We were also told that our entire party had to be on one check. This policy was never mentioned when we called, and we were not prepared for it. Even after speaking with the manager, we were told that's simply the rule. Again, unacceptable. Our group of 15 was assigned only one server. When I asked why, the server just shrugged her shoulders. Service was extremely slow, and she rarely checked on us. The food took two hours to arrive, which is completely unreasonable. The manager never returned to check on us or address the issues we were experiencing. Overall, this was not a good experience. I hadn't been to Logan's in awhile and decided to try it again tonight. After this experience, I will not be returning. We waited almost 15 minutes for our waitress. By the time she made it to us, we ordered two drinks (1 lemonade and 1 water), appetizer, and our two meals. She returned 10 minutes later with my side salad and bread, never bringing us our drinks until we asked the lovely waitress who brought us our appetizer for waters. Our waitress, Kayla, disappeared for most of the rest of our time and was very short everytime we did see her. The other waitresses who helped us were lovely, though I feel the manager is equally as clueless considering she was suppose to remove the lemonade we never got and still charged us partially for it after admitting she didn't know how to remove it. The place had a decent amount of guests, no hostess and two waitresses on each side of the restaurant. Our side had 6 other tables with guests and then us. The chicken tenders looked like the meat you get at subway for a sandwich, looks pressed and unsure if it's real chicken. No salad was served. The rib tasted ok, weird smoke flavor to it. Husband got the meatloaf and it looked like the Swanson tv dinner meatloaf. We immediately asked for to go containers since this was our lunch break and it was already almost 1.5 hours at this place. The two times we've driven over an hour to this place have been massive disappointments. My mom ordered the ribeye which literally still had blood coming out of it and no flavour at all. The steak was meant to be medium rare, not alive. I got the chicken dinner which is probably the best thing on the menu. The mac and cheese while frozen, is still serviceable. The green beans were ok. It also doesn't help that they keep the place frozen like a refrigerator. I mean seriously, it's May in Michigan not August in Singapore, you don't need the AC at 50.
