My friends and I came in 30 minutes before close (we just left the fair and were starving) and our waitress (Gabby) was absolutely amazing! She was the sweetest and was so cheerful even though we came in so last minute. The food was pretty solid. My fried steak was so well seasoned and I tore up that potato soup! We typically like Logan's but this location was terrible!!!! The bathroom was gross!!! There was no toilet paper in my stall and the toilet paper holder was busted up. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The food!!! I ordered salmon and it came out raw on the inside. It was noticeable that it was raw before I even cut into it. I could see it when they sat my plate down. I didn't even want a new piece I just asked them to remove it off my check. I also got a sweet potato and all they put on it was some marshmallows. No butter, no brown sugar, no cinnamon. It was easy to tell that the food was made with extreme lack of concern. My husband and son's fries were cold and gross looking and my son barely touched his burger which had a nasty piece brown lettuce that he removed. Mind you, this was a Monday at about 4:30 in the afternoon so it wasn't busy at all and I realize why now. To top it off my son was up at 1:00 AM throwing up his food. This was his birthday dinner!!! No refills, no rolls, the table next to was sat down at the same time as us and they had eaten and gotten boxes before we even had drinks brought to us! That was, unfortunately, the last smooth part of the evening. We sat for 20-30 minutes with zero acknowledgment--no server, no water, no rolls, nothing. Just waiting. Then, a hostess came over--not to take our order, but to ask us to move to a different table to accommodate a large party. We were stunned, especially since we hadn't been helped at all yet. Even worse, we overheard that same hostess loudly tell someone the large party would have to "f*ing wait."** Yes, she said that loud enough for guests (like us) to hear. Completely unprofessional. About 10 minutes after we moved, a server who wasn't even assigned to us finally came over. She admitted she didn't know where our server was but kindly offered to take our order. She was the only good part of this experience and honestly tried to salvage what she could. When the rolls came out, we only got two (??) and the plates were wet and covered in crumbs. To top it off, there was a hair on my fork. Completely unacceptable. The server replaced it, but it killed my appetite and made me question the overall cleanliness. As if that wasn't enough, the large party seated next to us overflowed into our space. Someone was seated directly behind me and kept bumping into my chair. I eventually had to scoot over and sit on the same side as my husband just to have some breathing room. This place needs a management and employee overhaul. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had... and it was mainly due to the lack of service. If you have a party larger than 8, don't expect to be waited on. The gratuity is added in and they simply do not care what you need. The bus boy was precious and tried to do what he could to get us refills after we had been there 2 hours!!! Our waitress simply did not care. She wasn't rude, but she took about 20-30 mins to come greet us once we sat down. Then we asked for children's menus which we never got. It took so long to get our drinks that we looked up the kids menus on our phones. When drinks were finally brought, only half the table received them and it took another 15-20 minutes for everyone else to get their drinks. She finally took our order after about 45 minutes of being there. We asked for rolls and refills multiple times. She would nod her head, walk off, and not return. When she finally brought the food, our drinks had been sitting empty for 30+ minutes, I kid you not. Most of our food was cold. After we finished our meals, she finally brought the rolls. It took our party of 12 over two and a half hours AT THE TABLE to be waited on. We will not ever return. Also.... I had a bad feeling when I realized all the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and there was thick dusty cobwebs around the bottoms of the windows.... This is bad management. I haven't eaten at a Logan in probably 7 to 8 years when I lived in Tennessee and thought I would give it a shot since I was in that area and did an online order. Sat at the bar waiting for my order in order the blue moon and I'm 99% sure that that was not a blue moon.. had to get the bartenders attention and then never saw her again until I stood up to go get mine to go order. Manager stated she was eating breakfast while sitting at a bar table and was talking to the bartender about what days off she needed and then yelling at the servers about their section.. to go person was very prompt but no knives and no butter to go with the bread and when I got it home, the children's beef tips was so tough. It's a Monday night. Restaurant is not even half occupied. Host seated me. I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to my table. I left.

Served me a medium sirloin steak at 112.5 degrees. Should have been 145! Manager Beverly wouldn't fix it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I went here and once we were seated waited 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us . Here's the kicker the lady that acknowledges us says "I have no idea where your server is but I can take care of yall" . After that we were asked to move seats because of a big party coming in. Our step in waitress comes back and after she takes our order we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for drinks and rolls to come out. When the rolls come she gives us dirty plates and silverware. Well finally over the food poisoning from this place. After I ate here had a bad case of food poisoning. The pictures of the food look amazing but the food itself isn't. The mozzarella sticks taste like they warm them up in the microwave and the sauce that came with it tasted like prego from a glass bottle you get at a supermarket. The chips that came with the dip was stale like it's been left out for a few days to a week. The potato skins tasted the same. Spent 50 dollars on all of this when how bad it was should have been free. The bathrooms were not the cleanest either. The service wasn't the best. Very friendly and attentive. However, the food was a total disappointment. I'm sad I used my cheat meal on this place. First of all, it took way too long for our food to be delivered. I just moved to Tuscaloosa and I find the customer service horrible here!! I walked in Friday night, not very busy and sat at the bar. The bartender was nice and attentive. My food was mediocre. I ordered Drench onion soup, when it came, the bowl was as not quite half full, 4 croutons and a very small piece of melted cheese. It was so salty, I couldn't eat it. I asked for a cup of boiling water so I could maybe try and fix the soup. It didn't work. Very disappointed!! The rest of my meal was just ok. The best part of my meal were the rolls!! Wont be back!!! Reading these reviews doesn't surprise me at all. The replies are all too many excuses seems like. I guess this is why so many Logan's are closing . Just bad leadership. Jayden was great, friendly service and always greeted us with a smile, being sure to invite us back again and thanking us for coming by and having dinner at Logan's.
