I went into this location today to buy cakes. I enjoy the seasonal flavors that come back every year. They are only available for a few weeks at a time. The strawberry cheesecake selection is worth the up charge it has. So delectable in taste and a pretty sight to behold. I received stellar customer service from a young man named Giuseppe. He was darling and adept at his work. Briefly, we shared a terrific talk. I received from him considerate, cordial treatment. I appreciate the efficiency performed by the staff. Last time I was here, I picked up a limited time special edition bundt called Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl. I liked this more than the others I've tried. That strawberry gel was really good, and yeah, it's sweet of course, but that's kind of why you come here. I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes today because I had a coupon for a BOGO offer. This was my first time at this location. When I walked it, I was warmly greeted by the staff. It smelled wonderful in there. They had a variety of flavors to pick from. The Bundt's also come in different sizes. They also sell other gift items in the store like coffee mugs, birthday candles, small balloons, greeting cards and seasonal items. It was so nicely decorated inside and I love how all their items for sale, are displayed. I was helped by a very nice employee. I decided to get the carrot and banana bundtlet. It was a hard decision to make because all the flavors looked good. These would also make a great gift for someone. I'm thinking of getting a dozen of the tiny bundtinis for my physical therapist to share with her staff, as a thank you gift. They would love these. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely come back here again. We tried both cakes this evening. I recommend placing orders online ahead of time because it makes pick-up a breeze. I've seen other stores offer curbside pickup, and while I don't think this location has that service just yet... it's still a fantastic spot for any celebration or occasion. I came here the other day to pickup my birthday reward. I came in on Wednesday around 9 am and I was the only one inside which was nice so I could take my time with my selection. My favorite is the lemon raspberry but was surprised they made this flavor into gluten free, which is not my preference. I decided to try something new and was glancing at other flavors. Had a bogo coupon so I came to this location to use it. I went in to pick out my cake and I was having my husband come in to pick his out, our kids were in the car so we took turns going into the building. The lady said check to see if our store is your home store so I did and had my husband go inside to pay. He said she didn't even bother scanning the code she said they weren't participating in the bogo but she didn't tell me that so he just paid full price for both. This place is staffed with bright individuals who always give their best. It is so strange to see people compare staff members from other places and create a rank based on one interaction. I was at the Willow Glen store yesterday. I had planned on using a BOGO and was told this franchise had opted out. How disappointing. I bought 9 Bundtlets and spent close to $60 dollars. I was even more disappointed when I had to pay over $3 for a large decorative bag as opposed to the cheap brown paper bags. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and Reece rudely approached me and I quote " What's Up?" I said, " Is this how you address all of your customers?" She said "no". I am never dissapointed when shopping here. The cakes are so moist and delicious. The white chocolate raspberry, lemon and red velvet are some of my families favorites. What I truly love is that this company is franchised and as such, I'm able to send cakes to my family out of state, or to a friend if I want to, and it's always totally consistent. They love them and I know the quality will be the same. They always have a variety for sale so ordering on a delivery platform is easy in a last minute need. Instead of having the pockets of air a cake that has gluten would have, this one has less. The lemon gave the cake excellent moisture and it was refreshing. Nothing Bundt cakes has a chocolate chip gluten free cake that is usually offered, but this cake was an amazing take on the gluten free NBC recipe! The raspberry's are mixed around and add a nice zest to the cake. The cream cheese pairs well with the zest of the cake and complements it with their signature sweetness. If you aren't a lemon fan, this cake may not be for you since the lemon makes its presence known. It was such a fun option to enjoy when I picked up cakes for a birthday celebration. I would definitely give the cake a 5/5, all my gluten free pals know the struggle in finding a yummy dessert, and this was a great interpretation.
