Seriously the easiest and best customer service I've ever gotten from any type of banking company! I was referred to Logix through my coworker who knew I was in the market for an auto loan. As a recent college graduate working my first full-time job, I'm still establishing my credit. However, Logix still gave me a super low interest rate of 1.49%, which beat pretty much every other quote I got for a used car. The only necessity is that you must open an account with them. I got preapproved very quickly by doing their online application and was emailed within 10 minutes. Not only was the email very descriptive and informative, I was also sent an email by my loan officer who was local. It's nice to know that Logix is very upfront about their customer service rather than doing everything via automated computers. My loan officer was always very responsive with all of my questions. You can either get the autoloan process done via mail or in-branch; I did the latter since it seemed less hasslesome. I called on a Wednesday for a Friday appointment and I was informed that they were fully booked. I took my chances anyways and did a walk-in. When you first walk-in, there's a sign-in counter where they take your name. I forgot her name, but she was blonde, extremely friendly, and very accommodating (as I did have my dog that I had to wait outside with). She informed me it would be a 30-45 minute wait since they did have appointments; however, I was later informed that it would be 5-10 minutes, which was great! I was then helped by Tricia Mendoza who helped me set up my account and took care of my auto loan (it was through a private seller). Tricia walked through everything with me and all of the information was very transparent. She tried to get me out of there as quickly as possible and I appreciate all of her positivity and help! She also gave me a hand-sanitizer for my new car and a fancy pen :P With such a hands-on and communicative team, I feel really comfortable tackling my first auto loan and banking with them. Absolutely the WORST and most incompetent financial institution I have ever associated with. Moved two full balance transfers over a month later received an email from Matt in "fraud services" stating they are closing my account due to a disputed check systems inquiry from another bank over a fee dispute. No sense of business ethics and insensitive to Covid-19 related tough times, they just closed my accounts on there own with no warning. I DO NOT recommend Logix to anybody! read more

Logix appears on the surface to be a great alternative to the US BANKS that control the money in the United States. I wanted to shift assets away from the big unregulated , overleveraged institutions so I opened an account at LFCU. For a year I deposited weekly amounts and built up a small savings while browsing all the wonderfully advertised products. I have applied for three small loans and been declined each time. The messaging system garners no response, emails go unanswered. The decline letter appears. The latest was a simple attempt to best an already approved auto loan from CHASE, and BANK OF AMERICA as well as CAPITAL ONE(emph added). I applied over New years after business hours , so did not expect any results until a least one business day had passed. At 7:40 am on 1/2/2019 I was declined. How on earth did anyone actually look at this deal? I have serious doubts underwriting does any calculating at all and requires an UNADVERTISED minimum tier 1 score. My current credit while far from perfect is 696,717,707. d/e is 31%. And I was declined for a 22k new auto loan. Update approved at AHF 2.9% 35K 60 months . same day as LOGIX decline. LOGIX offers so many nice products , yet if members cannot gain access to capital at the advertised rates or at all, what benefit is there? Goodbye Logix read more

I have been a member of Logix for close to 10 years. Logix has the best customer service. No phone trees. You get a live customer service rep. I am impressed that the staff is so knowledgeable about their products. On occasion, when I've had a complicated real estate question, I was referred to the real estate group. Customer service staff are very professional. I've received four real estate loans from Logix, even with all the pressures that Realtors put on the process, all the loans closed on time. This is a much better alternative to the big banks! My savings account has a better interest rate than any bank I've ever used. My checking account is great and checks are free. There are ATMs in areas outside of Burbank, plus refunding fees from other ATMs makes life easier. I've deposited money inside using the tellers and service has always been great. Plus, there's no charge to talk to a teller! The only thing I don't like is the $3.95 per month charge for a checking account if I don't have direct deposit or fall below the minimum $1,500 balance. It's better than the $12 per month fee I was getting charged at Bank of America, but I'm certain there used to be no fee at all before. Getting charged for the account while my funds are limited while no money is being automatically deposited really stings! It's great that this place has good auto loans, because many people including myself will eventually need to consider that option soon. And there some other options that I haven't truly discovered yet, such as IRAs and other account types. Overall, this is a better banking option than the big banks. Fewer/lower fees, better interest rates, and great customer service. We have a winner! read more

We all used to love logix... not anymore, their quality of service is now a joke, their loan officers and customer service reps are rude and level of knowledge of Logix's products and services are zero to none. They are irresponsive and at this point your better off going with a regular old bank. The move to the new Burbank address is horrible, who ever came up with that location and thought it was a good idea... very BAD decision! The area is cramped, the ATM is nearly impossible to get to and the lobby seats 2 people comfortably. The front receptionist won't acknowledge you so they don't have to help you and the tellers are not well versed in Logix products. I wanted to convey to all seeking a great banking experience that my experiences with LOGIX Federal Credit Union are without equal. I've banked at many institutions that we're all familiar with in California. I've had an account at LOGIX for almost 30 years. Sometime, in 2007 I slowly migrated all of my banking needs to LOGIX and currently I wouldn't even consider using another bank. The team at LOGIX act as my advocates. I trust the institution to operate in my best interest. I'm not saying that everyone is amazing and that it's some kind of financial paradise, but I don't don't have to pick through the details all the time or chew on some incident or transaction that I've felt was unfair or disagreeable. Most recently I financed my new vehicle purchase with LOGIX and it was so easy, and at least in my member plan, was such a good deal. The rates and services offered were much better than the dealers financial offers. Another aspect of this experience was a person in the Consumer Loan department, Angela Bruno, who shepherded me through the loan. At every step of the way I was left with the sincere feeling that she was making her best effort to help me understand the loan, the services and when it was all finalized my feelings were that I received the best possible deal. Don't you want to feel good about your banking and financial decisions? Angela Bruno set a standard that left me feeling like my standards and expectations have changed. The worst place to apply for a loan. Very irresponsible staff. I started a loan process with one of them and she told me it should take 2 days to answer, after one week I tried to contact her by phone and email , no answer. Than I contacted the bank again, and had another person started same process, asked me all the documents and told me that last time it was not processed at all. About 4 days later I tried to get an answer, he sent me an email and told me it will be all done by next day and that it had been approved for not 4.2 % but for 5% . I was referred to Namcy Soto at Logix by the Rusnak Bentley/Rolls Royce sales manager. I called Nancy at the Burbank location and made an appointment for the same day. When I arrived at 4 pm on May 23rd, the greeter was extremely nice and professional. I waited for about 5 minutes and Nacy came out to get me. Where so many establishments have disgruntled employees that do the minimum to get by, it was refreshing to see Nancy's huge personality, big smile and her eagerness to help me. Throughout the process of opening a Money Market and savings account, she explained everything thoroughly and she even gave me tips on Mortgage loans and how to make my credit more appealing. The process took longer than the norm because we talked about everything as if we'd known each other for years! After we were done, she introduced me to the manager who was very pleasant as well, walked me out where we talked a little more then shook my hand and sent me on my way Before going to Logix I visited another credit union that does not compare.
