Walked up to the host to let ger know hpw many ppl in the party,sge did not speak at all. She disnt ask how many,she didnt say follow me or anything. The server took forever for refills,disnt pick up any dirty dishes. When she brought out the foos the sweet potatoes were disguting looking,when we said something her response was "i know." So she knew they were bad and still brought them out. Then when we got another to replace it,they were just as bad.also the ribs were burnt. The kids cheeseburger came on an old stale roll. Then at the end it took 20 minutes to get our checks (it was dead in there). Visit was 5:30 pm jan.24 2021 sat in the bar area in the biggest booth. Went to Cool Springs location and had a horrible experience. Meal was comped and given a gift card for the next visit. On the next visit (Spring Hill location), ordered a kickin' chicken salad... chicken was sliced and served raw! Will never step foot again inside this restaurant. read more

Anyway, I canceled the whole experience and offer to pay for my beer which they comped. if you like your food to sit under heat lamps for extended periods of time before you eat it this is your place. This may be a place that seems good and nice with the country style environment and the groovy music, but while there is great service and effectionate employees the food was not up to bar with other restaurants. They simply messed up our shrimp twice and our first pair was ice cold. They then gave us a hot pair next but it was still chewy and not great flavor. Now that wasn't all our fries were cold but we didn't bother to ask for more ,and we had to spit out some of our steak because of the chewy ness. Also our steak was red when we ordered medium almost looking uncooked. Now I don't blame the chefs they did say they where short on cooks and one walked out, but I still think this is unacceptable. My final conclusion is that they have good staff and a good setting ,but terrible food especially for the price of it. I highly recommend the Longhorn steak house across the street. Oh man. This restaurant has just gone from below average to wayyyy below average. My husband and I had our first date here 9 years ago, so every year we go back on that anniversary to have a Logan's Roadhouse tea. We usually just have one drink and then head out for curry or sushi b/c we've never been big fans of the food. But the Roadhouse tea used to be on point! We went last weekend and it was AWFUL. We have eaten at this restaurant for the past 3 months and each time we have had a negative experience. We only kept going because we had coupons for the place. Although the service has always been pretty good, our order is never right, and you have to wait forever to get your food! Although the food itself is good, it just isn't worth the frustration of the order always being wrong or the tables being very nasty, sticky and dirty. Usually I like logans but this was a disappointment. My wife and I were seated by a hostess that was not very friendly. There was only two wait staff working and one of those was the bartender. She was more worried about the bar than the tables. There was one table that was not cleaned off during the time we were there. The bathrooms were in bad need of cleaning. My wife and I ordered the surf and turf meal with grilled vegetables. The cooks do not know the difference between rare and medium rare or even medium well. My wife sent her steak back. The vegetables were still raw also. I do not recommend this location until they get better staffing. read more

Way back in the 90s, Logan's rocked. Over the years the chain has just gone down hill. This particular location was ok when it opened, but always seemed to have issues with food quality and service. Our waitress was "nice" today, but forgot what are drinks were, forgot to bring bread plates, forgot rolls after she asked us if we wanted more, etc. My wedge salad was good, but salty. We have been offered no explanation and no apology. On top of everything else, the peanuts at the bar are rotten. Yikes. What a terrible experience. My family and I came in and was greeted with smiles. Our waitress was excellent but the food was absolutely horrible. The queso was cold, the medium steak was burnt, the burger was also supposed to be medium was burnt. The waitress came and asked why we weren't eating the burger so we reluctantly told her. She made them cook another and it was even worse. I ordered the steak salad. The steak was so burnt I couldn't even chew it and the avacados were so old that it was like eating baby food. For some reason, I believe that an experience at Logan's roadhouse should be top-quality. But every time my husband and I have gone, it seems like a middle class to low income restaurant. We came here on a Sunday night about 8 PM and we asked to be seated in the booth, we were placed in three different booths because every booth we wanted to sit in that station was closed. you're supposed to get a bucket full of peanuts that you can devour and eat all you want but our bucket was empty and we had to get up ourselves and go get a bucket of peanuts! I think the station we sat at was closed and they didn't want to mess up the floors I they didn't bring peanuts to us. part of being there is the joy of dumping the shells on the floor. The brand loyalty brought us to the restaurant. The poor customer service by the "could-care-less" manager and his assistant "move slower". Made me start the clock on their "just-here-for-the-paycheck" performance. - Seated at 1:00 PM and served one-hour and twenty minutes later. - The grilled chicken salad had the white core as a major portion of the salad. It was obvious that cleaning up between preparation is not important since green peppers were a part of the salad and not a part of the list of ingredients. - The waitress, Amy, could care less about all the white core and green pepper I had laid out of the salad and on to the table. - The tables around the bar seated only by hostess. So, don't think you've just found an easy table. - there are lots of tables open but the manager, assistant manager, hostess staff and table cleaner are too busy eating in the back and sometimes in the front to worry about it. read more

I visited this restaurant 2 times (not by my choice) in past 1.5 weeks. The service is slow, painfully slow. It wasn't busy at all during the second visit either. This has be been an issue at this location since it opened. The food is average at best, the salads are good, but the burgers and steaks leave much to be desired. Almost an hour wait, led to another 15 minutes of waiting for server. Server had to be reminded 3 times of our drink order which didn't arrive until after the appetizers. Which showed up at the same time as the entree. The sides were cold and the steak was one level above raw. Stopped in for a business lunch with 5 colleagues. We were seated quickly. Our waitress took our drink order quickly. She placed a bucket of peanuts and rolls on the table shortly after we were seated. I ordered the lunch salmon. It was just a little over cooked but was still very moist. The rice and broccoli were good with the broccoli being cooked about perfect. Not to mushy, not to hard. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. I would have given them 4 stars but the table was very sticky. I would give them a pass on this because we were just after the lunch rush but we asked three times to have it wiped off with no luck, so we gave up.
