Came here as a last resort. With Valentine's Day coming up, I was in need of getting finding something sweet for my daughter's FUNtie/fairyGODMAMA. I made my way into 3 separate stores located in the mall and left empty handed each and every time. In comes Lolli and Pops.... Macarons and fancy chocolates are sitting in a glass case as you enter into the store. My toddler immediately requested for a macaron in which I obliged if she could promise to be patient as I did some browsing and shopping. Pick your battles folks, pick your battles. Lmao! This establishment specializes in all things sweet and delicious! The assortment of bulk sweets are plentiful and you are able to purchase as little or as much as you wish. Customize your treats how you see fit- whether your love involves chocolates, gummies, sour, sweet, jelly-filled, or even spicy- this is the spot for you. I appreciate Lolli and Pop having items you normally couldn't find at any random store. My word of advice: take your time to browse the countless items and don't be shy about asking for a sample. 5 solid stars for the young lady whom I recall was a supervisor or assistant mgr running the shift during my evening visit on 2/8. Thank you for answering my questions, being patient, and being such a positive vibe as a whole. 4 stars overall because there were a few questionable bins containing candies that should immediate go into the trash. These candies were clearly crusty, discolored, and abnormally hard. Other than that, my kid greatly enjoyed her macaron and the special recipient was WOW'D by her gift. So lucky I found a local candy store that has Swedish candies. Everything is fresh, clean and the staff is super friendly. I'm surprised that they have many kinds of candies, gummies, etc. Especially, they still keep the original style of scooping your own bag so it's very fun to come and visit to support local businesses. I went into Lolli and Pops just like I always do with my daughter every time we go to Oakridge Mall. It's one of our habitual pit stops. While browsing around in the store with my daughter I was looking at the peach rings candy container it looked almost empty and Assistant Manager Leslie happened to walk by and explained that it was so popular that it was almost sold out all the time. She asked me if I wanted to try one, and I replied yes. She helped grab one out for me to try. I can now tell you that I have a new favorite candy in this store. If she didn't go out of her way to help me out, I would have never known how amazing it tastes! She then also recommended other candies for us to try after we checked out. I love candy stores. But at my age, all I can eat is dark chocolate and that's fine by me. I'm not sure what happened here. I walked in and even though both workers looked at me, I was not greeted. I continued walking around and looking for the candy I wanted to buy for my guy. Eventually one of the workers asked me if I needed help, and I didn't, but I appreciated the gesture. I heard the worker named Donna greet the customers that entered after me. This was not a big issue, just something I noticed. When I went to the register with the candy, the worker Donna who rang me up just seemed really judgy. At the end of the purchase, I told her to have a nice day and she didn't reply. Is it how I look? I have been here recently most of time and today stop by after watching movie and bought Kim Chee Hurricane Hawaiian popcorn is $9.95, the staff was told me these popcorn sell quickly because its very good and this is the last bag. Honestly popcorn is my thing like to eat but so disappointed taste just like regular popcorn, nothing different. I know all about advertise. The shop is cute , upscale candy store, similar to Powell sweet shop business model. Its a nice store in the mall and has variety confections , chocolate bulk sections, cotton candy, popcorns, gummies, international candy, asian candies for sweet tooth. But the price is overpriced. I guess Lolipop is more expensive because it novelty like the same kitkat chocolate in Target or market is still cheaper than here. Employees here are friendly and encourage you try and buy items or candies you ask for. The good thing about LoLli & pop you can sign up their rewards program and earn points every dollars you spent. More than a candy store, they sell macarons and fudge and other sweets behind the display case. This candy buffet has something for everyone. There is a section for international candy as well so if there is something hard to find try giving this place a looksy. The staff are really nice and helpful. It was a whimsical experience. I probably spent over $500 on candies and confections for family and friends. Came here last week with my sister and there was a serious decline in quality and freshness issues. The only thing that has remained is the consistently friendly and helpful customer service. Items I have purchased over the past year: one large refillable candy container with the following candies: champagne rose sugared gummy bears (5/5 - awesome and delish) red candied apple caramels (5/5 - sweet and delish) cheesecake caramels (4/5 sweet and tasted like cheesecake) chocolate covered coffee caramels (5/5 huge jolt of energy boost) chocolate covered espresso beans (5/5 standard and delish) sour gummy bears (4/5 delish but on the small side) peach rings (5/5 sweet and soft) one small refillable container: small jaw breakers (3/5 seemed like a good idea but meh in the end!) white chocolate covered gummy bears (5/5 super delish and addictive) never ending gobstoppers (5/5 delish a throwback to childhood) mini m&ms (4/5 cute and novel) one large box of truffles - picked from their glass case. they looked so pretty but tasted chalked full of sugar and the quality wasn't there at all (ZERO out of 5). sugar cookies at the front of the register 3.5/5 - just okay, hard. not very buttery or sweet, look better than it tastes. I like the aesthetic of this shop and the fact that it seems to carry some unique items from around the world including Mexico, Japan, the UK, etc. I stopped by this store in passing, and picked up some European Earl Grey shortbread biscuits (delicious)! Yum. I went here with my sister the other day. We got samples of penguin gummies on the way in. Like any candy store- the diamonds of sugar crystals and the smell of sugar is overwhelming. They have lots of candies from around the world. There are reusable glass containers you can purchase of the crazy amount of bulk items that line the shelves. They have lots of fancy pants chocolates in multiple flavors. There are petite fours, cookies, truffles, and just about whatever your heart desires. They have huge rice Krispy treats for 5.50 which have all kinds of toppings. I opted for the sprinkles. It was really soft and chewy. I also chose their cheap bulk pre-weighed items. For 8 dollars I got enough chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels for a van with 3 adults and two kiddos who love that particular item. The third item purchased was a cookie shaped like a watermelon (butter cookie with royal icing). If you like not very sweet/ more on the flour tasting side cookies (my husband does) it works. If you are expecting sweet and buttery you will have your heart broken. So...two of those pre bulk bags, 2 Krispy treats and the cookie cake out to around 25 bucks!. However- apparently there is a punch card and once it is full you get 10 bucks off. Thank you sis!! The folks who work here were incredibly helpful and nice. We got asked multiple times if we needed help (which is usually annoying for me but here it was fine). I got offered a different sample of gummy while in the store (I declined but that's really sweet of them to ask). I also made my bulk candy decision based on the sales rep actually knowing the products in the store. My sister asked when they stopped selling something she liked and the person at the counter could actually give a time frame. I will totally be back! read more

Anyone who knows me knows I cannot walk past a candy store, especially if it has chocolate gummy bears. Long story short, this is the best candy store I've been in. I came out with more than just chocolate covered gummy bears. The store is huge and beautifully decorated. It's colorful and is categorized by chocolate, gummies, sours,popcorn, alcohol content, and even country of origin. There's candy from Japan, Europe, etc. The storefront has a bar of truffles and a refrigerator with all sorts of beverages- even butter beer! I left the store with a bag of chocolate covered gummy bears and truffles: Irish cream, white chocolate raspberry, and banana split. The lady behind the counter was super swamped but nice. The candy selection pretty good. The confections under the curved glass of the display case included lovely tempting looking truffles and macarons. The truffles were "OK". I got a box of Carmel macchiato ones for my sweetie ... they were chocolate with a slight taste of Carmel and no idea where the macchiato was. We also tried the pino truffle ... very thick chocolate and very little liquid and they they tasted nothing like wine. The Macaroons were sawdust dry ... no signature macaron chew. You but down on them and the entire cookie would crumble everywhere. All beauty no substance. The six macarons were over twenty dollars and the last two just so dry had to toss em. First time in all known history I've ever thrown out a macaron! I wanted to weep "I'm disappointment!" The "Award winning" soft Carmel's were hard and crusted on ends .... apparently on the older side. The cotton candy selection was interesting and the flavors I tried not too bad. The bags snd boxes they package everything are super duper cute! The shop is adorable and fun to browse. I was at Westfield Oakridge Mall South SJ the other day because I was trying to avoid going back to Fremont in rush hour traffic. I happen to walk by the store and since I never heard of it I went inside. They just opened last week Fri 3/4/16. Tons of candy everywhere. Marshmallows, popcorn, Asian section, chocolate section, European section, lollypops, gummy candy, lots of stuff! The candy in the bins you need them to give you a sample - they don't want you to help yourself. There was one table I really liked the expensive chocolates. Dandelion Chocolates from SF, Tcho Chocolate, I saw Charles Chocolates, there was Mast chocolates from NY, Chuao chocolates from San Diego; Dick & Taylor chocolates from Eureka. Marou chocolates from Vietnam! An adorable sweets shop. The atmosphere, store design, and packaging of candies is definitely an eye-pleaser. From Harry Potter treats to vintage candy, gourmet chocolates around the world to flavorful gummy bears, they have so much to look at and choose from! They have Sugar & Spun cotton candy from SF and an assortment of European chocolates, which I thought was pretty cool. For our first visit, my friend and I were approached by a funny and energetic employee named Isobel who gave us a quick tour of what the candy store has to offer. She recommended various candies to try, such as the jalapeño gummy candy. We got a sample of their honeycomb chocolate and it was delicious! She also told us to rub the tummy of the giant golden bear for good luck!! A con is that things are pretty pricey. Filling up a plastic bag with mix & match candy is around $13 per pound. They do offer a range of jars and tin boxes to fill up and they can make great gifts. I had a lot of fun reading their little descriptions for the "best pairings" for candies. This store is my kryptonite! Yet it does to me the total opposite of what it does to Superman. It gives me life, a nectarous reason to keep living despite all the dirt in this world just to die another day. Alright that's the sugar talking, it's not that intense but pretty darn close to it. The layout is so harmonizing and aesthetically pleasing to the mind, body, and soul. Organized to an OCD person's candy-coated dreams, everything is coordinated by colors and categorized by types like gummies, chocolates, sours, alcoholic content, etc. My not so guilty pleasure is no doubt the gummies, particularly the white chocolate gummy bears. These little guys are my weakness! I get a "small" bag to snack on while walking around the mall, and by the time I do enough damage to my credit card, the bag is empty. I mean, chewy gummy bears wrapped in rich white chocolate? Say no more! Employees are extremely friendly and encourage you to try any samples that call out to your honeyed heart. But beware, the deeper you get into this place it's like the twilight zone. Hours feel like minutes and minutes feel like seconds. Then before you know it the fine line between controlled tasting and over indulgence becomes blurry as you're bouncing off the walls on a sugar high. Happens to me more often than not it kind of became the norm. But I don't regret it one bit because if I could escape and recreate a place that's my own world, this would be it and I could be your favorite girl forever, perfectly together. Remember the good ole' days in the 90's when Sweet Factory was at it's prime and in every popping mall across the state? Yeah, Lolli and Pops is like Sweet Factory gone through puberty and all Glow'd up. They have everything from jawbreakers and colorful gummies for the kiddies to the champagne and mojito gummies for the more mature palate. Most of all, the workers here encourage you to try as many candies as you want! Amazing! Free! Delicious! Free! Also, they have these chamoy sour belts that are addictive and you can't find in stores anywhere else. So if you try them be aware you might end up like me, hoarding them by buying 3-4 each visit. They even have year long membership programs where if you pay $100, you are allowed to refill one of their candy tins once a week for a whole year! If you do the math, that's roughly $2 each visit for like $8-10 worth of actual goodies. So worth. Pro tip: If you don't have $100 to shell out on their VIP candy tins, ask for a points card. It's totally free and you can redeem it after you've spent a specific amount. read more

Absolutely loved Lolli and Pops. Like many others, I had never heard of it, but apparently Lolli and Pops is a national chain with locations throughout the East Coast, Midwest and West Coast. It's meticulously decorated and the candy selection is second to none. There are custom cotton candy, gummy bears (including champagne and rose champagne), chocolate, Asian candies (some of my favorites), European, drinks and so much more. There was even a selection dedicated to candy with alcohol for adults and another section for Harry Potter themed candy, which I assume is also sold at the theme parks. They sell numerous items in original packaging, but also sell items by the pound. It's the perfect stop for those looking for a sweet treat (say perhaps, for tomorrow?). I'm not even that big a sweets fan and I was mesmerized. Customer service was friendly and helpful and while I've been to a few candy theme stores (Rocket Fizz and Farrell's), Lolli and Pops was definitely the nicest. Cutest candy shop I've seen in a while! The store is beautifully organized, workers are super friendly, & the atmosphere makes me feel like a little kid again. They have sooooo much candy! From unique gummy bears, to different kinds of milk, dark, white chocolate... they have an awesome variety. What's unique about this store is that they have these super adorable mason jars you can fill with candy! I bought the gummy bear mason jar (emphasis on "gummy bear"!! So CUTE) You just pay the $12 or so dollars for the mason jar & you are able to fill it with candy for no extra charge. A feast for the eyes and tummy, the shop is immaculate with a host of the most beautifully crafted and packaged candies and chocolates I've ever seen. You'll find the most unique gifts here and may find yourself putting together your own wish list after perusing Lolli & Pops' incredible selection of goodies. Near the checkout, you'll find an impressive glass case of gorgeous truffles, petit fours, and more. Minus one star since I found the truffles I selected to be more beautiful than delicious (I've been spoiled by Godiva's ultra-smooth textures and tastes), but I can't compliment this shop enough on their presentation. My boyfriend has been obsessed with organic gummy bears so we asked the worker if they had any and she directed us to a whole section on vegan/organic/allergen candies. We decided to go with their generic gummy bears because they had a huge variety. We got almost all the flavors, they even had alcoholic drink inspired ones like strawberry daiquiri! The worker was super attentive and she even let us sample some and showed us her favorite ones as well. When we got up to the register we were hella extra and asked her what they used to sweeten their generic gummy bears and she brought out a bag and told us they were made from beet sugar. The atmosphere inside is amazing- Everywhere you turn there's some form of sweet, from cotton candies to chocolate to macarons there's no absence in variety! The layout of the store make it really easy to find what you're looking for as well. There are separate walls for different candies (ex: a wall for chocolates, a wall for gummies, a wall for regional candies etc.) so you don't have to wander too far for what you want! I especially like how they let you choose which kind of candy you want and how much of it you'd like to buy- and if not they also have pre-packaged assortments! Makes the trip a whole bunch smoother :) The candies themselves taste HEAVENLY and god knows if I had enough money and enough room in my diet I'd buy the majority of the store! I go crazy like a kid in a candy store here, oh wait... right. I turn into an uncontrollable child in this store. I want everything and it takes all of my will power to not just stuff everything in a basket. EVERYTHING IS JUST SO AESTHETICALLY PLEASING. The store is always so organized, they sectioned it off so well so I don't run around like a chicken with its head cut off. I can spend a good 5-10 minutes looking at each section studying all the products and finalizing what I want. There's a old school section, chocolate bulk section, cotton candy and popcorn, a full wall of gummies (!!!), international candy and the whole fridge of truffles. Insert droll emoji. The Asian candies are a lot overpriced here, so I tend to avoid that and rather go to 99 Ranch or something, but it's a novelty, so I get the price increase...I guess. What an incredible place! My wife and I decided to just peek in and check them out after a movie. I figured maybe we'd get a piece of chocolate to share. We were greeted by Bobby who started making reccomendations and was really excited when we told him it was our first time in. He and Callie gave us samples to try based on what we liked. It is great to see when people are really excited about what they do. They have an amazing deal where if you buy a jar or pail you can get a second for a few dollars more, and it's refillable on future visits! When we decide to each get a pail, Callie kept making suggestion and offering samples while all the while making suggestions for the best way to load out pails. I didn't think I'd find a trip to a candy store so entertaining. It was great and we'll be back read more
