Pizza and beer was good, tallow tots where excellent. Margherita was weird though globs of sauce and cheese (not a lot of of either).. where is the symphony of balance? and regular cheese was way better because that style of crust allowed the ratio that makes a simple cheese pizza to shine. This place is a great addition to Ladera Ranch. Both were so good. The dough is chewy and bubbly and not at all sweet. The hot honey on the pepperoni pizza at first is a little surprising but such a good offset to the spicy. It's a walk up and order and go back to pick up your food kind of deal, casual, but everyone is friendly and helpful when you order. I've been to 10 Mile Brewing about four times with my gym crew, and every single time the service has been excellent. Anthony always takes great care of us. He explains the menu, checks back on the table, makes sure everyone has what they need, and always brings great energy. You can tell he really cares about people and wants everyone to have a good experience. I've known Anthony for a while, and he is honestly one of the best people I've had the chance to meet. He is not only great at his job, but he is also a great athlete, very hard working, and talented in many other ways. He also does photography and videos, and I've seen the amazing work he has done for me and for other businesses. Great location, great food, great vibes, easy parking, plenty of seating - what more could you ask for? We stopped in on the 4th of July, they were busy but not too crowded. They have a large pizza menu and beer list, and I appreciated their non alcoholic offerings as well. We sat on the patio which was enclosed, it offers umbrella covered seating, a play area for kids, and tons of tables. The pizza and Ceaser salad were delicious as well as their homemade root beer. You need to try this place out at least ONCE! That's all it takes for you to be convinced to come back. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful! I have a lot of appreciation for that! The place isn't too big but the ambiance and people are great! There's also outdoor seating. My favorite drink on the menu was the mango hard kombucha. I was feeling good after two haha Onto the pizzas...flavorful, didn't skimp out on toppings, and the dough WOW. So soft and fluffy but with a nice crunch. Best pizzas in town! Ten Mile Brewing has good beers, good vibes, and good pizza! I had one of the blonde ales and it was very tasty. The pepperoni pizza was also very yummy and had a generous amount of pepperonis on it. Finally tried our neighborhood beer spot on a rainy day for happy hour and I'm so glad we did! I'm preggo but was excited that the non-alcoholic beer (the Capacity NA Pale Ale) was really good and hit the spot. My husband got the Sunnyside Pilsner and that was great too. For happy hour, they do $2 off beers and $15 pizzas (they have a few other deals), so we got the pepperoni pizza with hot honey and it was amazing. The team was very friendly and welcoming asking if we needed any help since they could tell we had not been there before. We ordered a couple beers, a Mexican inspired salad and one of their happy hour featured pizzas. It's a huge place with a lot of both inside and outdoor seating. It's a very welcoming place with both adult games and children's play areas. I especially loved the outdoor seating around a beautiful fountain and across from a neighborhood that looked like it was out of middle America. What a surprise find, and worth the climb (by bike) to locate. This gem of a refuge was a little tucked away in the back of the center and hard to find as the signage wasn't initially easy to locate. The place is great for cyclists as you can park your bike in view of your eating/drinking as it has nice indoor and outdoor patio seating with a tranquil fountain. Their selection of beer is extensive and includes some guest brews. The pizzas are freshly made with their in-house made dough and you can watch them make and bake them in their open viewing pizza kitchen. The pepperonis are fantastic and I want to come back again as they are great biker fuel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too. We have tried a few times over the past year. The 1st few times around when they opened. They were new and nothing was going well. The systems, the ordering, the food were all slow and not good pizza. I figured they would work thru the early kinks. But we really wanted to enjoy this place, good location, atmosphere and just looks fun. We went back recently and everything was worse. Our order took over an hour. We ordered salad, 2- pizza's and garlic knots. Everything was wrong. The wrong salad, both pizzas were not what we ordered. I had forgot I ordered the garlic knots and what was really funny on our way out they called my name for the garlic knots. They seemed overwhelmed, understaffed, not trained and had no idea how to fix the issues. It was not just us, there were what seemed a lot more customers in the same boat as us. This seems to be a cheap owner or management not wanting to train correctly or have enough of people on staff to service the customer base. I hope they can resolve this.
