Great location, downtown and walkable. There's seating outside and it is the icing (or should I say ice cream) on the cake for a nice night out in downtown Campbell. I got too excited to eat my mint cookie crunch ice cream- delicious by the way. I wish they had smaller portions for cheaper but the smallest size will still be huge and is 6.50. They had various kinds of sherbets, which the kids enjoyed. My husband loved his coffee ice cream and of course, we had to sample one or two to make sure we got the right flavor. You would think because I live 2 miles from Campbell Creamery and go to church "for the last 12 years" just a 5 minute walk away that I would be a regular here and not my 1st time in. lol. Anyway I finally stopped in. Outside they have a hand written a sign with a list of 36 different flavors of which I sampled 2 (the Mango & strawberry cheesecake) the mango honestly did not taste like mango at all so I ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake and cookie dough. The ice cream is definitely a good quality as it is very creamy and dense, i'm talking gelato dense. Unfortunately the strawberry cheesecake had a "been in the freezer to long taste" maybe not too many people order it but still it's not an experience you want in your mouth when you are paying a premium price for a scoop of ice cream. The cookie dough was good and had a lot of chunks of cookie dough. The service is good but not what I would call outstanding "like someone is glad to see you, if you get my drift" the inside looks a bit outdated and could use a freshening up. **2.75 stars** Campbell Creamery has a large menu, which is cool, but the line can get pretty long and the menu can be hard to understand (ie, we walked in based on a drink featured on a sign, but could not find it on any signage or menu inside the store). Then when it came time to get "tastes", the woman helping us wasn't friendly so we only got one taste and rushed to make a decision. After ordering an ice cream shake, we waited for such a long time that we watched at least 5 groups of customers order, pay and leave. When our staffer returned with our shake, we understood why she took so long: she over-blended the ice cream! I don't know if she was distracted or this is the usual way Campbell Creamery blends their shakes?!! All the flavors of the ice cream became completely cremated that it tasted thinned and watered down, even though I don't think any water was added to it. We could have tasted the same thing if we ordered 3 scoops and let them melt... that's what it tasted like. Sigh. It was expensive thin watery shake. Suggestion to the owner/manager: - Train the employees to not over-blend shakes because that diminishes the quality and flavor of the shake. - Also remind them to keep up their attitude, even when the store is busy because they represent the brand. I love this near by ice cream shop! Every time I'm at the farmers market I have to stop in. They have so many different options and give good suggestions. I also appreciate that you can sample the products if you're having a hard time deciding or if it's just something new you're curious about. They have great customer service and my wait has never been to long. You can't tell in my picture but their spoons are really cool too! I have been working on losing weight so today was my first time to enjoy a treat from Campbell Creamery after moving to Campbell in 2024. It was worth the wait! I got the frozen custard in cookies and cream flavor and it was yummy. I loved the color changing spoon! I would recommend this spot. Studies (conducted by me & my bf) show it's nearly impossible to stroll along a pretty suburban street in 80° weather without stopping for a cold treat. A Dole Whip sign beckoned us into Campbell Creamery, & although we didn't end up getting that specific item, we ordered a Piña Colada shake which contained Dole Pineapple Soft Serve. Much to our delight, the taste leaned towards more coconutty than piña. They are perfect in hospitality! They're always accommodating with layering almonds with the froyo. And they do it with love! I've been to this location a couple times now and we usually have a good experience. We swung by this afternoon and it wasn't a good one. The young female employees (maybe 16-18 years old) weren't very friendly when we entered and didn't seem happy to be working. My husband is gluten free and he asked which flavors were GF. One of the employees said that all of the flavors are except ones with cookies in them. I got lavender. He went with vanilla to be safe, but then he noticed that there were chunks of other ice cream with cookies in his scoop. This points to them not cleaning the scoopers very well in between customers. He was so worried about contamination that he didn't even eat his ice cream and we ended up throwing away. We debated going back in to ask for a different one, but based on their attitude - we didn't take the risk. This was literally the best consistency of ice cream I've had in a LONG time. We stopped by Campbell Creamery after finding it on Yelp and thought it had an uncanny similarity to Willow Glen. We entered the shop and took our time browsing the flavors they had to offer (my favorite part of being in an ice cream shop) and settled on a scoop of cookie dough to share. The single scoop was huge! The chocolate chunks in there were seriously good quality chocolate, and as a picky cookie dough lover, those were pretty good too. The showstopper here for me was the consistency, it was sooo creamy and everything ice cream should be. Also, color changing spoons? Great for the little ones if you have any, but it kept me entertained too. The shop itself is a decent size, but limited seating indoors - there's plenty of outdoor seating however. The service was quick and helpful, as we sampled different flavors to choose from. I'm so glad we stumbled across this shop and I'll be back to try more if I'm ever in the area! Such a cool dessert spot! Was in the neighborhood for dinner and decided to try this dessert place. They have SO MANY options of ice creams, frozen custard and frozen yogurts. A variety of size options, we picked a kiddie size vanilla ice cream and a small soft serve with vanilla and chocolate. The ice cream was great but the soft serve was truly amazing!
