Like many theaters, tickets were discounted for Tuesday and our friend picked up the tab for the four of us. All the seats were reclining loungers, with newly installed gliding tables to allow easy snacking (popcorn ($8.19 for Large), Dip'n'dots ice cream, drink, and chocolates were all bought, treated by my mother-in-law). Sound and visuals were excellent, seats and temperature were really comfortable, and the 2+ hours flew by. It was a nice ending to a good day, seeing a really great movie with family and friends.

Outside | When you purchase a ticket outside in the center, to the left and to the right are two totally different entrances/buildings, depending upon which theater you're in! Seating | Cozy reclining seats, which I enjoyed! Since we selected seats last minute, we weren't able to sit together, which is completely fine! After all, the entertainment is in front of us on the screen! Restrooms | Neat & tidy! Customer Service | Friendly service with a smile, as well as happily pointed us in the correct direction to our theater! Overall | If in the area, I would easily return to this theater! The theatre itself was nice. Smaller and more intimate, the seats were full recliners. The sound and image quality of the film was excellent. The restroom was clean. Parking is fairly easy out front in a retail shopping space. Overall, this is a solid theatre option in Long Beach for those looking for the AMC brand experience.

They recline and have that soft cushioned sofa-style feel which made the whole movie experience way better. The picture quality was great, the sound system was solid, and overall the theater just felt really clean and well kept. We kept it simple and just got popcorn and a large soda to share. Honestly, it was more than enough for both me and my wife. We asked for an extra container so we could split the popcorn, and I loaded mine up with butter while she kept hers plain. Small thing, but the staff was cool about it. I also liked the location. It's right by Cheesecake Factory and the whole Cerritos mall area, so there's plenty to do before or after the movie. I noticed they even have a bar inside which looked pretty nice. Next time I go, I'm definitely showing up a little earlier to grab a couple drinks beforehand. We didn't try the food since we had already eaten, but the pizzas actually looked pretty good, and I saw they also have burgers and chicken sandwiches. It's more like you line up for whoever is available. And if someone opens at the other end and yells that they're ready, by the time you get there, someone else already gets in line. I went to watch Mario Galaxy opening weekend, and the screen wasn't working. They gave us a refund and a free ticket to use another time. It was a hassle because we had a large group. We had to pick another showing, and we all didn't get to sit with each other. What sucked was that we'd bought a lot of food to eat while watching the movie, but we had to wait another hour for the other showing.

It is located in the empty mall but I like having one here and I have never had issues with the employees or anything else. Its a great place to enjoy a movie during the week without it being super packed but also when its a big movie its a typical packed theater but again its fairly clean and its nice to have various exits out of the theater to either the mall or parking lot!

And they declared it a sing along. You could hear sod singing during the songs, which was good since it didn't drown out the actual songs. My one complaint is that they need a better sound system.
