We have the most amazing waitress named Holly! We actually called before we come to make sure Holly is here! I believe she needs to be held on a pedestal and recognized. She listens to us. She takes her time, even though I know she has our tables. I just love her so much and I can't speak enough about her. I definitely don't know her anywhere, but Bob Evans, but when you find a waitress who is that dedicated and asked about everything in your life. You know she's good. She knows our complete order of the top of her head and we just get it. We don't even have to ask! I normally order Delivery. Yesterday I was in the area so stopped in for dinner. I ordered one of my favorites. When I got my food I found that when I order Delivery they only give you a half portion of Meat. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Breast dinner. Dine in you get 2 full sized pieces of Chicken. Order Take out or Delivery you get 2 small pieces that equal 1 full sized piece. I will not be ordering Dinner for Take out or Delivery anymore. If you order delivery get a breakfast. I told the waitress what I wanted she gave her suggestion, so I ordered 2 eggs basted, well done sausage, 2 biscuits with gravy and grits. For the first time in many, many Saturday morning breakfasts, I got 2 perfectly cooked based eggs & sausage cooked the way I asked. Stopped there last night. Enjoyed the usual good food. The chicken fried steak with country gravy was excellent. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. However, the men's restroom cleanliness was far below Bob Evans' usual standards. The floor was filthy. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walked. There was dried urine caked beneath the urinals. The room smelled heavily of urine. It's obvious it hadn't been cleaned in a day or two. When I politely informed the cashier at checkout, she became defensive and said she didn't have time to clean it. It would have been better if she had just said, "Thank you. We'll take care of it." Makes me wonder what else isn't getting cleaned. We'll continue to go to Bob Evams. Just not this one. read more

It's okay I guess. The focus on country-style, down on the farm cooking doesn't do much to differentiate it from the dozens of diners and Coney Islands in the area. Walked in was graded right away. Had to wait for a few it was the crowd is Saturday morning. We were seated and received our drinks. We placed their order we had to wait a few minutes more than normal due to the crowd. I ordered the ham and Eggs Benedict. With a side of American fries. They did have the vanilla creamer packs which was a plus LOL. When the food arrives it looks and presented very well. Also it has wonderful flavoring in the hollandaise sauce and the eggs were basted like I like them. I will come back again and try lunch next time. read more

Ordered delivery from Doordash. I was craving breakfast for dinner tonight, and I figured that Bob Evans is synonymous with amazing breakfasts. I went with a pepper and Cheddar cheese omelette meal with hashbrowns and biscuits. This is one of the best omelettes I have ordered from any restaurant. The eggs were fluffy and filled with a very generous amount of yummy veggies and cheese. They don't cheat you on the omelette fillings here like some other restaurants do! Hashbrowns tasted like freshly shredded potatoes and were cooked perfectly. Biscuits were soft, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. I would definitely order this meal again! read more

Ordered 3 Thanksgiving turkey plates. In comments stated that I wanted it COLD. Once they found my order it was hot. I picked it up the day prior to Thanksgiving that's why I said cold. Thanksgiving day we had gelatinous ham and turkey. Unedible stuffing. The cranberries were actual pie filling. The green beans were disgusting as were the mash potatoes. Wound up making stuffing and 2 types of potatoes at home, kept the corn, ate the ham which had to be rinsed off and threw everything else away. Disgusting! I rated one star because I had to... Been painting at home and ran up to Bob Evans for a quick dinner. I normally do not eat at Bob Evans. My brother from another state just raves about this place. Manager looks like he's miserable. Waitress is okay. But I've had better service. She wasn't very friendly. Ranch dressing gross. Not home made. Iceberg lettuce brown pieces. Just not fresh. Country fried steak okay Potatoes I tried shredded hash browns.... Gross. Half done. Then I ask for home fries.... Gross half done Warmed up baked bread. Not from scratch. I ordered curbside pick up thinking how nice it is they offer curbside pick up so I do not have to get my daughter out of her car seat and bring her inside just to pick up our food. I called when I got there and they said my order was ready and they would bring it right out. I waited 10 minutes for them to bring it out while watching others go in to pick up their order and walk out with it, so finally I went inside to get it. It was sitting right next to the door for the past 10 minutes and no one wanted to bring it out. I even told the manager I had been waiting and he could care less. 99% of the time I only get Biscuts and gravy with home fries, There's NOTHING like Bob Evans Bis cuts and gravy. This location just recently gotten a inside face lift and its more roomy and simple, food still good, and the wait staff friendly, I need to break away from the usual and try new things, they have lots to choose from, good old fashion comfort food. right now their push in $5 quarts of soup to go. They have nice " carry out " parking spots and also a nice arrangements of Bob Evans products by the regester. a while back I joined there email list and used to get Buy one Get one Breakfast coupons sent to me by email ( haven't seen those for while ??? ) but well worth joining. Many many years ago I remember Bob Evens used to have " Boneless BBQ ribs, I wonder if they still have those ???, I will find out next time I go. read more

After unfriendly service, we received our meals which were not what we expected. The two piece broasted chicken was supposed to come with a leg and a thigh. Ours came with two very small legs. The turkey dinner came with stuffing that appeared to be Stove Top. When we went to check out, they added $40 as the tip instead of the $4 we wrote in on the receipt. We ordered 2 Thanksgiving meals one week in advance from manager Terry to be ready at 12:30 pm Thanksgiving day. When we arrived 15 min early, we went in to pay. It took the employee 10 minutes just to find the order in the computer. At 12:27pm, she told us to go park in curbside pick up and it would be out in a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes and watched people come and go after getting their food. I went back inside and asked where our order was. The same employee said it will be a couple minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes, I called the number on the curbside sign and spoke with Terry, the manager. When I was trying to explain our frustration, he started talking over me and told me how busy it was and we need to wait, blah, blah, blah. I explained good customer service means you listen to your customer's problem and then provide a solution. We had waited over 40 minutes after the time our meals were supposed to be ready. Terry came out to the car a few minutes later in a huff and gave us a bag without waiting for us to check it was correct. He then commented he'd been doing this for 30 years and didn't need to be told about good customer service. Obviously, he is incorrect. There were sides missing from our meal and almost 50 minutes late is inexcusable. Also, not allowing a customer to explain the problem shows lack of any customer service skills. Maybe Terry should find a new job. We will not be using Bob Evans again. read more

It's SO sad to give this location a 2 star rating, we go here for a good lunch or breakfast. Something different but their food is ALWAYS good. The waitresses do lack and aren't the greatest but it's tolerable.. The last handful of times it's been painfully slow. Today it took 35 min just to get our food. We didn't order anything complex or a lot so that's not a good enough excuse! They weren't terribly busy although, the waitresses claimed they were. The manager didn't seem to care about the service. Just said, "we got hit" or "were short staffed, patience please" That seemes to always be the answer. Hire more people! I won't be back here for a while! read more

Long wait, like really long! (review for febuary) Group (8) came to eat dinner on a friday around 7:30pm, original choice was Olive Garden but wait time wasn't looking in our favor there. We sat down and got water quickly and took some time to browse the menu (while we received bread - devoured on hungry stomachs ) and then ordered. However, then the long wait began! From the time we sat down to the time we received our ordered entrees, it was probably an hour if not more. We took maybe 15 min to order. I don't know if all entrees were hot (several grilled cheese sandwhiches) but I had diced steak patty with mushroom sauce and broccoli. Overall, my meal was satisfying and fairly warm. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is cause this place is more for old people, not young people to go to or family's. it's the only reason I don't like going. I've only ordered carry out from this location and unfortunately... I'm not impressed. Portions for the price are small. Sometimes ridiculously small. In addition, there always seems to be some sort of challenge giving a carry out order over the phone. I'm not sure if their staff were sheltered from American breakfast foods as children, or maybe anything other than avocado toast is too much to handle for these young adults. Also, i'm not so sure they are using their handset on the phone correctly because I end up repeating myself somewhere in the area of 6-7 times. But hey, hardline phones are practically extinct. You can't expect people to understand that primitive tech when we have smart phones. On a positive note, their banana nut bread is killer awesome. The great thing about that is it's already made and boxed. You can just walk in and buy it. No funky phone repeating translations needed! They have good takeout parking spots too, it takes you right in on the side door. Their takeout containers are very nice. Hopefully they can hold a training and adjust their portions so they are consistent and fair for the price. Sorry Bob Evans!
