I have been here a few times with my kids ect The place is really trendy and cute, it's kinda expensive though. All I have had is the ice cream and Italian soda and those are pretty good. I would go more often despite the price but it closes at 4 in the afternoon and I don't have time to get down there until later in the day. The staff is really nice although they seem really busy. Road trip with our grandchildren : We waited over an hour for breakfast food, ( children were starving but waited patiently as they have good manners). The food was cold and we had hair in our food, no silverware when food came. We ordered bacon also and did no receive. Also no bill was given and we were overcharged. Then the checkout girl had the gall to roll her eyes. ! We are from Iowa and know how to treat people and provide good service! We are always good tippers and show our appreciation for good food and good service! The four of us including our grandchildren were unable to eat much of this food, and we are headed up the road to find another place! Brunch was spectacular! Their croissant sandwich with the choice of bacon that I had was very good. Wife had an one egg breakfast with toast, bacon and home style potatoes. I washed it down with their Iced Toddy Coffee which was very strong and tasty! If you're ever traveling through Wyoming, this little spot in Saratoga is highly recommended for a recharge from driving long distances. read more

Nice setup and look. Clean and open with a nice feel to the place. Chairs are cute, but are uncomfortable with wire backs. We ordered a roast beef sandwich and BBQ brisket sandwich. The meat for both was the same and it wasn't roast beef nor brisket. It was some very tough sliced beef. One simply had BBQ sauce added and mine was supposed to be a horseradish sauce, but it really just tasted like mayo. The side choice came in a tiny cup. For what you get it is on the high side. Charges a convience fee for using a credit card. For the price I don't expect that. read more

Good homemade ice cream. Very sweet old fashioned ice cream counter. Nice outside garden area to sit. Loved that they had a "Pay-it-forward" policy. I rarely leave a restaurant feeling so disgusted and ripped off. I feel compelled to let others know how terrible the food was at Lollypops. I had a Belgium Waffle that tasted like cardboard and served with a small amount of fruit in syrup and Cool Whip! My friend had eggs, hash browns, one lonely piece of toast and a paper thin slice of ham! We were so disappointed. We will never have a meal there again. Great breakfast! I had the croissant sandwich while my husband had scrambled eggs with a side of pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a scrumptious caramel mocha. We worked from this cafe for two days and the staff didn't blink an eye! Of course we kept ourselves fuelled on coffees, ice creams in every flavour and old school sandwhiches. A true American style diner in the middle of Saratoga, on Saturday the line was out the door- not surprising given the 90 F temps and amazing brownie Sunday's waiting inside. No doubt if I ever find myself in Saratoga again I will be back in lollypops in a heartbeat. read more

A quaint little ice cream and coffee shop in the heart of Saratoga, Lollypops boasts homemade ice cream (other than their sugar free) in many different flavors. My kids both got a kiddie sized scoop and cone, while my husband and I ordered lattes. After tasting the kid's ice cream (one had cookie dough, the other cotton candy) I wished I too had splurged on the ice cream. It was AMAZING! Even the cotton candy flavor, which sounded disgusting, was tasty! The young man who helped us was very friendly, and the owner came around to all the tables later chatting and making sure things were ok. The lattes were a bit weak, next time I'll order a double shot, but decent. Nice that if you are staying to enjoy they are served in real glasses and cups rather than paper. And only in Wyoming will you see three older cowboys belly up to the bar- that is, ice cream bar, enjoying their sundaes! read more

Lollipops is a cute little place that has good sandwiches, ice cream, and breakfast. It is small and there is usually only 2 or even one person working at a time so prepare to wait. It is a little high for what it is, I got a sandwich with chips and some ice cream and it was almost 20 bucks. read more
