Stopped by Lola 41 and while the atmosphere was definitely a highlight, the overall experience landed somewhere in the middle for me! The outdoor patio is beautiful and such a great setting for a brunch date. Service was also solid across the board, attentive and pleasant, nothing over the top but everything flowed well. Food-wise, everything was good, just nothing that really stood out. We tried a mix of dishes and while they were enjoyable, nothing had that "I need to come back for this" factor. I was especially excited for the crab rangoons since I had seen so many great things about them, but they ended up being a bit of a letdown. They were light on the filling and the wrapper texture wasn't my favorite. The rest of the dishes were consistent, just more in that "solid but not memorable" category. We tried the beef tataki, Bulgogi noodles, and a couple sushi rolls. Beautiful place and really good sushi, for Florida. Is it pricey? Yes it certainly is, but it's buyer beware if going to a beautiful spot in Palm Beach. I knew what I was in for and it delivered. Highly recommend to sit at the bar or outside and enjoy some delicious rolls and some Sake. We had a great experience at Lola 41. We chose to sit outside and when it started sprinkling, the staff kindly moved us to another table right away upon request. Service: We went during happy hour and it was very busyy. It was kind of hard to find a place to sit but we got lucky and got a table right away. The servers were definitely busy but very nice. Came here for a bachelorette weekend. The salmon, tuna and Hamachi nigiri were amazing and so fresh. Got the Garden Party martini which was good as well. Amazing every time! My family and I have dined at Lola multiple times and it never disappoints. All the cocktails are delicious but you have to try the Aphrodite! We had dinner on the patio at 6:30 on a Sunday night. It was a beautiful setting, fun atmosphere and great food. During the summer they are having a BOGO sushi roll special on Sundays. They have an extensive selection of creative sushi rolls as well as the classics. A couple had fruit (kiwi, mango or green apple) incorporated into the rolls which was a fun change.
