I had to reschedule a few times, but I was glad they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. I'm especially grateful thay they are now testing Saturday appointments because previously, they were only open during the week. I lucked out! All of the staff was friendly and they even went over my benefits with me to make sure I understood everything. I appreciated that. .y appointment was quick and very thorough. Thanks to the staff here, I can now start looking at new specs for my new prescription. Parking can be challenging, but if you drive around the lot, you'll find a spot. Solace Optometry is clean, inviting and very helpful should you have any questions. See ya next year! ;)

My husband originally found them on Yelp, and while the near five-star reviews caught our attention, what really sold us was their designer frame selection. They did not disappoint. The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I ended up with stunning Gucci frames, and my husband picked out matte black Spy glasses that are nerdy in the best way but still totally manly. Perfect upgrade for him. And when my husband saw the price tag on my Gucci frames... let's just say one of the techs came to my rescue Great people, great energy, beautiful selection. We will definitely be back.

My eye exam was professionally performed and done very effectively and efficiently. My original plan was to get my RX printed out and then shop for glasses at other stores and locations, since I needed two pairs - one with polarized transition lenses and one that was a pair of polarized sunglasses. Since I was already there, I asked the store to give me a quote, and the combined price for the two sets of frames and lenses was very attractive, so I ordered both pairs on the spot!

I frequent Target for various shopping sprees, having walked by this optical store many times. Eye exams are $75 or so. The designer and off-brand eyeglass frames - which are select, fashionable and functional kept me enthralled, really. I just happened to make an appointment for an exam while I casually strolled in to take a peek at the frames. Last check was a few years ago. Dr. Vanessa Ceballos, OD has a great chairside manner, explaining everything she's doing with the techno gadget used for checking vision and for checking for glaucoma. We discovered some minor, age-related issues that can be easily corrected by an ophthalmologist; once that's done, I won't even need glasses, but for reading. Boo bummer, sort of. I had three, jazzy frames picked out for some transition lenses I had in mind, suggested by the gracious, enthusiastic receptionist, Zoey. Let's not forget Angel. He's ever so amiable on the phone and in person. Loved the experience. No lengthy waiting. Dr. Ceballos gently got to the point to fix the problem. I like the frames I chose so much, I'm going to get non-prescription polarized lenses for a new set of shades. Bamm! They cater to all ages, even kids. Who knew?

On this cloudy, chilly day the nurse was pushing my 78 yr old husband's wheelchair outside where she wanted him to wait for me. I was walking up as I heard him say, " Im not waiting outside." What kind of screwed up patient care is that? The after care instructions are vague. I think Medicare will be interested in the questionable treatment this facility provides. We're going to Scripps or Loma Linda next time and I advise everyone to do the same. The wait for the procedure is somewhat understandable. Somewhat. But the kicking him outside? The 3 phone call I got saying first, pick up in 30 min, then, oh hewont be ready for 30 more min, oh he's ready now...a new staff is necessary for both surgery center and eye center. We won't be back. Once we write to Medicare, I will not think of this place again.

Very courteous and understand you may be going through a hard time. Looks like I will be getting two eye surgeries. May 21st and May 28th. Please pray for me. The bad news is that it is expensive! The good news is they have a promotional service that if you apply for a synchrony credit card they defer the 32% for two years. I am really excited to be able to actually see normally again. One piece of advice to that young girl with the attitude in the office is this and please quote me "do not ever tell someone who has stage 4 cataracts to go visit a website if you don't understand something". Like really? Other than that it was great. I will update after healing
