The best part of the visit is meeting with Tim and learning about the history of this business, making fudge and Wellfleet. Fried food options are always crispy and never greasy. I love their fried clams. They're plump and sweet and crisp. I like their onion rings, but their fries are quite good! They're a little thicker so they remain really fluffy inside. They also make a great lobster roll. Lightly dressed sweet lobster in a perfectly buttered bun. Maybe I'm biased, but PJ's is quintessential Cape Cod to me. Definitely stop by if you're in the outer Cape! Even if it's just for a chocolate dip soft serve cone :)
