Basic sanitation practices and customer care should never be compromised, especially when someone has been cut during a service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

I have been a client of this establishment for 10 years and I have never had a complaint regarding any one. They always strive to ensure your wishes are met and the staff is very friendly. Change is inevitable and when different management came aboard the transition was seamless and uneventful. Lorna is THE best on nails and Helen provides a pedicure that will relax you into sheer tranquility . I've been to a lot of different nail salons but this is by far the best one I've been to. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the lady who did my nails was very careful and made small talk with me. It was very relaxing and comfortable. On busy days (especially weekends) there is a little bit of a wait but if you're not busy and don't mind the wait then it is totally worth your time! Very reasonable prices as well. read more

The wait was a bit long but they take their time with each of their customers so we felt very comfortable and welcome. They have new spa chairs with plastic bags which was a nice surprise. Everyone is very nice and went for the first time after moving so I made sure to look for a good place, love it will go again for other cute designs. I was a walk in around 4 :30 and they close at 6,she took her time and didn't rush. She also put lots of work into making your nails perfect. read more
