All Starbucks locations are not created equal. Embarrassingly, I am here at least 5 times a week. And my drink is consistently perfect, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and the location is consistently clean and inviting. The parking can be a challenge with the gym nearby, but it's never *impossible.* They also get big rushes sometimes with high school kids and parents. Today as I was riding my bike and had surpassed 30 miles, I ran out of water and stopped at this Starbucks to ask if they could possibly fill my water bottle up. This would have been 16 oz of water. Great location in the fact that it's in between McDonald's and chick-fil-a and across from some other food places. But horrible thought process for where the drive through line should be. Understandable it can't go anywhere else. But when parked in the stalls in front of starbucks to order inside or mobile order pick up and the line gets longer and longer for the drive through and essentially, you're stuck until someone nice makes a gap for you to drive through and exit the parking lot. Caramel brûlée frappuccino: It's pretty good! The drink has that slight burnt sugar flavor that comes from creme brûlée. The sweetness comes from the light caramel. If you're used to Starbucks sweet drinks then this isn't that sweet really. I've had sweeter drinks here. I like the brown sugar crystals on top. Every single time I go to this specific Starbucks, the staff always have a rotten, nasty attitude. My most recent experience was going through the drive-through, and a girl who is rubenesque in nature, has black and blonde hair, excessive makėup, told me that my card had no money on it, when I handed her my phone to scan, after she scanned the first card, it automatically rolled back to a card that had zero dollars on it, and she told me annoyed af "you're showing me a card without money on it" so rude and not kind, her delivery is almost always extremely annoyed and rude, I remember one time she was standing outside, taking orders for the drive-through, and I asked her how she was, just to exchange pleasantries, and to be kind, and she started saying "well I'm outside in the heat soooo" and on top of that, I try to be nice to leave a tip, and she just rolled her eyes and scoffs while I'm trying to reach in to the tip jar to drop some cash in, cash she doesn't deserve. absolutely unacceptable attitude from these people. Without missing a beat, every time, regardless of Who it is, the staff are clearly disinterested in their responsibility and their job and on top of that, I've had two instances here where I paid cash and did not get correct change, one time I paid with $100 bill for like a $10 order because that was all the cash I had, and I only got $60 back, so I went back in and the woman who gave me my change, actually an older woman who wears a bunch of cheap silver jewelry, and looks like that of a degenerate, started panicking and telling I'm assuming her manager, that she "swears" she gave me my money back, and I had walked in right after going through the drive-through and getting incorrect change, so I don't really understand what's going on at this location, but based off the other reviews, it's pretty clear and evident that this location sucks, they always get my order wrong, and usually I'm not like a complainer, I work in the service industry myself, and I dislike, chronic complainers, but at the same time, too, I work hard for my money, and when I wanna spend my money on a cup of coffee that is nearing about five dollars, when I can literally go to 7-Eleven and get some coffee for like $1.35, I continue to patronize Starbucks, but I can assure you I will never go to this location again read more

Strong focus on customer satisfaction. Most notably of superb customer service I encountered this past Tuesday was JAYDON starbucks window register clerk. I ordered an item and drove off forgetting it. Jaydon went the extra mile to ensure I received it. When I arrived back @ the pick up window Zac supervisor greeted me along with Jaydon to apologize and presented me with a special discount card on them. Just the other day Troy at the drive up window demonstrated the same customer courtesy.
