    Chicken tenders (half eaten)

Really used to love this place! Not great service, not sure if they were understaffed or what. Took 10 min to get drink orders, most of the staff were just talking to each other or on their phones The service and staff a few months/year ago were extremely attentive and excellent! Food was good as always The mayor Margarita wasn't great and the drop of Gran Marnier wasn't worth it Really liked the setup with both rooms, you can always catch your favorite sports team on one of the tvs.

Excellent service and great food. First timers and loved it! Non alcoholic beers available. Great atmosphere for friends and family!

Where do I start? This place is amazing! Great atmosphere, fabulous food, the people are friendly and the beer selection is so fun! Our favorite go to for any reason or no reason. This place is the best!

It's growler and cookies night at the LP. Axel likes it when I dip his cookie in my beer! Typical German Shepherd. lol.

I take Axel with me so he can have his beer and cookie and I can get my growler refilled and enjoy some number 12. I really like the fact that their service is great and they are service dog friendly. It is truly our favorite place to hang out.

Sunday evening meet up with friends while in the area. What we liked: *Solid beer list and quite the variety. * Cheese curds were a good appetizer. *Chicken tenders were hand battered and good. *The schnitzel sandwich was good. *Wings we're decent portion- good. *Had the football games on but wasn't loud like a sports bar. *Owner stopped by and made sure everything was good- always nice. What could if been better: * Owner had a Packers jersey on (Just trash talking). *Thought the tots could of been cooked a tad longer to be crispier- but they were good.

This is a cool little beer bar that serves food and has TVs to watch sports. The atmosphere and vibes are very chill and lowkey. There were a lot of people here when I showed up but still had plenty of room with tables and seats at the bar available. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They all came by and checked up on us as they went to and from taking orders to other tables so always got service during my time here. They have a large selection of craft beers on draft, as well as wine and seltzers available. The food is great for it being a beer bar as well. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my daily go-to place to have a beer and watch sports.

Someone in passing mentioned that they like the Local Pint. Since we were kid-less for a weekend my wife and I were looking for something to do that was more adult. We wanted to try something new for us and was glad that I remembered the name of the place from earlier. We got there about 5:00 in the afternoon and the place was nice and clean with some smiling faces. You seat yourself. It's clearly a local beer pub, one of those 50 or more beers on tap places. There's a few alternatives from beer, as well as non-alcoholic drinks which include root beer on tap (one of my favorites). Clearly they want to put themselves in the running for favorite local beer hole. They seem to have several awards which I noticed online Best of Denton County in several categories so the bar set high when you see those kind of accolades. Believe every one of them. Menu surprised me at how intricate it is. They don't just do a BLT, they do a BBLT which is creating a Brie crème topping that replaces mayonnaise. It may be worth asking for some of it on the side as well. My wife got the Mediterranean Labneh and I was glad to share it with her. Made a second visit the next day and had the Big Dill chicken sandwich, which I thought might be better as a fish sandwich....but one of the guys there said they switch up there menu periodically. (Sadly the BBLT will be off the menu soon if not already is what I was told). If you're looking for good pairing ideas with foods and sauces/jams this is a great place to visit. An award winning Bacon Onion Jam (BOJ) burger for example. My wife on the second visit had a prosciutto panini and fig jam. My wife loved it and said it was like have a charcuterie board in a sandwich. You can definitely watch sports at this place, but it doesn't have over-sized TVs. Just several located in corners and behind the bar. Several were there watching game the Avs hockey final. The seating also a bit quirky if you want to be able to look around and people watch but as a result each table has it's own space. We sat at a high top table for two the first visit and at the bar the second visit. They have larger tables for bigger groups as well. Appetizers run in the $10 range, Entrees $15. Beers can be ordered in flight-size $2.5, pint $5-6, and also available in growlers to take home. You can have a sample before you buy it and it's also encouraged. The place was busy but didn't feel too crowded. It's definitely a watering hole that's worth multiple visits.

Wanted to know if y'all were still accepting Takeout orders for Food/Growlers during COVID-19 Pandemic? Or are you temporarily closed?

Any chance there are gluten free options on the menu? I love my burgers and beer but my wife has Celiac. Thanks

Yes Aaron we do have ciders and gluten free beers also we have gluten free food items. However our kitchen is small and we cannot guarantee that it did not come in contact with some gluten items so just depends on how severe her Celiac is.

The owner was out cleaning tables and delivering orders himself. They have the cocktail bar and the craft beer house so it's the Denton bars all combined. We were engaged at Eastside, my bridal shower was at Miss Angeline's, and now we are adding this to the list of our favorites. Definitely a great addition to the Lewisville area!

I sat outside and wasn't feeling fish and chips or a warm sandwich when it was soo warm out. (That was also my choice). The salad ingredients were fresh but my chicken had a couple pretty tough pieces of cartilage which deducted the score. The homemade croutons and unique and goat cheese amounts were super though. My drink was oddly disappointing and I hate saying that because it was beautiful and I wanted to love it. I think some people would! I'm a fan of original pisco sours though and this was just not the same, a little too sweet for me for this particular drink. That said, if you're a lavender or raspberry fan it did compliment the gin well and multiple strangers walking by commented on it looking good. It's near the Courtyard Dallas Flower Mound hotel and is a beautiful 5 minute walk along the river walk. Location gets an A plus. I'd try it again but order pub food. Because the weather was cooperative, the windows of the enclosed patio and the bar were opened. Diners were able to sit at the bar in the patio area. The bar was initially staffed by a single bartender. Not only did she introduce herself, she also asked for my name. As I needed a menu, she asked the host for a stack for myself and other diners. A second employee, not as friendly, arrived sometime later to assist setting up the bar. There were some minor inconveniences arriving this early. Because I was the first to require a refill, the bartender had to get a coffee pot from the kitchen. Afterwards, she kept the pot at the bar. I decided on the Breakfast Egg Rolls. Not sure how something tagged "new" can be a house specialty. The breakfast jam lacked flavor. The egg rolls were saved due to the taste of the fried wontons. Of the two sauces, the maple syrup was better than the spicy hollandaise. The hollandaise lacked both heat and spiciness. When I was served coffee, I was not provided either cream nor sweeteners. As I did not notice any nearby, rather than wait to have the her return to the kitchen, I decided to give it a sip. Surprisingly, the coffee tasted great. It was neither acidic nor had a bitter aftertaste.
