    Ballon's and cards for sale
    Diane W.

I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes today because I had a coupon for a BOGO offer. This was my first time at this location. When I walked it, I was warmly greeted by the staff. It smelled wonderful in there. They had a variety of flavors to pick from. The Bundt's also come in different sizes. They also sell other gift items in the store like coffee mugs, birthday candles, small balloons, greeting cards and seasonal items. It was so nicely decorated inside and I love how all their items for sale, are displayed. I was helped by a very nice employee. I decided to get the carrot and banana bundtlet. It was a hard decision to make because all the flavors looked good. These would also make a great gift for someone. I'm thinking of getting a dozen of the tiny bundtinis for my physical therapist to share with her staff, as a thank you gift. They would love these. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely come back here again. We tried both cakes this evening. Both the carrot bundtlet and banana pudding bundtlet were amazing. The banana pudding cake was so moist. The carrot cake paired perfectly with the cream cheese frosting. I'm looking forward to trying other flavors in the future.

Been here multiple times and it's a convenient way to get a little sweet treat fix where you can choose from multiple varieties of cake types. Last time I was here, I picked up a limited time special edition bundt called Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl. I liked this more than the others I've tried. That strawberry gel was really good, and yeah, it's sweet of course, but that's kind of why you come here. Service was friendly and efficient, and it's not meant as an eat-in place, just takeout, so the ambiance inside was homey and clean, but really meant more to feature their take out offerings. I'm not sure how often the cakes are made and how long they sell them compared to indie bakeries, but we've always enjoyed what we've gotten here.

They allow redeem at any location but this location refuse to honor

I am incredibly disappointed by the rigid and frustrating customer service at this location. I came in on my birthday to redeem my free birthday cake reward. Despite having my confirmation email, my ID, and the text history clearly stating the offer could be redeemed at any location, I was flatly refused and told I could only go to my "preferred location." The staff completely refused to accommodate me or even help update the location in the system. It was a massive waste of my time, gas, and effort on my actual birthday. If a business makes it this difficult to honor a simple written promotion, it completely ruins the incentive to support this location in the future. A birthday reward shouldn't feel like an interrogation or a hassle. Unused to such rigid, unhelpful service--definitely won't be back to this spot.

I am a huge fan of nothing Bundt cakes! We get them for any special occasion. This time was for Mother's Day. I added a Bundtlet cake into my Mother's Day gifts as a sweet touch. The ladies working were very friendly and kind. The woman who wrapped up my cake was so sweet and did such a wonderful job. I can't wait to enjoy these cakes. Inside the store was welcoming and tons of options for add ons for Mother's Day. I purchased two mini balloons to add to my gifts. Thank you ladies, can't wait to come back again.

Convenient option to bring a dozen of their cupcakes to work place. Their cakes are moist, frosting is delicious. A little sweet to my taste but well by coworkers like it. Shop is cute. Friendly service. Pretty package is a nice touch.

Comparison between advertised product and reality.

I ordered 12 bundtinis: they were so ridiculously small compared to the one I usually get at their Sunnyvale location that I asked if they had issues with the oven or yeast. They just replied that "it's the way they are" and didn't want to change them or refund me! Will never go to this location again! Edited: Following the response from the care team I want to precise that I ordered and paid for Bundtinis. And the pictures are of bundtinis at this store.

I wished it had more condensed milk to give it a more creamy flavor. The shaved ice was beautiful and fluffy - i'd say this is the main draw that may bring me back to try new flavors. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.

The shop has a bright, clean interior with a casual atmosphere that makes it an easy place to stop for a refreshing dessert. Seeing stacks of fresh mangoes behind the counter immediately gave me confidence that the fruit would be one of the highlights of the experience. The mango desserts were easily the best part of my visit. I tried the Pomelo & Mango with Sago, which combined sweet mango, creamy coconut milk, chewy sago, and fresh pomelo for a refreshing balance of flavors and textures. I also enjoyed the Mango Chewy Ball, where the fresh mango and smooth mango juice paired perfectly with the soft, chewy rice balls. Both desserts felt light while still being satisfying, making them a great option on a warm day. I also had the chance to try a few of the other menu items. The mango mochi was fresh and soft, with ripe mango wrapped inside a delicate chewy layer. For something different, the spicy chili fish balls offered a savory contrast to the fruit desserts, adding a bit of heat and a springy texture that balanced out all of the sweetness. The ordering process was quick and straightforward, and my food arrived not long after I found a table. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and small touches like providing wet wipes made the experience feel a little more thoughtful. It is the kind of place where you can stop in for a quick dessert or stay a little longer while sharing a few different items with friends. Overall, Hui Lau Shan is a great spot for anyone looking for fresh, fruit-forward desserts with authentic Hong Kong flavors. The quality of the mangoes, the variety of textures, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a place I would happily return to whenever I was craving something refreshing.

They give you the option to put double matcha (for the honey matcha latte) which is a plus! The double shot of matcha and the honey pairs really well together. My first experience was pretty mid because the ceremonial matcha latte was VERY strong and bitter. I couldn't finish it and it made me super jittery. After coming back a few more times though, I found a couple things I really liked. The Crème Brûlée Matcha was delicious. I finished the entire drink. You can't change the sweetness level, which is unfortunate, but their recommended sweetness actually balanced the stronger matcha really well. The ice cream is probably the best thing here. Super creamy, perfectly sweet and really well blended. I would honestly come back just for the ice cream. The strawberry matcha latte was pretty unmemorable to me, and the hojicha was also extremely bitter. Service was good. The barista was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. You order through a kiosk, so there isn't a ton of interaction overall. When I first came around their opening, there was basically no line. After they started getting more hype, the lines became longer and longer. I think it's worth trying, but personally I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it. Overall, the matcha itself tastes authentic and is prepared well, but some drinks are just too bitter for my preference. My recommendations: the ice cream or Crème Brûlée Matcha. Those were easily the standouts for me.
