This was one of the better Olive Gardens I've been too. The food was fresh and hot. I especially appreciated the addition of mushrooms on top of my build your own pasta instead of the normal, having a few barely added throughout. My only complaint was the greeter - who did not greet or look like she was having a good day. I spoke to her twice before she spoke. She took us to the table, dropped the menus and kept walking. The Alfredo and chicken gnocchi soup is always amazing when I come here to eat. Today was my first time trying to the Toscana chicken soup. The Toscana soup was bland and watery, and had no flavor. Spring Hill is blessed to have a very good mix of eateries for residents & nearby communities. It's not Franklin nor Cool Springs but seriously the variety keeps improving. Olive Garden knows it's sweet spot and for the class level (Major Brands) it's pretty darn good. The service is excellent -- from the minute you are warmly greeted to the cheerful waitstaff. We tucked our three-top into a comfortable booth in one of the three dining rooms (seating is also available in the cocktail bar area). We all three loved our entrees -- I tried the Alfredo Chicken Tortellini for the first time and it may be my new fave item here. We also tried a new for us -- appetizer -- the fried shrimp dish -- OMG -- you could make a meal out of that! We each had enough leftovers to make a second helping with our take out boxes. Our server even brought us an extra large handful of the customary chocolate candies! The decor & vibe is classic OG with lots of stone and brickwork with appropriate artwork on the walls. Skews to the traditional upscale side of ambiance vs the wilder weird Italian artwork you find at other Italian chains. Plenty of parking -- no charge and access is easy off of US 31 / Main Street near Saturn Parkway as a major outpost lot fronting a larger regional lifestyle shopping center. Excellent except that even though they have gluten free pasta, they do not have gluten free bread.

Usually the staff here are very pleasant! Our last visit topped it off with amazing service. Our server was very kind and personable. She made us laugh and we all had great conversations. When my food came out, she placed it down and noticed immediately before I did that the Cooks in the back barely put sauce on my rigatoni. She apologized and fixed it right away. I was like "Wowww, why can't every server be like this!!" Thank you!! read more

Today they treated us very inappropriately. I was with my two little kids and they were hungry but server or kitchen bring our food after 40 minutes. I am an immigrant and served in the US Army in the war. I thought they treat everyone equally. But I saw that they bring other customers foods ride away. Just left without getting our food. I ordered my 4 year old a chocolate milk and not my 2 year old because he had water. My 4 year old started chugging it and when the 2 year old started crying I pulled it away so they can share. Before giving it to my 2 year old I tasted it and it was complete alcohol. I then passed it to my husband to make sure and he was blown away because he does not drink and it tasted like pure liquor. When I went to the waitress and told her she said no it's not. Then came back and told us maybe there was CLEANER in it the manager said. Not sure how that is any better! My husband and I felt a strong buzz from it. The manager did not even come over and did no one even apologized so we just left. I'm completely buzzed and now have to take my child to the doctor to make sure he's okay. Can't complain about the service. Just decided to write a review because of the increase in menu prices. Its been a tough year for restaurants but if you increase prices please make a point to keep food quality up. First off... please use filtered water. I know Spring Hill water is probably clean... but it is the worst tasting water even when it is ice cold. I never expect much from a restaurant that you can't smell or see food cooking from outside. So i am guessing they boil each meal in a bag. Anyway... had the $17 shrimp scampi. Very bland and had to salt it up alot. This dish had chopped asparagus. The pieces were like chewing little twigs... very undercooked. Shrimp was standard frozen shrimp fare. Only went because I got a Olive Garden gift card. read more

my family and i decided to go to olive garden for mother's day and the restaurant was extremely busy. Our server, Colin was very kin and made sure we got whatever we needed even though he was busy. We had to wait for a little while for our food and the manager Candace came to ask if we needed anything and was very kind. 10/10 experience would highly recommend the costumer service. I ordered the chicken marsala and when I received it, the chicken was RAW. The waiters/waitresses here are nice, but it was a pretty nasty and disappointing experience biting in to the chicken I was looking forward to all day, just to see it was raw. When I told the waitress, she admitted they "have had multiple complaints/issues lately with the chicken not getting cooked all the way through." My meal was comped, but I'm still not happy there was raw chicken in my mouth. No longer recommend this location. read more

Good food and clean place. Only thing is the wait time can be crazy long and service can be really slow with a half full restaurant. We have only had to call the manager over once or twice in the 20+ times we have gone. It's still a solid choice just allow for a 35 minute + wait. read more

We were seated immediately as we came in. At first we thought we should try and order from the posi system but then our server greeted us not too longer after. Trenton was very personable and attentive to our needs. We were able have awesome conversation. We had the spinach dip for starters. The dip was not my favorite but the roasts with were delicious. As usual, the salad and breadsticks were always great. My friend got the build your own with marinara and veggies. She wasn't overall thrilled with the marinara sauce. I got my usual the steak Gorgonzola pasta. The steak was cooked perfectly mid-rare as requested. The Alfredo and Gorgonzola were blended together nicely and not overpowering. Horrible service! It took 1 hour and fifteen minutes to get our first round of food that had a incorrect orders! Food was ok. Wine: sangria never made it to the table! Refills were hard to get. Baby being carried in and out of Kitchen was very disturbing! And apparently distracting to kitchen staff. Asked for managers and did see him. Kids meals wrong. Bill corrected twice and still wrong. This is the worst Olive Garden I have been to. Our server was nice, but she seemed to have too many tables and didn't check back after taking our order, and didn't refill drinks. The temperature of two of our entrees food was barely warm. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and soggy. The server encouraged the kids to play with the tablet type device on the table, and I just noticed that we were charged $1.99 for "table games". I called to speak to the manager but was put on hold for a long time and had to hang up. read more

Bad experience Ordered salad with no onion, peppers and with ranch, came out with oil dressing. 2nd one came out with onions but ok. Waitress said she'd bring bread, 30 minutes later no bread, no drink refills. Ordered shrimp fettuccini Alfredo, came out without sauce. Couldn't get waitress to come over so ask another waitress for a manager. She agreed there's no sauce and they'd remake it. Waitress comes back over to say it would be right out, still no drink refills or bread. Finally just asked for the check so we could leave. They have gone down hill and we won't go back. Very surprised how much my daughter and I both enjoyed our meal, normally Olive Garden is it not a place I frequent because it is more commercialized fast food Italian in my opinion but like I said we were pleasantly surprised. We made online reservations and when we arrived we got right in, all of the staff was super friendly. I ordered one of their weekly/monthly specials and when it arrived it was pretty darn cold, this Is the reason I am giving four stars instead of five, once the waiter finally returned and I explained the situation he had the kitchen remake me a new one which came out piping hot and was awesome. Lastly every time I go to Olive Garden I always want to love the breadsticks but they are always overly salted it's hard to eat more than one. read more

Decent italian food as you'd expect from an olive garden but nothing to get excited about. Salad was solid, but bread sticks were weak and stale tasting. For our entrees we had the lasagna and rigatoni with meat sauce and italian sausage. Both were good, but flavors were mild and nothing to do cartwheels over. For desert we split a chocolate & caramel lasagna which was delicious but small for $7. Regarding service, the restaurant was short staffed so we had to wait a while on our drinks. As our server explained it, they were having a slow day so most of the staff was sent home, and then they had a rush of people arrive. Doesn't sound like a great way to run a business. We also waited 15-20 minutes for desert because we ordered it using the electronic gizmo at the table and weren't aware that you also have to tell the server that you ordered it. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry and our server was friendly so we didn't mind the wait. Still, with all of the waiting and the average tasting food I can't give it more than 3 stars. read more

Olive Garden has distressed into overpriced, institutional commissary kitchen slop. Stopped going there because the stench of the filthy carpets nauseated me so badly. To the general manager: contact your regional and tell him to Tip out the carpet and put in non skid flooring! Aside from that the value proposition is mediocre. Had to ask several times for more bread. And to top it all off, we were crammed in a little corner part of the restaurant and they kept sitting people right next to us, even though the rest of the place was available!
