We stopped through Pigeon Forge on our way to Kentucky from Georgia and our hotel was right next door. We arrived at 4:30 PM thinking it would be a light crowd, but the entire parking lot was full, but luckily there was one car pulling out when we arrived. They said the wait would be 45 minutes. So after getting on the wait list, we went next door to explore the Snow park. They texted us after only 25 min that our table was ready. Our server, Dakota, was exceptional. He knew the menu well, conversed with the customers, and was attentive to our table. Never had a lamb burger before and it was pretty good. My son ordered the Maui chicken and it was very flavorful. Portions were good and the price was reasonable. Very clean and well-run inside with everyone doing their jobs professionally. The French fries were the thin shoe string style and had great seasoning on them though they were more greasy than we would have liked. Bison Meatloaf!!! Wow... my husband ordered this and said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. Would absolutely recommend. We received our food pretty quickly for being there during a busy Thursday evening. So my family and I ate here a couple of years ago on vacation and I didn't like it at all, but I don't like to give a negative review based on one visit. So two years later, back in Pigeon Forge, we tried it again due to all the great reviews. It didn't get any better in my opinion. The service and atmosphere are nice but the food is almost flavorless. They brag about the fact that they make their own dressings so I ordered a salad with Blue Cheese dressing. No flavor at all. Ordered the Elvis Burger as my entree, flavorless. So disappointing and we felt duped by the high rating. Maybe you have to order a burger? -I planned to order the Schrute Burger but when I asked what kind of plant-based burger it is, the waiter said "I don't know but it's the only frozen item in the kitchen." So I ordered the grilled ahi tuna. I asked for medium, and it came well done. Ahi steaks are not supposed to be cooked that much!! (Maybe I'm dumb for ordering it at a burger place, but I figure the cooks know how to make everything on the menu.) Luckily the sauce tasted good, and the fried rice was surprisingly good. The broccoli was overcooked and unseasoned but at least there was a lot of it... -One friend got the Tennessee Whiskey wings and said they were "blah, no flavor." -My other friend has a garlic allergy and was VERY clear that she cannot eat garlic. She was told she couldn't have a burger because they put garlic powder in the meat. They said she could have the fish, so she ordered the salmon (which came completely unseasoned), and they said they would make her the sauteed spinach without garlic. Tell me why they brought her spinach with whole chunks of garlic in it! Luckily she only took a small bite before seeing it and spitting it out. Then it took forever to find our waitress or the woman who came over to tell her her options. A different waitress took it away and was apologetic, but overall they did not seem to care about the mistake. They made her a new one, but it's crazy how unserious they take food allergies! The parking lot was packed and people were waiting so we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated immediately! Carley was our server and she was exceptional! We told her how hungry we were and she said, "let's get you something to and fix that." We ordered the onion rings and both of us had the southern salad which was mixed greens, tomatoes, cheese, hard boiled egg and nicely cut up fried chicken tenders. We both had honey mustard dressing. The timing of the arrival of the onion rings which we chose to eat as an appetizer and the arrival of our salads was perfect. The onion rings are ENORMOUS! They were crisp on the outside and not greasy. They are served with a fire roasted jalapeño ranch dressing. Both of us thought the dressing lacked heat and depth so we switched to honey mustard which was delicious. The salads were perfection and so large we both took half back to our cabin. The chicken on the salads had a crispy exterior and were very tender on the inside.Carley was attentive, engaging and efficient. We really enjoyed her! This was a great meat. The Blackberry Mtn Tea was on point and for my entree I got the Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich was amazing and full of flavor. The shoestring fries were also flavorful. My husband got the fish and chips and said they were the best battered fish he's had. We also got the biggest piece of peanut butter pie I've ever had. The place is not worth the long wait. The food is average. My table tried the fish and chips, three different burgers, and the ribeye. The starters came out at the same time as the food, and the deep-fried deviled eggs were not worth the hype. I'm not sure why everybody talks about how great this restaurant is. I tried it because when I googled who has the best burger in the area they were recommended. I am going to upload pictures of what my burger looks like. I ordered my burger medium and it was well done. You will see by the picture. Also there was so much grease dripping off of the lettuce they put on the burger even my plate was full of grease you will see the grease dripping off the lettuce and I do not understand why they did not but that grease drip off the burger before they slapped it on top of lettuce I had to take the lettuce off the burger because it was so greasy. The burger was very dry because it was cooked too long and my French fries were not even cooked but maybe halfway. You'll see from the picture how they came out they were so floppy they were not worth eating. Now the restaurant would not let me pay for my meal because when I asked for a new batch of fries that were cooked that second batch came out the same way the fries were so limp I could not even dip them in ketchup. I guess they have so many tourists that just pay even though the Burger is overcooked and the fries are half cooked. I had eaten there a long time ago and did not care for they were salad it was a bunch of spring mix thrown in a bowl with a few toppings . I just thought since they were supposed to have the best burger in town I would try the restaurant again. Won't waste my time going there again. read more

Great place for dinner! Centrally located, plenty of parking, touristy but not overly so. We made reservations and still had to wait but only about 10 mins or so, bypassed most of the line. Several specials, we got half price bottles of wine on Saturday night. The Bison Meatloaf was very tasty but a touch on the dry side. The Jackson Hole Bison burger on the other hand, was spectacular. I really wanted to like this place, but our visit was a major letdown. We ordered the steak nachos as an appetizer, and the meat was cold, dry, and some pieces weren't even cooked properly. We also ordered a burger which we were still waiting on and a beer, but after trying the nachos we completely lost our appetite. The staff told us they removed the burger and the nachos from our check, but they said they couldn't take the beer off--even though we barely drank it and just wanted to leave and eat somewhere else. I still left a tip for the waiter because none of this was his fault, but overall the experience was very disappointing. I don't recommend this restaurant. read more

Literally the best burger I've ever had. Came with a party of six and everyone said it was incredible. The service was very accommodating, almost all of my party wanted an alteration or two and the staff made sure it was exactly as we wanted. The portions are huge!
