I came during a lunch rush and there was a long line but the owner and his employee at the two registers Pumped through us very fast and before I knew it I was at the front . They offer organic and vegan options and amazing coffee drinks made by skilled baristas ! Five stars Ladera needs a place like this ! Mom and pop local grown supports local artists and small businesses. Service was amazing owners are really nice! The food was so good I only went for breakfast but I will come back for the lunch menu. I recommend the cold brew coffee on TAP yes on tap. They have a nitro version that's not for the faint of heart. They also serve champagne beer and wine. The atmosphere is great as well. All around 5 stars. I also think they are adding oatmeal to the menu and I'm excited about that. I would love to see them do a southern dish and have grits too !! High five Lola's cafe you guys rock read more

What an awesome little cafe! Went with a friend yesterday for lunch and had the best grilled cheese sandwich ever - Brie with fig jam and apples!! YUMMMM!!! My friend's veggie wrap was delicious also! They haven't been open too long and are already doing a great business. Matt, the owner, came by and chatted with us about our first experience and really took the time to ask questions and to make sure we were satisfied. How often does that happen anymore?? Fear of disappointment kept me from trying this new locally owned and run coffee shop. Wow, what a pleasant and delicious surprise! I got the curry chicken salad and my daughter got the kids cheese pizza. We both loved our food! The friendly atmosphere was wonderful and nice helpful staff. I asked a woman what her amazing looking dish was and she cut off some and gave me a taste! (Avocado toast and it was awesome too!) So refreshing to find a place in Orange County with such innovative, fresh, healthy and delicious options! Not only was the food good but they also use organic ingredients.
