This is a very homey and small restaurant. They staff is very friendly and welcoming. We got a nice booth and our server was very attentive. The seafood is fresh and simple.

Almost $60 for eight disgusting clams and fries . Unbelievable rip off.

Terrible. I left a review on another platform and they disputed my claim thst the order was almost $60 for an absolutely terrible meal. Ordered a clam plate which had to have fries ordered separately and coleslaw order separately which is absolutely ridiculous and then I received the most disgusting 8 pieces of clam I've ever seen in my life. I don't know how you can achieve that level of incompetence in New England. Lol. $60 won't buy you shit from this dump. They should be ashamed. For some reason this app won't let me upload a pic of the receipt. Order the same items and then tell me it doesn't add up to $53

We had a lovely lunch in Merrimack. The service was wonderful from start to finish, thank you, Ellen 10 Stars! The fried Haddock and Sea Scallops were very good, the coleslaw lacked flavor. Hubby enjoyed his pasta, shrimp and scallop dish. The toss salad was generous, very basic. A suggestion would be to upgrade your flooring or wash the carpet. Thank you, until next time.

First we were at my sisters graduation and hungry after the three hours of commencement. The last hour was a frantic search on Yelp and Google to find a restaurant that was open after 7pm on Sunday, had CLAM chowder and at least 4 stars. I sent this spot to her while we waited and she literally was recommended the same spot by another classmate who had eaten there before graduation. So we pull up to this cute tiny little spot that was decked out in classic fisherman motif and was greeted and seated straightaway. Our server was prompt with menus and we ordered hot teas all around due to the storm SUNH grads brought in. Lol. Clam chowders were ordered, fisherman platter and seafood platter. OMG the serving size was humongous and the bread rolls were delicious. My sister loved her chowder and I have to say it was hitting. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The bathroom was uniquely built into the restaurant (you'll see when get there).

    Love the foor!

Second time eating here. Absolutely best seafood and service. We were a party of 6. Their exhaust system went out and rather than smoking up the place they apologized and let us know they would not have any fried or grilled food. We'll, let me tell you, it didn't matter! Their baked fish is off the charts! The baked haddock was fresh, flaky with just the perfect amount of home made cracker topping. Scallops and shrimp the same. The lobster bisque was so creamy and full of lobster pieces. The steamed lobster, wow, just wow! As a former new England girl, restaurant manager and cook, I have to say the Lobster Boat has the right mix of excellent food, great friendly staff and cooks. Wish I remembered to take a picture of our food but I was enjoying every bite. Oh! The home made blueberry pie!!! The ice cream was great with the pie! I don't know the brand but it was awesome. Holy mackerel! Don't miss this if it's on the menu! I'll be back

What a great find. We just landed at the airport at lunch time and were starving. We started looking for a lobster place. Wow! Local place crowded parking lot for take out but once parked, seating and service were quick. The menu is impressive and reading very page is important because the senior special is on the last page. My choice was the lobster roll w chowder and it was meaty, fresh and chilled. Chowder was so good w chunks and a broth that was just outstanding. This had to be someone's special recipe because it was so smooth and flavorful. Everyone at our table was glad we found Lobster Boat and next time we fly into Manchester this will be a stop. Our waitress's name escapes me but she was the captain of the lobster boat. She was everywhere checking on diners, answering questions and making everyone feel special

Saw this curious beastie in a car in their parking lot one night. I hope he got a special treat for waiting so patiently.

I am absolutely in love with their steamers, which are a New England must-have whenever possible. They serve generous portions and the staff are great, friendly, and funny, which I treasure. This is one of special "treat myself" places to go, especially when I've had a particularly rough day. I truly do recommend them to other seafood lovers like me.

The lobster bisque was perfect. I would pass on the onion rings, fries and stuffed mushrooms.

Ya know what I like most about this Jersey Mike's? The fact that it sits conveniently close to my…read moretop two favorite places to buy fries from: Papa Gino's and McD's. I'm being serious. If someone were to ask me what's the difference between this location versus another, it would solely come down to what else is near it. Because I'm a guy who likes to mix-n-match his mains and sides, if you know what I mean. Listen, I love JM's. Loved them ever since the first cheesesteak I ever tasted of theirs. But the one thing the Amherst street location lacks...is a worthwhile place to grab a quick order of fries from. Meanwhile, the Merrimack location is but a hop, skip, and a jump away from completing what I like to call "short order perfection personified." I mean, if I could change one thing about JM's as a franchise, it's that they'd serve fries in addition to chips. But....to each their own, right? Other than that, it's still got all the greatness one can expect from a standard JM's. The Chicken Philly I ordered was cooked to perfection (of course). And I dunno what it is. But it seems like Merrimack restaurants in general hold themselves to a higher standard. So, I would expect nothing less. This may be the place I go to if I'm in the mood for fries with my sammich. For the sheer convenience alone, I'm gonna give Jersey Mike's in Merrimack 5 Chicken Philly's with a side of fries out of 5.

Service was good, pleasant and food came from the kitchen promptly. Note that they do not have a full liquor license. We started with the shepherds pie egg rolls, which were quite good. Generous portion and tasty, and an unusual twist on egg roll filling. I had the burger and ordered one with candied bacon which was delicious. I've had better and worse burgers. While the meat patty and toppings were good, the bun was unusual, firm almost hard and frankly not enjoyable. I ate the burger sans bun. Also the fries seemed like they were sitting for a while, a pet peeve of mine. They really need to be fried to order or I won't eat them. If you are going to splurge and eat fries, they have to be good, and sadly these were not. Again, overall we were happy. With a little more attention to detail, this could be a great dining spot.

Full confession upfront here: I feel like a total heel for two reasons. 1.) I realize I haven't…read morewritten a single review in over 1.5 months and I apologize (it's expensive af out there, yo!) and 2.) I've been eating delicious subs from this particular JM location for MONTHS now, yet haven't done a review on why they're so bloody awesome! Allow me to kill two birds with the proverbial stone then. Honestly, this won't be a long review. Most of you probably can ascertain how I feel about JM as a franchise. But for those not "in-the-know", there isn't a single sandwich shop in the Nashua area (to my knowledge) that can even hold a candle to this one. To put it succinctly, the true measure of a sandwich shop is how many different subs you can order from them that you actually enjoy as opposed to reacting like, "yeah....this one's alright." For context, I routinely order at least 3 different subs from here. And whilst Mike's Famous Philly will always hold a special place in my heart, I can aptly say that I almost equally immensely enjoy the tuna and chicken Philly subs as well. So, that really only leaves one other differentiating factor: the location itself. This one's my preferred spot, not only because they're the closest one to where I live; but also because they are generally one of the easiest locations to get into. To briefly elaborate on this, it's how the parking lot is configured. It's a relatively wide open space with two entrances; one of which is on the side that doesn't impede the mainstream traffic on Amherst Street. A crucial feature for us locals who prefer using the back routes to circumvent the vexing backlog of rush hour traffic which continues to plague the vast majority of society to this day. But....I digress. I mean, do I really need to say more? Between the fresh ingredients, consistent execution of orders, and friendly faces, this place slaps hard! Ergo, I'm giving Jersey Mike's on Amherst Street 5 sizzling Philly steaks the other local joints WISH they could emulate out of 5.
