I'm a cancer survivor and because of this, I have limitations with manicures that I typically have to explain over and over (and over) at every nail salon I visit. And I don't mind. I don't expect people to know all the ins and outs of living with cancer. But... Hannah has lots of clients who deal with this already... and I didn't have to repeat a thing. It was INCREDIBLE. The second you walk into her space, it's impossible not to smile. It's colorful, welcoming, and full of happy energy... and then she works her magic! The overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional. I called the salon and gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. I wish they would've told me upfront that this cannot be done. I would not request for anything out of the basic mani pedi here.
