This place is acceptable to eat at. If you coming to eat at the bar is nice and easy. Ashley the bartender takes great care of you. The bar seats are decent and it's cozy enough to enjoy a roadhouse. Coming with a party an hour before close as well another time and they still served us and made sure they went above and beyond to serve us. Now I haven't been to a Logan's road house in a while but this one still passes my expectations . Still miss the old peanuts Try the fried chips. The atmosphere was amazingly , the service person being attentive and brought the food out in a timely manner. My mom and I ordered 2 steak and shrimp filet combos, asked them to be butterfly and when it was brought out, they were not. But I tried to over look and then they had not even try to clean. So we call the waitress who was very nice and she took the one we had back to the chef to show the issue. They brought out the others and I had five a piece and my mom was unclean and 3 out five was still half way clean. It seem like the chef got irritated because we ask to clean and then when we spoke back to the waitress she tried to kind of shake it off like it was not as bad as the other ten we order extra. Management thought we was trying to get out of paying for meal without saying. Waitress said they were supposed to butterfly them as you see we requested it. But I were very disappointed because the food was great and the tea was amazing. But to get to the end and feel like it should have been okay to eat the shrimp feces was disgustingly. Just left my meal here. 6pm on Thursday, sat immediately, party of 1. Food: mid at best. Steak was medium when I ordered med-rare, 0 flavor despite the seasoning on it. Mashed photos the same. The was an older server sitting by me in the bar area making the silverware packs. I noticed her cough into her hands then like 5 seconds later pick her ear and wipe it on her appron thing. Then continue to handle the silverware. When my server came I mentioned what I saw and suggested that she should take out the last 5 bundles and maye go wash her hands. My server had walked to her and said something then left. The lady didn't flinch just kept making the silverware. She also ate a KitKat during this time as well. So MGMT I don't believe she needs to be let go or anything (hard to find jobs these days), your call your policies, but she really needs to be told you do not touch your face when handling customers food or utensils. Traveled there on Tuesday, November 26th with my wife and mother-in-law. We all had to order sweet tea on three separate occasions as the tea was not sweet and they didn't pick up on it until the third attempt. My wife and mother-in-law ordered a filet and potato. I ordered the ribs. The salads were ok. My ribs and potato came to my table cold and tasted like they had been microwaved. My wife's filet was undercooked and my mother-in-law's filet was overcooked. They were not mixed up. Both their potato's were cold. The food was TERRIBLE. The service was good. We did not complain as we had to leave and they appeared to be cleaning the restaurant to prepare for closure. This was like at 7:30 pm even though the restaurant closed at 10:00 pm. The business was obviously understaffed and half the restaurant was closed to seating. It appeared only 2 waitresses worked the entire restaurant. The business should not have been open. Service was terrible. Fries were not cooked, Mac and cheese was cold. I ordered a ribeye medium and it came out rare. We had to ask for refills. Our server was too busy talking to another table instead of taking care of our table. We asked for side plates for appetizers and she told us they were being used for parties. Went to this place after work one day and am upset I didn't visit before I PCS. been stationed at Fort Bragg for 3 years and this is the best service I've received from a waitress at any restaurant around! Sabrina really made us feel comfortable and taken care of, my 18 month old loved her energy! She made my baby feel comfortable with her personality. Went in for Christmas Eve dinner 2020. Staff was in good cheer given the day and covid restrictions in NC. We got a seat in the in the bar area and were very well taken care of. Still had their full menu from what I could tell. Drinks started flowing and were well prepared and poured. I had a logons salad that was tasty and well dressed. A group of us ended up here on a Saturday night. It was busy but after a short wait at the bar, we were seated. Bartender was super, btw. I hadn't been to Logan's in a very long time because it is not on my side of town. I had a salad with a NY strip and sweet potato. It was actually delicious. I took my wife to Logan's tonight as it had been quite a while since we were there. Now I remember why. There was a 35 minute wait time, but then once we were taken to be seated, the hostess seemed to have been lost as to where to seat us. She finally seated us at a table that hadn't been bussed yet. The server, I don't recall her name, but she was overworked, serving tables and tending bar. She had on dark rimmed glasses. She took our drink order, and the drinks came quickly, but when the bread came, it was another server who swept past, almost tossing the bread on the table. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Until finally my wife got up and notified the overworked server that we were ready to order our food. The food we ordered came rather quickly, but we were both disappointed in the quality. While we weren't expecting Ruth's Chris, we weren't expecting what were got either. My wife's broccoli was mushy and overcooked and her filet was limp and unappetizing. My T-bone was cooked properly but tasted very peppery, and was very thin; more like a steak you'd get at a buffet restaurant than at a place like Logan's. This must of been an off night. Got to a friends house in Fayetteville, NC. To me, Logans is the go to place for a decent drink, steak and appetizers...not too pricey, you know what I mean. However, this franchise fell short of the standard. There were a few caveats though. My waitress, Chante was good and very knowledgeable, my Long Island Iced Tea (get the Roadside Edition) really was great (pay extra 2 dollars and get a shot with it) and my Mushroom appetizer was on point. That being said, my side salad was uninspiring with bland diced tomatoes gathered on lettuce and draped with multicolored cheese. I LOVE salad! I didn't love this one...didnt even finish it...and you know I'm greedy!!! On to my combo sirloin and ribs. Upgraded sirloin from 6 oz to 8 oz for 2 dollars more and requested steak to be done medium. You get two sides and so I ordered okra. Very disappointed. Okra came out cold, steak was too rare, the ribs were dry underneath the smothering yucky bottled bbq sauce....My food looked good, but was not good. I want to give them another chance, but it will have to wait till I get back this way to Fayetteville. read more

Server didn't show up, our waitress was the bartender, who did a very good job with us while tending her bar. After many requests to speak to a manager, none appeared in our 3 hour event. My table wasn't clean, but my food was good. Many women had cold or burned food, very late orders. A real nightmare experience for us. They did wonderfully with my party. We we seated quickly (although we did go early when it was not busy). The waitress was quick to take our drink order, and fast to bring them right to us. She came back with their yeast rolls quickly, and I was surprised that they now offer both regular butter and cinnamon/sweet butter. She politely asked if we were ready to order, didn't push anything we didn't order (like other restaurants recently have upsold us appetizers and desserts). The kitchen took a good long while to prepare our meals, but when it came out, everything was about as good as you can ask for.
