I have a 10x10 unit and the cost continues to go up by $30 or so every few months. I am now at a point where it's not worth it any longer and will be looking for something different. I am not looking forward to moving all of my stuff but I know other facilities don't bring you in at one price and raise your rates every few months. Just be aware before you use.

I've contacted them directly and they do not offer any 12 month pricing. Expect to pay double or more the initial price over time at Public Storage. So ask yourself before you sign, would you still select them if the price was double? Because it will be! Buyer beware.
