The location is medium sized for the chain but has all of the regular things you'd expect to find. Given that it's newer, it is very clean and well organized. They have plenty of their seasonal merchandise out right now and staff was really helpful at the checkout. I'm generally a fan of this chain as they provide comfortable clothes at reasonable prices. I was told yes…read more Drove 45 minutes to this location, waited about an hour, got fully measured, and selected everything. During the fitting, the suit jacket was extremely tight in the shoulders--to the point where I struggled to move my arms, tie my shoes, or function normally. I was told not to worry about those movements in the jacket, which is concerning. That alone made me reconsider moving forward with a rental, as the fit was not on par with my previous experiences. At the end, I asked for my measurements and was told their system "wasn't working" and that they would need to redo the entire process (another hour) unless I paid $20. When I raised the issue, the manager came out and stated I had been informed of a fee. That is incorrect. Both my fiancée and I were present for the call and were told it would be free. The manager claimed to have "confirmed" with the employee but did not verify the actual call. Then said they don't have to redo the entire process and why would I think that? I said your employee just told me that to which she replied it was a miscommunication (again). Instead of resolving the discrepancy, he chose to dismiss the situation and double down. Additionally, there were loose needles on the floor in the store. That is a basic safety hazard and should not be present in a retail environment. This experience involved over an hour in-store after a 45-minute drive, followed by a refusal to honor what was communicated beforehand. Between the poor fit, miscommunication, and management response, I ultimately left without moving forward. I would recommend that corporate review call handling, in-store communication practices, fitting standards, and safety conditions at this location.

I assume referring to not how much money I had to spend but referring to how big I was and that I couldn't find much that would fit me. Now that I've had surgery I think back at this moment a lot And how moments like this we're able to help me get healthier but sometimes you have to be careful what you say in such a small place that I find myself never wanting to return because of the judgement placed on me that day.

The selection was great. The service was very good and helpful. The merchandise was marked down on sale for the holiday season. We also ventured out to the concourse to see what was available out there. We spotted Build a Bear, Destiny Trade, and Hickory Farm gift packages. Most importantly we saw Santa Claus and his Memory Grove to tell Santa your holiday wishes and for photo opportunities. Great time.
