I must say that this LockTite Storage was the right choice for me.. I visited four different storage facilities and had to go with LockTite Storage.. They had a van that I got to use to move with for FREE!!! It was raining the day I moved and managed to get three loads loaded in the moving van and unloaded at the storage facility on Underwood Road.. The Manager Moe Forshee ( a dang good woman) Has a great personality and knows her business very well.. She has been a huge help to me... My stuff is in a climate controlled locker and I stop by and get stuff every time I am in town.. She always says grab a water, snack or a cup of coffee when I am done... I don't think the other places have snacks and water??? If you need a storage locker, call Moe, she is awesome and she will help you make the right decision on the size locker you will need and get the best price for you too....If its an RV, Bus/ Motorhome, boat, trailer, vehicle or just your stuff, Call Moe, she and her staff will get you taken care of the right way!!!......Gary Countryman. read more

I just moved to LaPorte from a very big house to a smaller home. I was in search of a place to store my things. I have Asian antiques, artwork of great value. I went to 4 places and this place was the "one". I walked in and the staff and manager are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very organized. The facility smelled GREAT! It was meticulously clean and most impressive it was truly climate controlled: not at all hot and humid as I found at the other places. As it turned out I had more stuff than I could house in the one I rented. "Mo the Mgr" was so helpful in finding me storage near my other storage. They also have a free moving trailer which saved me money on moving fees. I can give the business 5 stars unequivocally. Excellent!!!! read more

dirty, doesnt spray for bugs and the front office woman delecia is rude and refuses to open the office unless it is right at opening time. left us standing there for an hour. then when it came time to take our red lock off since they overlocked us we called since it was their fault and instead of coming to take it off said she was at the biker rally and would not be coming to take it off. Did she bother calling the other managers to see if they could? NOPE! This was never a problem when Toni and Jessica worked there. I will be moving out. read more

Maranda and Moe at the La Porte location are AWESOME! They love their job and their customers and it shows from the moment you walk in the door. I instantly felt like family. They both always offer me something cold to drink and a snack when I come in the office. You wont find this type of customer service anywhere else. Facility is always clean and smells nice inside the buildings. Property is free of any mess or trash. FREE USE OF MOVING TRUCK AND TRAILER. I would recommend coming to see these ladies for any storage needs. read more

If I could, I would add an extra star. I have been a tenant of Locktite Storage - La Porte three times. All of the units are well kept and the properties is clean and well lit. What really sets this location above the rest is Moe, the property manager. She is wonderful. She once called me to notify me that my storage unit was not secured properly. I can think of nowhere else one can receive the high level of customer service that she provides. I highly recommend this location. read more

Great place, Great People! All Storage places will adjust prices, especially if you have signed up and received an on-line pricing. Make sure you have an understanding that the big corporate places raise just because. I moved from a big corporate place to LockTite because of the PEOPLE that run this place and that they adjust their rates at a minimum(talked about in advance). Thanks, Moe! read more

I stores my camper at another location prior to coming to Locktite. I like Locktite because it is very secure, safe and Moe is very good about sending me reminders and receipts. While it may be a few more dollars per month to store here, it has been well worth it. read more

We have our RV stored here. They are super clean and I have never had any pests problems. The people that work here are super friendly too. They even have out sanitizing wipes to the staff at my school during flu season. Awesome place and awesome people. read more

Love the employees at the La Porte store. They are as helpful as can be. Clean site all the way around, I have a unit as well as a parking spot. I love tje parkimg area is not gravel, so you dont get the dust kicking up onto your RV, Boat, jetski,or car. read more
