The "fiona" was perfectly balanced with a solid mango and kiwi flavor coming through. It had creamy component, a cake component, and a fruit component with a glaze. Not too sweet, but certainly sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. The "scarlett" was intensely raspberry in the mousse component. The raspberry jam on top brought the sweetness to temper the tartness of the mousse, and the chocolate cake and chocolate cookie components also balanced out the dessert with a nice natural bittersweet from the cocoa component. The fruit croissant tart had nice fruit on it, and the cream component reads like a yogurt. The croissant part itself was very tasty and makes me excited to try their original butter croissant next time. And finally, the Madeleine was very impressive. I am not a fan of frosting-like stuff on Madeleines, but this worked so well because it was not too sweet.
