My husband, grandson and I went to the Evansville east side location on a Thursday evening. What a disappointing disaster! The food and service were horrible. My grandson took two bites of his burger and said he just couldn't eat it. My husbands pork chops were like rubber. Instant bad review just from bartenders attitude. Went in to pick up my take out and have a drink and she was just rude. I'll take my fat tip somewhere else tomorrow night. Whelp.... wasn't too bad. Steak was a bit over cooked but nothing too terrible. Was still juicy. Mashed potatoes were terrible. Garden salad was soggy. Rolls yummy as always! Went there last night for dinner, will NEVER go back again. Sat at the bar right by the service bar, where servers pickup their guests drinks. The floor was wet & nasty from dirty napkins dropped in the water. The bartender has no personality what so ever Got a peanut the peanut was stale. Ordered a salad & steak medium. Took forever to get our salad, told my husband I better not get my steak right after getting my salad. Salad came took a crouton put up it my mouth, STALE! Spit it out. Took a bite of my salad, lettuce was not cold or crispy. Went for a second bite & here came my salad. Cut into my steak it was raw, totally bloody raw! Baked potato was hard. I was DONE!!! My husband ask for the manager, we got sorry, you're right. I can put your steak back on the grill...at this point they could have but it back on the grill & given the meal to me free. I was not going to eat the dinner! Again we got sorry, I will talk to the cook & taste a crouton Paid for the two drinks we ordered, no tip!!! My fiance and I stopped in here after church on a Sunday! It was a short wait and our server was very quick and hepful! I ordered the Logans grilled chicken and it was great! My fiance ordered a chicken strip dinner and his felt very small. He even had to ask for more fries, since he was given very few. He also used their restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting! Walls were nasty, mirrors were filthy, and said their was "crusty stuff" stuck on the floors. I personally had a good experience, my fiance, not so much! read more

Stopped in for dinner last night. Was not greeted at door so went and seated myself at empty bar. Sat there for 5-10 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged by multiple bar tenders. Got up and walked out. Very disappointing with so many other options in area within walking distance. Once again our favorite place to eat in Evansville. Our Waitress Carrie was our server and we usually sit in the bar. Everything was awesome. Made our anniversary just that much better because we know its just a great place to eat. read more

Disgusting! I've never had a "sirloin" with a ton of fat! The sides were cold and the steak was over cooked. Never again!

This is the second time in 3 yrs I've eaten here, and the second experience was as bad as the first. I ordered my ribeye medium and it came out almost raw. I sent it back. When it came back it lacked any flavor and a lot of fat. The asparagus still had the tough ends still on. The mac & cheese was even bland. I don't recommend this place at all. Logan's Steak house can be good one trip and the next time it is awful. The Evansville west side location does not have consistent quality. Our food arrived warm at best. I am certain our food was waiting under heat lamps. On several visits the bake potato will be dry and hard (overcooked). Logan's would fold up if Texas Road house was to open on this side of town. read more

The Stadium 16 Theater is right there, on the Westside of Evansville, and the Place to go after a Movie is Logan's for YEARS for my Wife and I. Saturday Night (5JAN1019) was the WORST ever eating there, and I emphasize the word " eating ", because WE DID NOT. Saturday Night ANYwhere, it's crowded, and it was of course. We always eat there on Saturday's. We had a 25 minute wait, no big deal, always worth the wait. I had to hold my Wife's hands because it was so COLD in there. AC ??? WHY ??? Everybody was coming in with Winter Coats and Hoodies like myself. The Bar on the right as we waited, we noticed HALF the People on the Barstools, eating wore Coats/Sweaters/Hoodies. Ok, got seated after 25 minutes. Ordered our drinks. Waiter dropped off drinks apologizing NO BISCUITS were available due to Overload of People. Waited 20 minutes, got them. Wife took a bite, not fully cooked....gummy. Served too fast. I had to trade my side of Booth for my Wife TOO COLD for her....AC blowing. Told Waiter, he said will tell Manager, nothing done. Then I got cold and put on my Hoodie and wife her Winter Coat BACK ON. Ordered Full Rack Ribs like always, side order Corn, Rice, and Loaded Baked Potato. Wife, as usual ordered Half Rack,Baked Potato, Skewer Mushrooms. Food delivered 30 minutes later, BOOM, went down hill. Party of 10 on our right ALL had Coats on and little girl complained, "Mommy, I'm cold, I want to go Home". They left the Party. People MAD. Served food. My Rack was PRICKLY BURNT it stabbed my gums twice, broke like Beef Jerky, Ribs "usually" fall off bone, not that night, Corn lukewarm, baked Potato hardly detectable warm, Rice cold. Wife DIDNOT/COULDNOT eat skewer of Mushrooms/Spongy-gummy-RAW like, not fully cooked, baked Potato not even warm. All in all a disaster. Told Waiter. He even commented doesn't look good or cooked. I'll tell Manager. He came over. Agreed on everything we complained about and noticed we were disgruntled and alot of Food not touched, Ribs burnt. Told him about AC, said, "I'll look into it, and just went back up to Waitress Entrance checking in NEW Customers. Waiter came back and said, "Manager said we can REplace Order and if not just charge us $9.95 for both Meals. We chose that and left alot of food behind UNeaten of course, and got the HECK out of there. stopped at McDonalds and got 2 Hamburgers,Fries,Shake, Apple Pie. AT LEAST THEIR'S was COOKED. MORAL : We will go back in 2 Months and try it again on a Saturday Night, love their Food, over the Years. Lessons Learned : If the COOK(s) CANNOT keep up on a Weekend Saturday Night Crowd Rush, don't think it's ok to RUSH UNcooked Food to make Patrons happy.....because we won't be, and #2 If you DO cook food to ensure it's DONE and get BACKLOGGED on Orders, COMPLAIN to Management WHAT'S going on and HIRE more Cooks. Bad and good things about a Restaurant spread FAST in Evansville, then maybe the Weekend Crowd will dwindle and we're just overload McDonalds. We left 90% of my Full Rack Rib, had light brown meat by red meat(looked like it was RUSHED or pressure made the Cooks throw on RAW FROZEN Ribs and rush it. Visit started out very disappointing ! Since I was dinning alone I told the hostess I saw seats were open at the bar and I was ok sitting there. Was seated waiting for the bartender to take my drink order while l decided what I wanted to eat. Unfortunately she was too busy texting while facing the cash register.. Only two others sitting at the bar so she was not overwhelmed. After a few minutes being ignored I got up and informed the hostess that since the bartender was too busy texting to help me that I would need a table. I was promptly seated and my order was taken and food came out quickly and as ordered. Observed the staff interacting with customers being polite and attentive without being overbearing . One of the staff must have mentioned my experience at the bar to the Manager to apologize for my experience at the bar. He comped my dinner and thanked me for not leaving. This being said I made sure to still leave a tip for the server. It is unfortunate when the staff fails management . This time management did not fail the staff. I will be come back again read more

The service was fine but our steaks fatty, my husband steak was rare he ordered it medium. They fixed him another one but by the time he got it the rest of us where done eating. And we order an appetizer and got our salad before the appetizer. It was one of the worst meal we have had!! read more

I dined here on Saturday evening along with five other adults. I ordered the 12 oz. rib-eye with fried shrimp, along with mashed potatoes and a sweet potato (yes, I like potatoes). The rib-eye was a disappointment, as it was extremely tough. The shrimp were likewise disappointing. I cannot verify, but I'm reasonably certain that the shrimp were of the pre-breaded frozen variety. Two of the other guests ordered steaks, and they too complained of the toughness. I know that beef is extremely expensive right now, and it must be tempting to buy lesser-quality cuts; many restaurants are doing that, and it shows. It's important to know that a tough steak is a bad steak, no matter how good it tastes. I'm not ready to write this place off, as I have eaten here in the past, and I have always been satisfied.
