I asked if they could provide an exact key and the cost. I explained exactly what I needed and was quoted a price between $10 and $40. Later that afternoon I drove to have the key made. However, when I went to pay, they charged me $134. Wow! I was shocked at paying more than three times as much. I told them I was quoted $40, but they disregarded my complaint. I had no choice but to pay it. I am disappointed in this lack of integrity and the worst part was they were highly recommended by another business to be good and reasonably priced. Not my experience. Be careful about this con.

When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond. Tom of Hoosier arrived within 40 minutes (after a 20 minute drive) and started by trying the key in the lock himself. It worked! It hadn't for me the half-dozen times I'd tried it before and after calling Hoosier. He cleaned the lock and it worked fine, saving me the expense of buying a new one. He charged only a service fee, which I was happy to pay.
