I liked how quick it was but the nail techs seem pretty checked out (using phones while working with customers), but it's affordable & there's plenty of parking. Restroom was clean. No complaints on my nails. They look great. They accept Zelle, card, & cash but they highly prefer cash & will push it on you to the point of asking you to go to atm. read more

Zero stars! I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. The work was honestly lazy and careless. My nails came out completely uneven, and the design looked rushed and poorly done. It's clear there was little attention to detail or pride in the work. On top of that, the tools didn't look properly sanitized, which made me uncomfortable. HORRIBLE PLACE !!! read more

This was one of the worst experiences at a nail salon. $28 for a gel manicure. The lady was nice but horrible at her job. During my my manicure she would like use her nail around my nail skin to smooth it out or get rid of the extra nail polish not on my nail. It was excessive and annoying. Towards the end of my appt she ask very nice huh and I was like umm no my nails were not smooth but like clunky looking. She did smooth them out at the end but they are not the best. My friend hated her experience too. Her nail tech got nail polish all over her hands?! How lol we Will not be back. read more

The service was horrible and the woman that was doing my pedicure was shaking horribly and trembling to the point where she was stabbing me with the tools and I told her all I wanted was gel color and she proceeded to grab my foot to use the solution on when I kept saying no so I asked her to stop and I went and sat next to my wife mind you all I got done was my nails cut and when my wife went to pay she tried adding an additional 25 dollars to the total horrible and people and horrible work I would not recommend read more

I having been going to this location for a few years now. But in my last couple of visits I have been disappointed with the service. The reason why is because of the injuries I have endured. With my last visit to this shop I wanted a pedicure with the calluses removal. When you come to these shops you expect the staff to be trained, experienced and licensed to perform a pedicure. The person I had in my opinion was not. She scraped parts of my feet that did not need to be scraped and rubbed off healthy skin. I should have known there was going to be a problem when I saw all the new faces working there. When I pointed out that she was hurting me she tried to be more careful but the damage was already done. I think it's time to find a new shop! read more

They have the worst customer service ever. The asian people working there are extremely rude.The tools that they use between customers are not sanitized. They simply keep using them on and on with out any sanitation in between. If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Reply to Laura (owner) that's not what I saw. The same nail clipper was shared by two girls doing pedicures on two different customers. Once it was done being used that nail clipper and other tools were not cleaned at all. The fact that I grew up coming here as a kid and now I'm an adult and they don't handle their own clients good is insane. So I come in, I asked for a gel pedicure and acrylic soak off and gel manicure. No one is waiting so I'm like great, they're gonna get me in with no trouble. They make me have a seat to wait, a guest comes in and they seat her in the chair to get her toes done. I was like omg no they didn't but they did. I went in for an emergency fix. I wear my acrylic nails long but my break was clean. She ripped my natural nail underneath leaving me bleeding. She then put a new acrylic over my bloody nail. She hurt me 5 times with the nail sander to the point where I was caught off guard multiple times, causing me to whimper and wince in pain. There was a crusty pair of dirty socks next to me at this woman's station. She told me $30 at the register and then charged me $34.50. This is not my usual spot but I came here to save time in a pinch. I regret my decision to come to this nail salon very much. read more

I tried giving this nail salon a 2nd chance, I thought "maybe it was just that nail tech that wasn't all that great" LOL NEVER AGAIN! I just got these done 2 DAYS AGO and they look like I've had them done for WEEKS! Very disappointing. I told the lady the French tip curves look very uneven but she did not do anything about it! Usually nail techs apply the polish thin so nails won't look clumpy but this lady applied the lavender polish super thick! I paid $90 for this full set and also a gel pedicure. I'm so sad! read more

They last long and don't lift. They also have a large selection of colors and their products last a long time. Also love their pedicures. I get them done by Helen and she's amazing! I would NOT recommend this place at all! I only give this place a one star because the technician who did my pedicure did a fine job. Once I walked in the first thing I noticed was the owner and an employee staring at me probably because I had just died my hair blue. They sat me down at the pedicure station and while I was getting my pedicure and my new set done I caught the owner and another employee staring at me again. I did feel a little uncomfortable at first but I just ignored it and continued listening to my own music in my headset. The technician doing my new set asked what shape I wanted I said oval by accident but immediately corrected myself and said almond shape please. When she was done filing my nails I noticed that majority of my nails were pointing to the left I showed her and asked her if she could fix it she said she would. She was about finished and I noticed she didn't fix my nails as they were still pointing left I showed her that my nails were crooked and she got mad and started speaking her language and all I could understand was her repeating "oval" The owner came over to look at my nails and could also tell that they were crooked so she called another technician to come help. The new technician told me she would fix it for me I told her that is fine I just want to hurry and go home she kept asking me during the process if I liked it I said "mhm" at that point I'm already frustrated and exhausted since I've been up since 4am. All I want to do is go home and rest. The technician had to file my nails a lot shorter and still ended up being crooked and there was no way to save them. She told me she would give me a discount but at the end I didn't really get one. Some of my nails are shaped into coffin others into stiletto. The first technician filled my nail top card and cut my pinky. I got the deluxe pedicure $33 Gel polish $15 Making my super short terrible crooked thin hand set $43 I payed $91 & stilled tipped my pedicure technician since the hand set service was a disaster! read more

Went into the salon and I didn't have an appointment but Lisa was able to see me right away. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure for the first time! All I can say is that Lisa did an incredible job, I've never had a nail tech spend so much time making sure every detail was perfect, she took the time to explain the difference between acrylic and dip powder nails to me, since I usually get regular gel nails for work and I love how they turned out! I went to get my nails done for a really important event. Which I was in a rush. They did not ask what Shape I wanted, didn't prep my nails. And did a really shitty job. I was charged about $100 for my toes and nails and called so that they could fix them bc the acrylic was all over the place. I tried fixing it but it was just got worse. They said to come in. I asked for a different design bc I thought they were going to do them all Over again. They wanted To charge me extra for the design I wanted. Which it was 3 lines on the nails.
