I started training with Zach in 2020, I can't remember the exact month but I guess that's not…read morereally important. Since I live 200 miles away I was able to do online training. This is not going to be the first time I say this, but this was the single most important decision I have made for myself. It started with taking videos of myself performing various exercises and movements. Looking back now, it's pretty incredible how uncoordinated and stiff I look. I was 28 years old, in constant discomfort and pain. More times that I can count where I couldn't get out of bed or put my shoes on without being in immense pain. I was eating 600 - 1000 calories a day and sleeping roughly 3-4 hours while simultaneously going to the gym for 2 hours because that's what I thought worked. Eat less, train more. In doing that, I was never fully nourished and always tired. That was a recipe for disaster. Zach taught me that food is fuel, that it is not something to be afraid of. I was so afraid of eating because my relationship with food and my disordered eating was out of control. Before we even got into working out and setting up a real program, he had me taking care of the one of the two most important facets of health and wellness, nutrition. "Tell me about your nutrition, is there anything I can assist with?" Was a weekly text when we first started. It was a constant conversation because I needed to have it, I needed to understand my relationship with food was unhealthy. I'm not a big vegetable fan so we worked around it and worked towards better habits. This is also a common theme, habits. The second of the two most important aspects is sleep. And boy howdy was my sleep b a d. Less than 5 hours? Common. More than 6 hours? hardly ever. He drilled into me how important sleep is. He asked me "Do you know any animal that doesn't sleep?" I told him no, he said "That's because every being on this planet needs sleep, it is a biological necessity" That sleep deprivation is one of the most dangerous things a person can experience. And how lack of sleep disrupts your bodies ability to heal and repair. It's 2026. I'm 34, and after six years I have no pain, no discomfort, I sleep 7-ish hours a night. I have a routine with everything in my life. I eat at the same time everyday, I go to the gym at the same time three times a week, I go to bed at the same time every night. I eat the same meals over and over again. I prioritize my health above all. There isn't a single day that goes by where Zach's influence and knowledge hasn't seeped into my life. I plan on living a long and healthy life for what I can control. I get to have that because of Zach. My body moves in ways that I could have only dreamed of. I went from a very unhappy young adult who thought this is what life was going to be, just a pain riddled grind. Now I am living my legitimate best life. I workout and enjoy every single morning I'm at the gym, I enjoy the food I eat, I sleep more than ever and it is because I chose to train with Zach. It was the single more important, beneficial and impactful decision I've ever made. It is more than training and going to the gym to learn how to squat properly. Even if that's your goal, I promise you that there is more to unlock. Also, get your steps. The more you walk, the better you'll feel.

Its hard to express how much everyone at Pantheon has helped me over the last few months. Ive…read moretrained in so many gyms over the years in so many different cities, and these guys really stand out. But I know what you're saying..."I don't like group workouts". OK, well, I didn't used to either! This place feels like dance party with your friends. Good music, even better lighting, and it takes the pressure off thinking any eyes are on you. (Pro tip, they're not...everyone is too busy working up a sweat to notice if you're struggling thru some burpees. Spoiler - we all are!) OK, "but it's haaaardddd". Yep! It is challenging! And anything worth doing is worth doing well! Rome wasn't built in a day, and all those other clichés, and getting out of shape didn't happen overnight, and getting back into better shape takes time. There is no magic bullet; only consistency. AND, when your workout feels like FUN, you'll want to keep coming back! Just browse the pics on Results Sparks FB page, who has this much fun getting fit?!?! "What's is cost?" Better health isn't expensive, but sickness sure is! Ask yourself if those fancy coffees or fast-food takeout, or drinks or smoke-shop visits add up! Mmmm-hmm. Fitness is an investment in yourself. AND YOU'RE WORTH IT!!! Finally, and this is what brought me back after trying it on my own...this place has a sense of belonging and encouragement that makes you feel like part of the family. In fact, when you're here, you're FitFam! Take that, you cheesy pasta place, what have you ever done for me?!?! The staff, coaches and members here HAVE EACH OTHER'S BACKS! From nutrition support, workout help for every body & ability, to just good 'ol high fives and encouragement, nothing beats Results. Don't take my word for it, come train with me as my guest, and we'll show ya!

I showed up and checked in and being a gym rat, he always promised a butt kicking workout. Let me just tell you, it delivered! I'm not big on group training, so I almost said no. (With the exception of my heated pilates and yoga classes.) I've seen amazing results from my friends that are still members here although, I prefer to workout solo or with my coach. I'm so glad I gave them a try. We formed a group of 4 with two other guys and it was a blast as we moved through the stations. I'll most likely drop in again with him in the future. The energy and the coaches were awesome and of course my friend was recognized for his workouts; he's a beast! This place kicked my tail. Thank you for a great workout and making us earn our post-workout meal!

Overall, the gym seems pretty decent. I haven't used the pool, sauna, or hot tub yet, so I can't…read morereally review those. The equipment is in overall good shape, although there do seem to be some cardio machines that lack some of their original functionality (heartbeat sensors that don't work). The facility is pretty clean, and well organized, and I haven't seen any behavior by patrons or employees that would be off putting to anyone of any fitness level (and I should know, my strength is pretty poor right now). I can say that I definitely do not recommend that anyone use their personal training options as of now. I'm about six weeks into a six month contract (and very glad that I didn't sign up for one longer or with more/longer sessions)... and now have a third (fourth in one way) personal trainer... the first flaked and never showed for the first appointment (after the 'free personal training session' which was much more a hard sell session)... all communications except for the notice that a different trainer was assigned to me on that first paid session has been by text message, that, and only that communication was by email (which I didn't check until hours later)... no one at the gym knew about the change, either and, evidently, the other trainer was either not there or not that interested (I was at the cubicles where the pt's are based ten minutes early and stayed for at least five minutes after the scheduled time before going to do a workout on my own). The second (third?) trainer was great for a few weeks, but her schedule has now changed, so I've been shunted to a third (fourth?) trainer that I've met (I never met the second that was the rescheduled no show)... each of the three I've met has had a different focus and style, so six weeks into this, I still don't really have a set workout schedule because I haven't been able to settle into any kind of rhythm and routine. Presuming that I don't just give this up as wisdom earned, I expect no less than a few more weeks before anything changes... and who knows what else might happen between now and then. My initial goal was simply to improve my strength and possibly maximize the efficiency of my workouts as I'm getting older and coming off of an injury... six weeks has now been at least partially wasted while costing me a not insignificant amount of money and time. I would have been better off simply doing what I've done previously and working off of knowledge that's 20 years old but developing my own routine and simply doing my best... I would be farther along in improving my conditioning. If you're fine working out alone and don't need a (or want) a personal trainer, I would recommend that you consider this gym... otherwise, I'd recommend that you find somewhere else.

They are visibly worn, damaged, they don't come clean even after wiping them down with the sanitation wipes. It's disappointing that under new ownership, something as basic as clean equipment hasn't been addressed. I've been to the downtown location and while those mats aren't perfect/new, they are noticeably cleaner and better maintained. I really hope this location can prioritize replacing these mats soon, as cleanliness is extremely important for a gym to prioritize. I can bring my own mat but the gym should still be providing clean ones for members!

These screens are awesome! You can create a profile for future logins. They allow you to watch content or watch a video of a trail or path as you run. There is also a place to wirelessly charge a phone, hold a drink, and even prop up an entire book to read (I've done this a few times and I highly recommend it). Machines That Focus on a Muscle Group: If there's a name for this category of machine, I just don't know it. They have 2 machines each of these kind of machines. Lock Rooms: Locker rooms have lockable lockers (bring a lock), showers, a dry sauna, and bathrooms. I've been very happy with the cleanliness here. I hear there's also a tanning booth but I haven't used them. Water: Water refill stations available. Other: I can see that they have areas for boxing - like punching bags - but I don't know much about it. I also see they have weight lifting machines aplenty but again my knowledge here is fuzzy at best. Overall I'm really pleased with this gym at this price point and it checks all the boxes for what I would like from my personal gym. Take advantage of the family deal! $10 for the memberships of immediate family members.
