This was my first time ordering from Pizza Project and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised. The food came on time and was so delicious. This is why I always prefer ordering from privately owned restaurants than chains. The pizza was very good and very close to New York style. I also ordered the garlic rolls which were very fresh and had a great flavor to them. The delivery driver was very friendly and that made this whole experience so nice. I've tried a few of their other pies but none captured my tastes buds quite like this one. It was a freaking party in my mouth - a sexy, Italian pizza party. I recently placed an order and when I went to go pick it up after the 25 minute wait time I was told, they were just preparing my pizza when I arrived. Let me set the scene, it's Sunday night, Game of Thrones is premiering, we've had a long day, hell yeah we're gonna order pizza and eat it in front of the tv. We ordered the Holy Grail Pizza, and HOLY AMOUNTS OF GARLIC. it just had too much. to the point that some of the pizza grease made its way onto the coffee table, stunk up the room and we couldn't figure out why we couldn't stop smelling greasy garlic. I made my husband pause GOT so I could wipe the entire room down with lysol wipes. Ok the garlic, that's an easy fix, just order no garlic next time. What was unforgivable was the crust. it was hard, not crispy, hard like a cracker. I think it took me about 30 minutes to chew one slice. It had clearly been overworked. It's unfortunate, because the place did have a good vibe, it was just not good pizza. read more
