It's been a while since we have been here but wanted to give it another try. I got the chilly line salon and shrimp. The shrimp didn't come with my meal. I had to ask for it then wait a while. It came after I was done eating. The food was overall good. Service was a little slow and there wasn't many people here. A big place that I think would be a good place to eat if they could fine the right management and cooks. Sorry to see this place not get good reviews but reviews are holding true. read more

This was a chosen location for lunch but boy was it a bad one. The place was clean and the friendly guy cleaning the door glass as we entered are the high points to this visit. Seated right away as they had just started lunch service. Zoe greeted us quickly and got our drink orders. Upon return with hot rolls, we gave her our order and away she went. While the rolls were like nothing we have ever had there before they were hot. But they tasted like dirt and the texture was off as compared to the light and fluffy yeast rolls we usually get. So we wait a very long time for our shared plate of the three sliders. When it was delivered to our table, we were very disappointed by its appearance. So when Zoe finally came back around to check if everything was ok she was taken aback when we said no that we were not eating the mess they had put in front of us please take it back but can we keep the fries! Sure no problem. I pick up the ketchup container and it's one shot away from being empty. About 8 -10 minutes later someone plops another plate on our table. They put the same slider burger patties on different buns and didn't even put more fries on the plate. When another bottle of ketchup is located (because every table had empty ones) we drown the sliders in ketchup and mayonnaise. No drink refills or check back. I call over to the manager as he has walked by several times for drink refills. He immediately gets us new ones but no chit chat or inquisition into how things were for us. We wait about 20 minutes after we have finished eating and we haven't seen hide nor hair of Zoe or our check. She eventually comes over and we get our check. No apologies nothing offered for lack of quality of food or customer service. We will NOT dine at this establishment again. We also noticed several other patrons experiencing some of the same issues we did and several dishes were being sent back. read more

I got one of the Real-Deal meals that was advertised on their commercial for $11.99. There's actually only two entrees that are $11.99. They are the Roadies and a Peppercorn Bacon Chicken sandwich. I got the Beer Battered Fish with a salad and baked potato for $16.99. A drink comes with the meal and bottomless rolls. The fish wasn't great. You could probably get better at Captain D's for less money. However the food was hot and fresh and the service was good. Went out to Logan's tonight, and sadly the kitchen was really behind-- BUT, the food was awesome when we finally got it. Despite the set backs, my main reason for writing this review was our server Stephanie/Stephany (I don't know how she spells her name, sorry.) She was so accommodating and genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. The service there was amazing, and she especially did amazing work and made me and my sisters feel so welcome and comfortable. (She deserves like, a big gold star or something, for real!) The best part about Logan's is definitely the people!! I would definitely recommend to others solely for this reason. read more

Was very disappointed with service and food, our server took for ever to ask us for drinks took for to receive them, we ordered an appetizer which We got at the same as our meal, all she kept saying I am sorry your appetizer is not out yet, when we got it it looked like it had been sitting there a while, my food was undercooked and green beans overcooked, granted the server did not cook the food so I can blame her for that, but her service sucked, i did leave her minimum tip l normally tip above 20% but not this time. Wife ordered a ribeye, appears what they brought was a sirloin (no marbling). The waitress never refilled our drinks. With 3 other steakhouses near them they should do better. This was my 2nd visit to Logan's and it was nothing like the first time. Service was good but what happened in the kitchen! Dinner salad had a big chunk of ice in the bottom of the bowl. I'm guessing the bowls were put in the freezer with dish water still in the bottom of the bowls. I ordered a 16oz ribeye what came out was so thin and way over seasoned. Baked potatoes were ice cold. The whipped butter wouldn't even melt. Everyone's potato was the same, my friend ordered a 12oz ribeye that was the same as mine. First time I went everything was great. read more

Stopped by this location for some dinner while traveling from out of town and this was the best experience ever our waiter Darian B was so helpful and attentive. With the best attitude and was so kind the whole time and never had a problem refreshing the drinks or brining more rolls. First of all there are at least 5 steak places within a mile of each other and even though the reviews were not the best I decided to order food to go from Logan's. When I picked up my food the staff was friendly and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. The restaurant was very clean and neat with only a few customers. (It was around 4:30pm. The food was good, steak was cooked as I had ordered and hot. My only reason for not giving five stars was because my rice was cold and I was staying only a half mile from the restaurant. I did not check reviews from any of the other steak places but I certainly suggest you might if in town. read more

A good option for a "roadhouse" menu. Steak was done properly and was tasty. Wasn't a huge standout, but good for what it was supposed to be, and all reasonably priced. Decor is all wood paneling, adding to the roadhouse feel. Waitress was super nice. Only thing I'd change was the Caesar salad, way too much dressing, and missing the anchovy "bite". This is disappointing to write, Logan's was always our go to place. Used to have nice skewers with grilled vegetables, quality food and service. However that was not the case at out most recent visit this Saturday. While the place is still nice enough, it was not too Loud, was not busy and service was adequate, food quality is not worth returning for. And that's ultimately why you go somewhere. The food we got took a long time to receive. It must've been plated over time bc it was not hot. We had ribs (cold) , chicken tenders, fried chicken sandwich (prepared incorrectly and barely warm) , fried shrimp, grilled (was cold and barely there) chicken salad and a pasta dish. Too many choices in that corridor for this level of mediocrity to be successful long term. The memories and nostalgia remain but that's gonna be it. read more

Tonight we went for the special we saw advertised 12.99 for a 6oz steak, 2 sides, and a drink. This was our second trip to this particular Logans Roadhouse. Started off they had no diet soda, so I had to drink tea which I had been drinking all day. How do you run out of all diet sugar free beverages. Being a diabetic, it's my only choice. The rolls were fabulous, hot and fresh. Finally our meal arrived and everything was cold, steak was maybe cool to luke warm. 6 oz sirloin was a little bigger than the size of a half dollar. Fries and corn were flat out cold room temp. Our waitress was nice enough, and when she finally came back to check on us and asked if everything was good and I started to tell her then, that everything was just ok, she kinda walked away. I ate half of my half dollar size steak and gave the rest to my husband. Cold food is one of the most unappealing things there is. Hubby can tolerate cold food, I cannot, it nauseates me. The next time waitress came over to ask if we wanted To go iced teas, I told her then, that everything was cold and she said you should have said something. I told her I couldn't wait another half hour for hot food. She brought our ticket and we paid our $34.00 tab for our cold food and left. Really disappointed. I will go to Texas roadhouse next time. I just feel like if I am paying $34.00 for food you have an expectation of hot fresh food, especially when you wait 30 to 40 min for it. Do better!!! A while back, I wrote a nasty review about this place. I am back to say that they seemed to have worked out their kinks and are back to being rather good again. The tables are no longer sticky, the food is consistently good, and the wait staff is friendly. My family and I (3.5)came about 415 on a Sunday. The restaurant was maybe about 25% full. The AC was out - ok uncomfortable. The hostess was rude - understandable due to the heat, but the server was great. On point with the drinks and...the drinks. The spicy mango marg is ! We waited an hour for food. My husband ordered the steak salad (after being told they were out of wings). Just to be told another server ganked his order and he had to wait to for it to be remade. At that point, we had had 2-3 drinks and were full on liquid. The to-go boxes and check took a while to get, but at that point, the server was burdened with a full section. The heat was overwhelming (we should have left as soon as we walked in), so I had to take the baby to the car to cool off. Was very disappointed. Out of the 4 times we've gone, we've only had 1 good experience. 0/10, would not revisit. **Edit** We did not see the manager and reading the other reviews, I'm glad we didn't. Seeing as how my husband and I didn't eat dinner, I could only assume the following was caused by the delicious Spicy Mango Margaritas. From 0100-1000 the next day, our lives would become a miasmal hell. Our intestines rivaled a Haitian Hurricane. If you have seen The Bridesmaids, where the women are trying on the dresses, you've but a glimpse into the trauma we faced. My Mom is completely in love with this place and now I see why!! Sixteen of my relatives and I dined here for my Mother's 66th birthday and we had a great time. We contacted the restaurant 1 hour before arrival and they had our table ready upon arrival, which was great, since people were arriving in town at different times. Gabbie waited on our table and let me say this... SHE COMPLETELY ROCKED IT!!!! She was very patient with the little ones, and even made a few suggestions for the drink orders. She was very attentive and and got all of our orders right. Gabbie's Family now, she made memories that we will never forget. Great Staff! Logan's has a very impressive menu, they have everything from hot wings to lobster tails and drinks to definitely knock your socks off. I ordered the prime rib steak and jumbo shrimp scampi with loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad. My steak was cooked to perfection ( kudos to the cook ). To drink I ordered The devil went down to Georgia, only because I liked the name of it, lol. I also ordered a Cranberry Margarita. Everything was great. They lit sparkling candles and we all sang Happy Birthday to my Mommy! The Logan's Crew had something extra to add, but we were so loud they could hardly finish. Lol. I usually like Logan's . But not this location. I'm usually a loner so I'm at the bar. Took 'tender almost 10 whole minutes to notice me. Once I ordered, I sat for a full 15 minutes more. With no beer. Not even a glance my way as she fills everyone else's order (in several cases multiple times). When I get up to leave, she yells out "I was getting your beer next!" No... almost 30 Minutes and no drink... There is no telling how long it would have taken to get actual food. I kept walking. read more
