Yelp Review 2026 #213: Peru has some of the best restaurants in the world and I do love Peruvian chicken. I used to go to a Peruvian chicken spot in a sketchy part of town but they're out of business. Off to Peru Chicken Gold I went...which is also in a sketchy part of town. We just got seated and handed the menu and two minutes later, a server asked us if we were ready to order. And this was the recurring pattern with diners who came in after us. There's so many choices I wanted to get: lomo saltado, pan con chicharron (there's sandwich place in Lima that was made popular by their chicharron sanguich), and ceviche. But since they're called "Peru CHICKEN", I decided to get their chicken. Pollo à la Brasa: Rotisserie chicken. You can get it by the quarter, half or whole; with or without 2 sides of your choice. It comes with 3 sauces. I got half a chicken with fried plantains and fries. The white sauce paired well with the fries. The green sauces were good with the chicken. The chicken itself is flavorful. The sauces were to accentuate that flavor. The fries were made with real potatoes. They're thick and fluffy on the inside. The plantains were deliciously sweet, naturally caramelized 4/5 I meant to get picarones after my meal but I got distracted by the loud noises inside the restaurant so, I didn't.

This is our first time and I'm glad we tried it. Our meal was delicious and flavorful ands the portions are huge !!! My steak was cooked to how I liked it, medium rare, and the rotisserie chicken was delicious and tender. Next time I come I'll try a different dish. We have very attentive waitresses. It's very casual, spacious dining room and good air conditioning !! Plenty of parking.

Peru Chicken Gold expanded to its fourth location on Tropicana and Rainbow. You'll find them near Frijoles & Frescas, next to Little Caesars and LV Eyebrow Threading. There's plenty of parking. Grand opening was on May 7, 2026. Inside is a casual atmosphere with good seating and great AC. There's TV to watch sports game. Menu offers a nice selection of chicken rotisserie, appetizers, soup and salad, sandwiches, carnes, saltados, chaufas, grill, mariscos, sides, drinks, and desserts. I ordered my go-to for Tacu Tacu Montado ($15) with over medium fried egg, very filling and delicious! It's not on the menu but they cooked the rice and beans as pan-fried, served hot, and comes with sliced tomato and sarza criolla (crisp red onion relish). I was asked if I wanted sauce, they have ají amarillo (yellow sauce) and ají verde (green sauce). I chose yellow sauce which is mild, not too spicy, has a nice creaminess that goes well with rice and beans, and taste really good! Also had Papa a la Huancaina ($12), very appetizing and tasty! This reminds me of a chilled potato salad, made with boiled potatoes served cold, and covered in creamy yellow sauce. For dessert, Helado de Lucuma ($9) has a delightful sweetness similar to butterscotch, served as two scoops of Lucuma ice cream made of Lucuma fruit, garnished with Doña Pepa Peruvian cookie, it's not too sweet and yummy! Service from Claudia is very kind, welcoming, courteous, attentive, and friendly!

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly. They offered us a seat and immediately took our drink orders. We ordered the lomo saltado and the quarter chicken with sides. The steak (lomo satado) was soft, juicy, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the flavor was incredible. Throughout our meal the staff checked in on us and refilled our beverages. We ended the meal with the picarone ice cream sandwich. The dough was crispy and the lucuma ice cream was sublty sweet and taste like maple. 10/10 I also love that this is a family owned business.

The food is really good, the servers are attentive and sweet, and I don't listen to Peruvian music but my hips be swaying to how bomb the food is. They play the music in a low volume that isn't intrusive so the atmosphere is chill! My girlfriend got the tallarines verde con bistec, and the steak was cooked wonderfully! The green spaghetti was very flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfect! I got the arroz chaufa de carne and I loved it! What really stood out to me was the aroma that hits your nose when it arrived to our table, very similar to what you get from a wok hei. It looks and sounds like a simple fried rice dish but they do simple very well! I love adding the aji verde and aji huacatay they provide you and it's an awesome flavor combo I'm not accustomed to. Def adding this place to my rotation of restaurants to come back to

This place has the best chicken Peruvian style in the whole state of Nevada!!!! Very authentic Peruvian flavor and service is top notch and kind, the ambiance is very nice inside with few tv screens to watch, the menu has a variety of Peruvian dishes to choose from, the chef is the best to cook the chicken with his secret recipe , will comeback and we recommend this place to everyone in town and tourist to come check this new place!!!

The takeout this time left much to be desired. The chicken was so dry I had to drink water to swallow the meat. The seasoning just tastes like cumin. No sauce given and the fries are awful. Soggy soft pieces. Fry them more please

    Very tasty chicken.
    Rob K.

Amazing! I got 1/2 chicken and 2 sides with fries and rice. It is enough food for two people. The chicken is very tasty. Juicy and full of flavor. The fries were great and rice is good. Yellow sauce is mild and creamy. Green sauce is where it's at. A little spicy and tastes like Peru. Service was quick and easy. Young lady is nice and friendly. Place is clean with a south American vibe.

Yummylicious, will come again! Good services and good foods, good location. My first time come here and nice atmosphere.

Today I had the chance to visit the new Peru Chicken restaurant located at Rainbow, and I had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their pollo à la brasa is, in my opinion, one of the most authentic versions you can find in Las Vegas. I also noticed that this new location has added some new dishes to the menu, including aeropuerto, which i immediately ordered because I haven't eaten since my last visit to Peru, and I was craving it for some time now. Overall, I highly recommend Peru Chicken Golden to anyone looking for authentic Peruvian food in Las Vegas. If you live nearby, give it a try--you'll enjoy delicious food and a friendly, welcoming experience from the staff.

    Isabel B.

Amazing food and service! Me and my family ordered pollo a la brasa and the chicken was very delicious as always. The aeropuerto fried rice was amazing too, I would definitely recommend it! Everything was tasty, fresh, and well-served. For anyone who is looking for Peruvian food, come to this place and try it out! We will definitely be back.

It's our third time eating here this month. Once TO-GO and twice was dining in. The wait staff are incredibly helpful, and took their time explaining different options on the menu. There are plenty of space to pull tables together for bigger parties. most of the tables are 4 seaters.

Authentic peruvian food and amazing Services. Spacious and comfortable ambiance. 100% recommended.

The ceviche de pescado is fresh and tastes amazing. Staff is friendly, courteous and fast. Highly recommend this place.

He was attentive when around, and there was someone always coming around and filling our water, but it did take a bit to get our order in and receive our food. The food was absolutely delicious! I can't remember the name of my meal, but it had steak with chimichurri, fried plantain, pico, avocado, beans, rice and an egg. My favorite part was definitely the steak! It was perfectly cooked and the chimichurri added the best brightness that the dish needed! There are so many spots in Vegas so I'm not sure I'd come back but I definitely enjoyed it.

Every food item on the Happy Hour menu is $12, which makes it a great way to try a variety of dishes without spending a fortune in Vegas. We ordered the shrimp tacos, CHICA nachos, Firecracker Wings, quesa-birria empanadas, potato flautas, shrimp ceviche, and ahi tuna bites. Everything was absolutely delicious, and there honestly wasn't a bad dish in the bunch. One thing to keep in mind is that these truly are small plates. Don't expect a lot of food with each $12 dish. They're perfect for ordering several different things and sharing, but if you're really hungry, you'll definitely want to order multiple plates. The Firecracker Wings had a really nice kick to them. We loved the spice, but if you have a lower spice tolerance, be careful with those! Also, a heads-up about the shrimp ceviche: CHICA's version is more tomato-based rather than the bright, lime-forward ceviche you might be expecting. It was still really good, but if you don't like tomato-based ceviche, that's definitely something to know before ordering. For drinks, we tried the CHICA-Rita, Palomita, and Tommy's Margarita. They were running a 2-for-1 drink special for $21 total, which was such a great deal, especially for Vegas. Between the absolutely delicious food, fun atmosphere, and Happy Hour pricing, we really enjoyed CHICA. It's a great spot if you like ordering a bunch of small plates for the table and getting to try a little bit of everything.

The sandwiches here are like no others. They are very generously packed with filling and were on a very good quality rolls. The Pork sandwich was PACKED with lots of flavorful pork and some sweet potato. The sweet potato gave the sandwich something very special. It was moist, creamy, and sweet and really complimented the pork. I tried the chicken sandwich. I was surprised that it was chicken salad. It was very creamy and packed with LOTS of chicken salad. It seemed freshly made and was shredded very nicely. It was so big that I had to eat the one half like two open sandwiches and took the other half home.
