I loved the crunch of the kataifi threads and the pistachio filling. I decided to buy a piece of the FrischSchoggi Dubai Milk Chocolate. I also decided to buy a few pieces of the mini mousses. I picked the orange chocolate for myself and the hazelnut for my husband. Jose boxed both mini mousses in a cute little box. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Jose. He took his time with me and answered several questions I had about the mini mousse chocolates. We tried our chocolates after dinner and they were so good. I would definitely buy the mini mousses again as well as the FrischSchoggi Dubai Milk Chocolate.

The staffer who scooped our order meticulously shaped our gelato into generously portioned mounds & wiped the cup sides clean. They also came with a perfectly tempered dark chocolate piece placed in the top! She didn't rush providing quality though there was a small line. They taste very high quality. I recommend the Dark. I'm not sure they're the best chocolates, but I haven't tried a lot of fine chocolates. I think actually some of the fine chocolates I got in Korea were better.

I sat down and realized they were a whole 10+ orders behind, meaning I waited at least 25mins before getting my bingsu! I ordered a honeydew yogurt bingsu and it was $20. Inflation may be a little crazy, but this was a little above what I was expecting. It came with about 1/2's worth of honeydew. The bowl was not topped with bingsu, and I felt like there are more melons than bingsu (not ok). There were some sweet cheese pieces inside (yummy), some unsweetened frozen yogurt, and the rest was yogurt flavored bingsu. Although healthy, the bingsu itself was NOT sweet enough and I felt sick after eating so much unsweetened yogurt. I wish they gave us a cup of condensed milk like they do at every other bingsu place... Service was slow and everything is self serve, from getting your bingsu at the front to bussing your tray. I do believe there are other bingsu spots in Bay Area that give a similar experience with more variety and better pricing. I do not look forward to waiting almost 30min after spending $20 for a bingsu that's only half bingsu with honeydew layered on top.

However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.
