Cute bakery with lots of yummy treats. The croissants were beautifully laminated and I wish I had found this place sooner. I found it on the last day of my stay in Denver. Small seating area, but we were able to find a seat to enjoy our coffee and pastries. They also offer French type flours. I can't wait to get home and bake something with it! The prices were reasonable too.

This place is a diamond in the rough. It's tucked away near the milk market. But what a great find. All the pastries are amazing, cheap coffee, and friendly workers. I love the open concept with the tables outside. Feels like a Parisian cafe. It's a go to when I'm at the office.

Nice bakery. I usually always go for an almond croissant but decided to switch it up and went for their Nutella Croissant - it was very good, flaky, did take me about 1/3 way through to get to the Nutella! My husband had the ham and cheese croissant which they warmed up however not as good as the one we got in Monterey, CA at a French patisserie there. Cute location, very hidden. A little expensive but everywhere is now!

Superrrrr friendly employee and such a cute shop. We stopped by later in the day and they still had a variety of pastries available. I bought a banana loaf and my cousin bought a bob tart. Both were really good and tasted fresh. The inside is super cute and cozy.

Came here on a Sunday morning and my goodness! The baked goods were such a hit! Located beautifully at the end of the Dairy Block, this bakery is a GEM! I ordered a Cubano (savory ham croissant) for me and my buddies and we absolutely loved it! I also ordered a sweet pastry for my friend: the Blackberry Sage croissant. It was phenomenal! So many good vibes in this place! We were helped by Abby, who's an angel! Really looking forward to coming back!

I FINALLY got to visit this bakery while it was open on a Saturday morning- truly a treat! I got the pop tart and the seasonal croissant- Irish cream for St Patty's day. Both were very tasty. The croissant layers- wooooo, soooo many layers and soooo crispy!

We were exploring the Dairy Block Alley one night and stumbled across the bakery. Long closed for the day, they did have a sign on the door that said they were "sold out." So naturally, we had to look them up! Great reviews meant we needed to stop by for breakfast. Such a great variety of pastries to choose from that it was hard to pick. Ended up getting one of each - sweet and savory. Their ham and cheese croissant was DELISH - the croissant was flaky and the ham and cheese was the perfect compliment to this breakfast bread. And their passionfruit croissant was DIVINE - just the right amount of sweet and stuffed with a passionfruit custard. Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and kind - made the experience that much better. Can't wait to one day return to try more of their delicious treats.

Anytime I go on a trip I'm always searching for the best bakeries! This place was no exception... It was a little walk from our hotel, which was perfect because I planned on eating my weight in delicious sugary carbs! The location is a little bit hidden... We almost missed it, but I kind of think that's the point. We walked into the tiny shop and were overwhelmed with all of the amazing pastry options! The shop is really cute, we were greeted warmly, and served promptly. We came for a cookie... But left with much more! we pretty much tried one of everything in the shop and we were equally impressed with everything! Can't wait to come back to Denver to eat it all again!

Lovely little bakery in the alley behind the Dairy Block. It has a pretty small footprint with a small table inside and one outside, but there's magic in that oven! We learned the main baker is from Austria and brings the techniques he learned in the old country here! The dude knows what he's doing - we tried a pan de chocolat and grabbed some banana bread for the kids. Both were next level! The pan de chocolat lasted about 6 minutes and we grabbed a second banana bread because the first was half gone within an hour. It was as unique as it was delicious - it incorporated cinnamon, chia seed, and orange zest. It was the least banana-y banana bread we've had and overall we loved it! If you're in the area, you should check it out, and get there early because when stuff is gone for the day, it's gone!

Was walking around the Dairy Block Alley in the afternoon when we saw this bakery. The sign said it was closed early because everything was sold out, and I knew that I definitely had to try their baked goods. Came by the next day and that sign did not lie - I could totally understand how they could sell out their stock. The croissants we got were all perfectly flaky with a tasty filling - so much so that we ended up getting multiple different croissants. If you're hangering for some tasty baked goods, definitely come by and come by early. It's worth the stop.

Not easy to find this place. It's in the alley. Great warm heaters on top of your head to keep you warm. Get the croissants. Yummy

I stayed downtown on a recent trip to Denver. One evening I visited friends for dinner and needed to bring a sweet treat. I gave LoDough a shot because of its proximity to my hotel and its reviews. Succinctly - it is a cute shop with wonderful staff and great products. The individual who helped me spent time with me identify a range of treats for a varied set of preferences and needs. To that end, this bakery offers a wide range of gluten free options. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, everything we tried was delicious. The monkeybread was moist and sweet, the scones were scones but still flavorful, the cookies were the surprising hit of the group. Admittedly, I didn't try the pumpkin cupcake, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

They used to have a bigger section of all the baked goods displayed as part of the whole counter being stretched out to the left but now they use this tiny clear square box to squish some of the croissants. They all looked less appealing and appetizing. Not sure if I like it to be frank. Whenever I was in the cafe in the past, I enjoyed looking at the beautiful display of all sorts of baked goods in the whole showcase but apparently those days are gone. I got one of the Chili Relleno croissants and that was the only thing that looked good to me. I could have gotten me another one, possibly something sweet but nothing looked compelling to appeal to my eye. Service was good/okay but quite basic. I thus walked out of it with being unimpressed. Fortunately the Chili Relleno croissant was good. It became a nice accompaniment to the two sunny side ups I mashed up for breakfast.

Parking was limited, and it is way awkward to get in and out with a car. We got the "fiona" (a mango-kiwi dessert), a "scarlett" (raspberry chocolate dessert), berry-licious croissant tart, and a lemon madeleine. The "fiona" was perfectly balanced with a solid mango and kiwi flavor coming through. It had creamy component, a cake component, and a fruit component with a glaze. Not too sweet, but certainly sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. The "scarlett" was intensely raspberry in the mousse component. The raspberry jam on top brought the sweetness to temper the tartness of the mousse, and the chocolate cake and chocolate cookie components also balanced out the dessert with a nice natural bittersweet from the cocoa component. The fruit croissant tart had nice fruit on it, and the cream component reads like a yogurt. The croissant part itself was very tasty and makes me excited to try their original butter croissant next time. And finally, the Madeleine was very impressive. I am not a fan of frosting-like stuff on Madeleines, but this worked so well because it was not too sweet. Very balanced flavors, yet again, with some of that natural bitterness again that contrasts so excellently with the flavors. If I could only use key words to describe their desserts, it would be: beautiful, balanced, complex, and natural. I won't be able to come here often due to how far away I live from here, but I know that I will be back.

Ended up going on a Friday around 11 AM instead. It was still packed, but we were only 4th on the waitlist and got in very quickly! Sooo definitely keep that in mind if you're planning a weekend visit. The crispy hash browns tasted like they'd already been sitting out for a while, so they weren't as crunchy/flaky as I typically like them. The animal sauce was good though! The huevos rancheros rendition was alright ... definitely spicy, but it only came with all of like 8 chips total, which was disappointing lol. There was also a tortilla in the middle, which I wasn't expecting / was soggy. The pork was drowned in so much green chili that you couldn't really taste the pork itself. Overall, it was just an okay meal. Surprisingly, my favorite part was actually the quality of the coffee they used for the Americano! Service was solid. Ambiance is real cute! Outdoor seating too is a vibe. Very Clean bathrooms. Overall, it just didn't do it for me, and I probably won't be back honestly.
