Casey (the owner) went above and beyond, exactly like every reviewer is saying about this company. If you read nothing else in this review, just know that you should ABSOLUTELY take your car here, you won't regret it. Here's my story. I had a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta sitting in my driveway that I'd neglected for a few years during the pandemic. I told Casey I needed to finally get around to fixing it up to sell, and he told me to bring my car over whenever. Unfortunately, my car was dead and needed a tow. Well, I tried to use my Progressive Roadside Assistance, and the tow truck driver that showed up was rude and hostile about having me put my car into neutral, which I had no idea how to do because the battery was dead, disconnected, and so on. I asked them to leave and was about to give up for the time being, as I had no idea how to settle the issue (in retrospect, so simple, but I get easily overwhelmed with this car stuff). Since I'm just around the corner, I decided to pop back and let Casey know about the situation and ask if he had any ideas. He peeked into a VW that was at his shop to see how to put the car into neutral without power and had an answer in two seconds. He didn't make me feel stupid, and he didn't even expect me to know how to do what he just did, however simple -- he confirmed I lived around the corner, then offered to come over and put the car in neutral for me. During the workday. With cars in the shop. So he drove me over to my car, popped my car into neutral, then told me I could call Progressive back to have them tow my car for free. I was stunned that he did all this for free! I confirmed that Casey could have my car towed, because I didn't want to deal with Progressive contractors again (even for free, always a terrible experience), and he gave me a reasonable rate to tow it *and* had a tow truck at my place in ~10 minutes, tops. In addition, he worked with me on the quote to identify and remove items that were unnecessary for a car sale (at my request), gave me an incredibly reasonable rate and came in *underneath* the quoted price. My only regret through this whole experience is that I no longer have a car to bring to his shop, so I'm writing this review to encourage others to take their cars to his shop instead, since I can't. I would regret not mentioning that his staff was all incredibly friendly, from the woman behind the counter that took down my information, to the driver that brought my car around when I went to pick it up, to the sweet, well-behaved, adorable dog that occasionally frequents the shop. 11/10. If I ever own a car again, I wouldn't take it anywhere else. read more

Casey is awesome! My sound went out in my car. Took it to Lexus & they wanted to charge me $200 to just check what was wrong with it. They said it could potentially be the amplifier & said that would be another $800. So I get Casey's number from my dad & swing by. He was extremely diligent in trying to find what the problem was (at no cost). He went through a full diagnostics, & printed out lexus forums on what the problem could be. He calls me within a couple days and tells me the pricing of getting a new or refurbished amplifier. So I told him to go ahead & order it. Casey is THAT GUY. LET ME TELL YALL. I've done some pretty dumb things to my car that these guys can always seem to fix. As a woman, it is extremely intimidating to see a mechanic. Not because I have no knowledge of cars, but because it always seems as though they are trying to rip me off. I have never had that feeling working with Casey. He is extremely transparent with all costs. When my fender was busted he showed me the damage that was also done to the wheel arm. He didn't just tell me and add it to the bill, he showed me. He is honest and compassionate. He has worked with me on payments. He is timely and accommodating. He has always got back to me within the same day or the next. His fellow mechanics seem to enjoy working in his shop. It is always a sign of a great business owner when their employees are happy. I have not once been in the shop and felt any kind of weirdness between employees. I will recommend Casey to anyone and everyone I know and will continue to do so until I run out of people to tell. Having an auto shop as neighbors is great, but having it be Logan Auto Fix has proved exceptional. On 2 separate occasions where my car has not started (battery, starter), Casey and his team have provided same day service and quality work. Labor costs are fair and reasonable as well. They're not a big shop so they can get busy but they were able to get me fixed up in the timeframe they gave me. My car started leaking a lot of oil soon after an oil change from a different place a few days prior. I was in a pinch because it was Saturday and most places were already closing and nothing is open on Sunday. I called Logan Auto and they were able to get me in right away. Casey very promptly took a look at my car, identified and fixed the issue. He was cool with me hanging out and watching while he was working and he and his team were great at answering all my questions. I feel like I lucked out finding this place. Casey was beyond incredible! After an accident, my insurance company was on the fence about totaling my car. Casey gave a much better price than Gerber Collision and my insurance was able to have my car repaired thru Logan Auto Fix. Casey was great to work with and he went over and beyond what he was paid to do...he voluntarily repaired a short in my rear tail lights, at no additional charge. I had had this problem for a while and another place was unable to find where was the problem.
