margaritas I've had, it was still really good and it had a really fruity taste to it. We ordered the following and all six of us shared most of them; short rib pintxo, pork belly pave, patatas bravas, ole mis croquetas, iberico dates, and chicken tinga/braise short rib empanadas. Initially, I ordered just the chicken tinga for myself and my LTP was supposed to get the braise short rib, but my plate had chicken tinga and braise short rib together. That was ok, though, because both the chicken and short rib were absolutely delicious. The short rib pintxo came on a stick, with the rib falling off the stick as I took the first bite out of it. The pork belly pave was cooked perfectly. The patatas brava were spicy, but I would say 'good' spicy. The croquetas were overall one of my favorites; when I sliced it down the middle with my fork, the mashed potato filling spilled out of it. Hands down, Tres was a fantastic restaurant. The portions weren't too big or too small and everything here was so good. Would love to sit on their patio when the weather becomes cooler!

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

I guess this makes you full but it became repetitive and sometimes overpowered the actual dish.

I'm especially proud to support this small, Filipino-owned restaurant and its talented Filipino chef and owners. The interior is clean and welcoming, with a casual yet romantic ambiance. The food, hospitality, and overall atmosphere make this place feel special and authentic. Definitely a hidden gem worth supporting. I can't wait to come back! Get the Lengua Salpicao ! You won't regret it.

The lengua salpicao was the best we've had in town (in the US, even)! So tender, so delicious, with so much umami. And the focaccia with the heritage butters! Wow. Just wow. Our taste buds were on for a scrumptious adventure, and these are just a couple of the things we had from their menu (everything else we ordered was fantastic)! The restaurant is clean and cozy, giving an elevated casual modern dining vibe. Parking is super convenient and easy. To top it all off, their hospitality is top tier. Here in the Las Vegas Valley, I can count the few restaurants that have radiated this level of warmth, heart, and care on just one hand. And Rang's Cocina Moderne is right there on top. Benedict was very conversational and helped us navigate his favorites on the menu. His recommendations were all stellar, and included a collaboration ale from overseas that I absolutely enjoyed! We would come back just to enjoy Benedict's hospitality, but with Chef Rang and her food also being top tier, it's a no brainer - We will be back!

Atmosphere here is very Japanese very well decorated and super authentic from the way the Bar is designed to the layout of the entire restaurant. They have a lot of specials for food and drinks also check the menu on the table for the specials of the day. I always get something from the grilled menu whether it's grilled corn the Wagyu beef and chicken skewers and also Gyoza is my go to. I also get Hamachi sashimi and even the yellowtail belly Nigiri is amazing. All of their fish here seems really really fresh always cut to perfection and It never disappoints. For the Main dishes their TonKatsu is always crispy, and I get their YakiTori bowl. The chashu bowl is super tasty. The dinner has combinations that you can pair together with your dish, such as miso soup and California roll. The miso soup here the best I have ever had. They have a large selection of alcohol. Japanese sake and Shochu and whiskey. Of course they are famous for the freezing Chu-hai this I highly recommend. Whatever you're in the mood for I'm sure you'll find something here to snack on grub on and even get your drink on. I highly recommend you stop in and check this place out. Happy eating and enjoy..
