We stopped for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken kids meal-delish, the Wedge salad-delish and the Roadhouse salad-disgusting!!! The steak could not be cut or chewed due to the gristle. So disappointed. Why would a chef serve this to paying customers and not his own family? read more

Went in last night at dinner time and they were busy but was able to sit at the bar and had a great meal and cold beer. Bartender was busy but kept up a good running conversation with everyone. What can I say 10 minute wait - not bad at all. 45 minutes later no food - asked the server - no ideal what was going on. 5 minutes later server said printer in kitchen had broken and she could see our ticket but no ideal how much longer it would be. Ask for a manager - 5 minutes later still no manager Went in kitchen and found manager. Explained why I was leaving - lack of communication with customer. 55 minutes after we were seated food arrived while I was talking to the manager. We walked out. If they would have communicated what was going on it would have been ok but to leave the customer hanging with out communicating what was going on is unacceptable. read more

My husband and I stopped by Logans on Saturday for a late lunch early dinner around 2:00 in the afternoon . The restaurant was not busy ... We stood at the hostess stand with another guest in front of us also waiting. Not one employee acknowledged that we were there ,as I said they were not busy, after standing there for what seemed like a long time we asked the lady waiting in front of us if she had been waiting long and she replied with a frustrated YES. We decided to leave along with a group of ladies that had just arrived who also saw what they had to look forward to . The best part of this experience was that we left and went down the road to Long Horns along with the other group that was behind us . Long Horns was fairly busy but we were greeted right away , seated promptly , and had a great meal with great service . We should have read the other reviews first and saved some time and frustration. Get your act together Logan's of Spring Hill we have choices where to eat and spend our money. read more

Bad experience: Worst Logans I've ever been to. We had to ask twice before being brought rolls and they were cold and hard unlike any other Logans I've been to. My Husband and I ordered the same surf and turf meal with medium steaks, mine came out well done, his was rare but we ate them anyways. The shrimp was crunchy and overcooked. The worst part, an hour later we both were sick with stomach issues and will not being going back. read more

Norton Shores, MI. location : Well what was supposed to be an amazing time with friends and coworkers for my hubbs Christmas Party...turned into a disaster ! We were given the biggest bitch for a waitress , who had the attitude to match . One waitress for 16 people makes for shit service and mistakes ! We had so many empty glasses and tableware on our table that I had to grab a different server and made him clear our table, Then comes the food disaster...4 meals coming out at a time in 12 minute increments....then add missing items with those plates. Now lets talk about the hubbs meal..ordered steak and shrimp...steak comes out CHARRED BLACK, completely overcooked, so it's sent back..2nd steaks arrives TWENTY FIVE minutes later ...RAW , again sent back, 3rd steak arrives another 15 minutes later AGAIN RAW , my order ..mushroom peppercorn filet...arrived RAW , sent back....arrived TWENTY minutes later microwaved...not remade , 3 bites of the steak and I'm in the bathroom sick. Hubbs and I sent both "dinners" back , and came home hungry and sick !!! We visited this location about a week ago. We had really great service from one of the new employees her name was Caitlyn. She did a great job and real helpful. I have visited this location several times and never had a server as nice and helpful as her. The food was great and it was nice to see a manager come to our table and ask how our meal was. So I will ask for Caitlyn again and suggest you all do the same. read more

I've lived in Spring Hill ever since this Logan's opened. We went probably a dozen times the first couple of years and the service and food quality varied from average to good the first 10 times. But the last two times we went were terrible. The staff went from slightly apathetic to severely apathetic and borderline hostile between the next to the last and last visits there. It's probably been 3 years since that last visit happened! No doubt that whenever this is someone's "first Logan's experience" they'll likely never go to another one.--shame...My guess is the main thing that keeps this one going is the fact that the next door restaurants aren't extremely better (Fulin's is by far the best sit-down restaurant in the shopping center by the way). We go to the Franklin location once per month and (though they aren't perfect) they do a solid job and are friendly. I'd love to patronize my local Logan's but (from recent reviews) it looks like they still haven't figured it out. I don't enjoy writing Negative reviews and my intention behind this one is that it gets noticed (with all the other ones) and the management of the Spring Hill location makes drastic changes to "right the ship" so that I'll want to go back one day! :) read more

This place gets a one because of the hostesses they take your order if you have anything to go. I ordered something to go, came in and witnessed the hostesses making fun of the patrons that were there and acting annoyed anytime you asked them to do anything regardless of how polite you were. I don't know what job the hostesses think they are doing but it is really not that important and they should be fired ASAP read more

First off, I should say I've never been terribly impressed with any Logan's I've ever been to. But this location was by far the worst. The waitress was horrible and didn't seem concerned one bit with accommodating her customers. And I'm not just talking about my party here. The large group next to us had to wait nearly 20 minutes for her to get their checks in order. Why people like this take jobs in customer service I will never know. As for my table, the waitress came by three times within about 6 or 7 minutes asking if we were ready to order. She seemed very bothered and inconvenienced that we were even taking that long. Of course, after we ordered she practically disappeared and only came back to check on the table once. The food itself was way off the mark. I ordered the filet, medium and when it arrived it was completely pink. I could've eaten it medium-rare but this thing was beyond rare. I wasn't even confident it would be safe to eat. With my waitress MIA, I had to grab a random employee to send the steak back. I told them I ordered it medium and this one clearly was not. The employee assured me it would be fixed and back out before I knew it. So 10-12 minutes later the steak came back, as expected, burnt to a crisp. I sighed and just bit my tongue. I took a few bites before I was over it and ready to go. The manager came around to see if everything had been taken care of. I told him not really but my experience had already been so bad there was nothing he could really do at this point anyway. He was very nice, apologized profusely and assured me my meal would be taken off the final bill. After what seemed like an eternity our original waitress came back by and brought me the bill. I left a more than generous $2 tip and couldn't get out of there fast enough. The only reason I didn't give this restaurant a 1-star rating is because my opinion of it is based on only one visit. Regardless, the experience was so bad that I won't ever be back if I can help it. read more

I hate writing bad reviews and we love the food here but every single time we have had awful service. We went for lunch today and were not acknowledged for 20 min after being seated. Another 10 min to bring fountain drinks. Food came out in a decent amount of time but that's ordering 40 min after being there. It doesn't matter if we go for lunch or dinner, same type of service. We have had multiple servers too so I'm not sure what the problem is? We are basically giving up though... Maybe try a different location? read more

Stopped in for a business lunch with 6 people not including myself.... we were sat at a bar table to begin with, then had to move to make room. After we were moved, we didnt have a server for 15 minutes (wonderful) and when we DID get a server, we got a new kid. Claimed he was 22 but probably had the iq of a 10 year old. He took our orders, and when the food came, 1 was missing. He claims he "dropped it" but when confronted about it, he owned up to not entering it. Food was good, dont get me wrong. Took forever to get refills, we thought he was brewing the tea himself! But when attempting to split the checks, he didn't understand..... so I ended up paying a $95 bill on someone else's food, even though my food was only $21..... what really got me was the the manager put him up to lying about the steak that was "dropped".... Logans will no longer be my first choice for out of state business dinners..... or even a thought. So much for "southern hospitality".... read more

This was a terrible experience! I ordered the trio skewers and they were over cooked and didn't come with the pineapple it said it would. When I asked for it they told me they were out of wooden skewers so I didn't get pineapple... WTF?! Makes sense to me :/ then the grilled mushrooms were gross so I asked for broccoli instead. It was good. The baked potato was good. I don't think you can mess that up. My husband ordered a steak that was cooked wrong according to the server and she said that she was making them recook. After she brought his aides and my whole dinner. So I had to eat in front of him while he waited for his steak because he didn't want mine to get cold. When they finally brought his steak it was cooked wrong again. (Undercooked, he asked for medium) so then the manager brought it back to him and said that he wouldn't charge him for the steak. Not sure what everyone's negative comments are for, maybe it was an off night for your server. Anyways, a Friday evening at 7:20 and our wait was about 20 minutes. Our server, Eric, was AMAZING. A new father with a 4 month old baby, proudly showed us the picture. This man, with even lack of sleep is one of the most amazing servers we have ever had, anywhere. Personality plus. Never rushed us. Remembered our never off the menu orders without writing anything down. Order came perfect......food was delicious, per the 5 eating. Ribs, fell off the bone, prime rib came perfectly pink as requested, steaks were as requested and so was the entree salad. Their yeast rolls......just go in for those!! Worst dinner ever..Should have never chose this restaurant as a spot for Valentine's Day with my loved ones. Wait time to be seated was fast but after being seated, our server took his time about taking our order. After finally getting a waiter to take our drink order, it was forever to get the drinks. After about a 20 minute wait, he returned with our drinks and took our food order. My son got grilled shrimp & grilled chicken, I ordered a steak, medium well. Both dinners came with potatoes & a salad. After another 30 minutes, our food arrived cold and my steak was well done and tough. My son had cold shrimp on a skewer and didn't get his potato with his dinner and it finally arrived with no butter, sour cream or Bacon bits as they were out. The manager was the one that brought the potato out on a plate to our table with nothing but a slit down the middle! This was our first & last time eating at this restaurant and I will not recommend anyone I know to go there. The best thing about the whole experience was the Mason jar if peach lemonade. I was so excited when Logan's first went in Spring Hill. No so much anymore. I have given it the 3 time try. DONE. Ordered the steak sandwhich. Steak, mushrooms, onions, and melted provolone cheese. The sanwhich had 1 slice of a shroom, 2 pieces of chesse slapped over the top, a few onions and a "slab" of meat. It was over $9.00......I could have gotten a better sandwhich from Arby's. My husband had the Nachos. Dumped chips, small amount of chili, cheese and peppers. The food is "fast food" with a waitress/waitor. This use to be a great spot to go - think corporate need to revisit their menu and their restaurants..... read more

Like other reviewers, "it is a crap shoot" good service and poor to bad service. Even with a coupon still pricy if you get bad food. to bad but other Logans are bad also, IE: while working in Al. got catfish, way under cooked, I had two pieces on my plate, took only a couple of bits, sent them back, they took the one uneaten piece cut in half an fried to death, all my co-workers were done eating an we were in one car, so had to get a to go box an eat in motel, coulden't get a manager over, to take fish off bill, to bad as they were better a few years back. read more

So my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Logan's, bad idea! The only good thing I have to say about our evening is that I called ahead for a party of 14 and we only waited about 10 minutes. But then they attempted to seat us at a round table that was to small to hold all of us comfortably and 2 of our party elected to sit at a nearby booth. Our waitress took our order but didn't even ask me how I wanted my steak cooked, therefore it came well done- not really as much her fault as mine I should have caught that I guess. My dad asked for coffee and she brought him water but never bothered to bring the coffee and he asked 3 times for it, she blamed it on the facility only having one coffee/tea maker and that they kept running out of tea and she couldn't make the coffee. Really!!! Then the food came out and she actually messed the side salads up as well and we ended up with 2 extra, not really a bad thing but wasteful. My sister-in-law was brought a molded sweet potato, when she asked the waitress about it the waitress said she would get her another one and that another customer today found a rock In her food and that she could tell the manager to come out and talk to her but that he was mean. We are all nearly finished eating and my dad is still waiting on his coffee. We asked her for more rolls and she never brought them. Lastly and in my opinion the worst and what prompted me to complain... my husbands mother who is 64 and his grandmother who is 86 both of which have a hard time walking/standing and really need to use a handicap bathroom stall waited for a good 5 minutes for the handicap stall only to see a very capable, healthy, young waitress come out of it. There were other stalls open but the employee just had to use that one??!!! I won't be back to that Logans. read more

I ate at Logan's before I worked there. I was never terribly impressed by the staff or the food. I made the mistake of expecting it to live up to the cool springs location. Service was always slow. So I didn't darken the door for a few years. I've waited tables off and on for 12 years and needed a little extra cash and it was close to my house, so I applied for a server position. I talked to the new manager and he said he was looking to clean out the bad staff that had been dragging the place down for years and get some new blood in there that cared. I get fully invested anywhere I work, so this notion excited me. As soon as I saw the kitchen, I decided I would never eat there again, even with a discount. Roaches behind and under everything. Dishes that weren't really clean. Servers rolling an ungodly amount of silverware each night, but having to soak them in hot water, not to remove water spots, but to remove any left over food still stuck to them because the dish washer was over loading the pallet when running it through the wash. Management had a few favorites that could do anything and everyone else was a chore to help. The kitchen staff was a mess, and the process of getting the food from the kitchen to anyone ready to run food was the worst I've ever seen. I loved waiting on folks through the years. It was always so much fun, but after only 3 weeks, I left and vowed never to serve anywhere else. There is a reason this place is terrible. Good people that want to work hard and take pride in what they serve and what they do won't stick around and be associated with garbage service, managers, and food. read more

went to logan's last weekend. I just wanted a good burger. took nearly an hour to get it and it was supposed to be a bacon burger with mushrooms, mayo, lettuce and onion. when it came it was cold and the fries also. it had no bacon, no mushrooms, no mayo - but it did have lettuce, onion, cheese and tomatoes. i'm allergic to tomatoes. I sent it back. they returned with the same burger where they had taken off the tomatoes and scraped the cheese off. I know this because it was the same lettuce and it was still cold. there was still no mushrooms, no mayo and no bacon. I told the server again and he took it back again. this time it came back, colder, with an awful barbecue sauce slathered over it! ???? I asked the server again where was the bacon and mushrooms? at this point my companions were almost done eating so I told him to forget the mushrooms and just bring me a couple of slices of bacon to put on it. at least the third time it came back the fries were a little bit warmer. I didn't have time to eat so I took it with me. when I got home I scraped as much of the awful sauce off of it as I could. the meat was soo overcooked that it was hard. I threw it away. I don't think I have ever been served a burger that bad. I would rather eat at McDonalds and I hate that place. will never go there again. read more

went to dinner last night with my family to celebrate my birthday, party of 9 on christmas eve. it took over an hour for the food to come out, 3 of the steaks were raw. they were taken back and returned charred and inedible. the manager took them off the bill, big deal. my birthday dinner was with my kids and grandchildren was the worst in my 60 years of eating out. will never return. read more
