I made a appt for asaturday slot time was 12-4pm i had to pay upfront ,well the day comes and no one shows up i tried contacting the loader and he said he was doing other jobs and would get to my house around 5-6pm i said ok eventhough this was NOT the time i requested well i waited and he never came i had to re-schedule to the following day mind you i spent all day Saturday at home because i didnt wanna miss my appt so i waisted my time. Loadup uses contracted loaders and they are not reliable i thought using a bigger enterprise would be easier but turned out to be a mess. I've been meaning to review this company from a recent service and now seems as good a time as any. I scheduled a junk removal appointment and a specific time slot. Later that week I was advised that they didn't have any availability for the time I had booked so I would need to pick another time slot, which was pretty ridiculous and inconvenient. Since they are a company that requires prepayment in advance, I didn't have much option, so I selected a different, albeit more inconvenient timeframe. Despite being very explicit and even providing photos of the items to be hauled away, they sent people (presumably contractors) who were basically using a personal vehicle that was really not an appropriate size for the items, and they hadn't seemingly communicated the items and/or the size to their contractors. Thankfully, or more accurately, embarrassingly, they took quite a while to haul the items and managed to drop the items on the walkway multiple times, so it ended up in many pieces. Maybe I'll watch the security footage for entertainment value but otherwise it was very overpriced for the lack of customer service and lack of experience provided. I would not recommend this company on any level. read more

Good afternoon everyone. The reason I used LOADUP was because I purchased a new bed. We usually carry the mattress out to the trash bins by ourselves. But we are not young anymore. Thankfully this time around the mattress company was offering to remove the old for the new. I've never used this company at all. This company is great on many levels. They're very informative and professional. They sent me numerous text messages on the day of the pick-up to inform me who would be picking up my mattress, and what time he'd be arriving. And also gave me the number to call him if I had any questions. And when they arrived they were the nicest people. They even asked if we had anything else we wanted removed. I highly recommend LOADUP for all your removal needs. Especially when you're moving out and don't want to take with you unwanted items. This company will help you with all that. I used this company for work once and they were great. Tried them for a home project and a little less great. I filled out the form online and it said a rep would contact me. Someone called and left a message. I called them back but talked to a different person. They said they don't give onsite estimates that I need to fill out a form and supply pictures. I told the girl I did that all on line. Call was mysteriously dropped. I called back and they said that someone would be there in an hour. No one showed. I called back and they said again that I had to fill out a form, no onsite quotes, need pictures. I told them I already did that. So she did a quote over the phone and set up a pick up for the next morning. I was given a widow of 8am-12pm. Driver showed up at 12:40pm. I will probably use them again for work.
