The restaurant looks new on the outside. The inside is decorated Mexican style. It's open seating with ceiling fans, adding to the comfort. The server greeted me and led me to my table. This is one of a few places that have an all-vegan menu. I chose to sample three of the recommended vegan meats for my tacos: al pastor (wheat based), chik-end (soy based), and carnitas (jackfruit). All were good. My fav was the Al pastor. If I wasn't full, I would have tried the other two vegan meat options. I guess that's for next time! read more

Okay Mexican food, good chips though. Service was decent but they were playing extremely loud music and it made it very hard to have a meal with family since it was impossible to have a conversation. Hubs and I were part of a large group tonight, visiting for the first time. Let me tell you that the Los Dos Amigos Tacos Supreme and Quessabirria were spectacular, amongst tasty offerings. We ordered five dishes to share (see pictures), plus two alcoholic drinks, all in for a good price with leftovers for tomorrow. The folks we interacted with were great, the place was spotless, and parking easy. We ordered exclusively from the extensive dedicated vegan menu this time, and would like to come back to try the other vegan dishes out and check out the regular menu. Why not a 5-star review? The flutas were a bit overdone, several orders took awhile to appear, and we were surprised to see a tip and service charge added before another tip line with 18%+ suggested. We decided to try this place because it replaced another place that was in this location. We are always looking for a new Mexican places to go to. This place did not disappoint. The inside is very nice. The service was wonderful it did take a little while for us to get our drinks but it was just because there was only one person serving at the time so we were patient. Great Mexican food, this place is spacious and can take up a lot of customers, high ceilings, booth and table seating. They ave a wide selection of food for both the meat lovers and vegetarians or vegans. Not sure about gluten free options, I didn't really look closely but it's always a nice to have on menus. Service was great! Fast! One thing I didn't see on the menu is the horchata, but on the check it was marked as aguas frescas, so I learned something new. BEST horchata I've had! And omg their home made chips are so good, can't beat homemade! The salsa was good too a little spicy . I like it more tomatoey with some chunks of onion but it was really good! I had a slow cooked pork plate, highly recommend, the portions were so big o couldn't finish it so I had my friends help me out lol. I'll definitely come back for more! read more

Wanted to try a New Mexican restaurant and the one we were originally going to try was too packed so we decided to check this place out and I'm glad we did! We loved the variety of food options, including vegan options! The food was homemade and made to order, even the chips! This place is also great for larger parties as there was a few when we walked in. I will say only thing we didn't like was, we said no chicken for the enchiladas but they made it seem like it came with chicken so we said chicken on the side and then got charged for adding chicken other than that we're glad to say we found a New Mexican restaurant when on this side of town. read more

Mushrooms was a great pick! But the green sauce was pretty sour...maybe accidentally too much lime? With a high dairy sensitivity, didn't think I'll ever get to eat an enchilada again. Glad I have options here. $11.99 Meat Burrito. Al Pastor was the SO's pick with less beans. It comes with cheese. SO enjoyed the burrito. $15.99 Meat (Birra) Nachos. I asked for no beans, no sour cream, and cheese replacement with vegan cheese. Yum! Nachos are home fried!! Not the $4ish for Jamaica drink. $4.99 Vegan Flan was sold out for a couple days. I used to eat here when it was Pancho's Kitchen, probably about 5 yeas ago. I always loved it. Now it's under new ownership, but they still have a vegan menu. They get a lot of their vegan meats from Pancho's Vegan Tacos, which are delicious. I've enjoyed burritos, street tacos, quesabirria tacos, carne asada fries, and more. The food is delicious, and the employees are nice and chat with you, ask you what you thought of the food and tell us about their vegan menu. Food is delicious, customer service is terrible. Have been trying to book a reservation for 15 plus party here for a birthday. I called 4 times throughout the week with no answer, so I finally go to the restaurant to see if they can accommodate. The lady working could not give me a solid answer yes or no and said she would call me in 2 days. I gave a call the next day to see any if there were any updates, no updates same answer. The day comes I am supposed to hear from them and they did not give me a call all day, after telling me I would receive a call in the morning. Great family owned sit down restaurant. The most flavorful chips I've ever had. Salsa is mild with a little kick on the back end. Birria Chimichanga was reasonably priced and amazing flavors. A nice big clean dining room greeted us upon entry. The decor is nice and simple with festive Mexican music playing. Tri-colored corn chips were served with excellent red salsa. I got the Chile Colorado and she got the fish tacos. Both were very tasty and had ample portions. The rice and beans were served hot, along with the rest of the meal. Service was good and friendly. Free churros were served after we finished. They were stuffed with caramel and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Overall, we were very impressed with this new place that replaced Pancho's. read more

I very much wanted to like this restaurant. First the good, the staff is very nice and make you feel welcome. My wife ordered the fajitas and they were very good and flavorful. A very nice touch were the corn tortillas which we were told are made fresh on the premises, they no doubt were since they emmited a smell that made your mouth water. The guacamole was also very good. We were aware that the restaurant had recently changed hands. The new owner is very nice and personable. As with any new venture growing pains are always present and there are learning curves. So my observations are intended to improve the establishment since I very much want to see it succeed since I am a foodie and will return. We were the second table to be seated and the sixth or seventh to be served, the wait was a little to prolonged not to be mentioned. It's possible that the kitchen prep prior to opening was not started with sufficient time to be ready when orders were placed. I ordered 3 tacos so I could sample a variaty of items. Birria queso, carne asada and al pastor. The beef and al pastor were very good quality meat, flavorful and well-seasoned. The Birria taco was mostly cheese and very greasy. The tortilla chips were hard and some were stuck together (greasy). This is a restaurant and the tacos were the size of street tacos which would have been alright except they were a bit expensive for the size. I am well aware inflation has taken a toll on all businesses but if you inflate the price don't shrink the product. At the end of the meal we waited an extensive amount of time after our credit card was picked up to pay our bill. Not sure what was going on but again others who had arrived after us were serviced and had departed. It's possible they were having issues with the terminal but an explanation would have been appreciated. I plan on going back!!!! read more
