Grabbed lunch at the deli and it was delish! Had the tacos (chicken, barbaxoa and carnita) and barbacoa quesadillas. Generous portions. Ordering wasn't as easy as it should be. It would be nice if they had a menu right at the deli counter with pics to order from or more signage to make it easier for first timers like me. They did have some signage closer to where you pick up the food so if they moved those towards the deli area, that would make more sense. Large grocery store with icecream and popcicles and drinks. Meat and bakery items widely available. Overall fun store to explore. It was a hot day so all the coolers in the cold/freezer sections had condensation so it was hard to see all the products. Will come back to try more foods like the tamales and hopefully be able to see more products in the coolers on a cooler day.

AMAZING Horchata! I had one of my favorite horchatas over here, and loved the variety in the grocery store. They offer a fresh bakery, produce, dry goods, drinks, and a restaurant! I've since gotten to try their tacos and quesadillas, and really enjoyed them. Each bite was filled with flavor and was so fulfilling. Stop by here your next grocery run, or for a fun sweet treat at their bakery!

Came here for lunch while the nearby FedEx printed some stuff for me. The market was entertaining and interesting with things I had seen in Mexico and things I had never seen before. I picked up a pastry before making my way to the place to order a hot lunch. Another Yelp reviewer had ordered a Al Pasteur quesadilla and that's what I wanted. I ordered at one section and then paid at the nearby cashier; I also got a bottle of water. I went to the main registers to pay for the pastry while I waited for it to cook. It was incredible!!!! Wow the flavor!! It was a good portion too. It included beans, rice, lettuce, and sour cream. There was a nearby fixings bar that had cilantro, raw white chopped onions, chopped radishes, and some sauces. I would go out of my way to come here in the future!! Best meal of the whole trip!!

Great grocery store for the Hispanic community. The meat market is always my favorite place but they also had Jarritos in Guava and I haven't been able to find that anywhere else! The food court has enough to satisfy anyone. I had 4 street tacos *carne asada* and of course the salsa bar had so many options to choose from. Nothing beats authentic Mexican food. I was just visiting friends but the sentiment of the addition of this grocery store has been nothing but positive.

Wow wow wow! You gotta check this place out! The deli has a HUGE variety of mexican goodies including the THICKEST tamales you have ever seen, pupusas, sweet plantains and a variety of meat in sauces. The pupusas are so good and are only served on the weekend and certain weekdays. The service here is quick and knowledgeable. The taqueria is a blast with 10 different taco meat options (unfortunately currently not any shrimp). The shredded beef was my favorite but the al pastor smelled heavenly. $3/tacos. The tacos has quite a bit of meat and you can self serve salsas, cilantros and onions. They have rice and beans that come on platters. The store is clean, large and carries a large array of produce and other mexican goods. Already planning a trip back!

Wow. The Taqueria is amazing. Order at the taco station for all items. Then pay at the kiosk and select your beverage. There is also a salsa bar. The tacos are excellent with a lot of meat. The Buche and Al Pastor were my favorites. My husband has an Al Pastor quesadilla which had rice, beans and salad as part of the platter. The refried beans were awesome. The store is huge with groceries, a deli, florist, gift shop and beverage/ dessert station. Wonderful place. A don't miss.

this is a wonderful community staple that not only offers Latin American products, but also has a full service Taqueria, tortilleria, and deli with everything from tacos to pupusas to tamales. Really a one stop shop. It has plenty of seating in the food court area, and also has a paleteria where they have horchata, aguas frescas and more. Stop by and you'll love the experience!

What an awesome space! The market has a huge selection of products and a really nice prepared foods area and restaurant. The service was friendly and I am excited to come back here very soon for another lunch and some more goodies to take home.

The place is huge with so many options for lunch. I loved the chips and salsas were delicious. I want to try the ice cream next time. They also have a deli and so many grocery options. Service was really slow but the place is new. I will be back.

Taco de alambre, taco de suadero

Found my most FAVORITE spot for a good taco de tripa 10/10, tripa was crunchy, melted in every single bite, seasoning was on point. I'm normally picky about my tripa, but this exceeded my expectations Lengua was good as well, super fresh 9.5/10 since it was just a bit cooler when I got it. Alambre was another 10/10, I have never tasted a restaurant-made alambre this flavorful and tender. Suadero was 8/10 since it was not as tender as I would love it to be, still pretty good though. I wanted to try cabeza but they said they ran out super early in the day, which made me guess it must be very good as well, will definitely come back for that! Also tried a couple of bakery items. Concha was tasty and strawberry tres leches was AMAZING, not too sweet, very soothing. Cheesecake was decent as well, maybe it would be better if you warm it up a bit since it was hard in the middle. Overall, combining them with milk or coffee would make a perfect dessert Service was fast and friendly staff, the line moved super quickly, they also offered an option for fresh made tortilla right in front of you from scratch. Super bright and spacious space, very authentic Mexican restaurant/food deli atmosphere.

So excited to have lomabonita open in Richfield! An impressive display of options, clean, and popular in its early days. Lots of fresh produce, snacks, candy, deli, meat counter. Lacking some listed prices on items, so it is a little confusing. Lots of parking! They are currently lacking signage and completion of the taco area. I got 3 beef tacos and the price seemed normal at $10.99 and taste was good, portion was awesome. Excited to see this as they complete it!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked. The Selection of Mexico/Latino products is huge. Excellent produce selection; always have papayas, mangos, herba buena, xoconostles, and cilantro bundles at low prices. Meat selection looks amazing. Wall of cheese. Gotta shop selectively; not all prices are the lowest, compared to nearby. Gonna return soon to try the prepared hot foods, tacos, etc.

Cabeza (head) and Tripa (beef intestine) tacos respectively. Both fantastic.

Been back several times now and it's only getting better. Everyone is extremely kind and I can't leave without some of their dialed-in baked goods. With the current occupation of Minneapolis, LomaBonita Market has been hit really hard. They need, and deserve, all the business we can give! Despite all the hardship for the staff the store is always super clean, the food is fresh, and everyone is the pinnacle of professionalism. Please, please go support immigrant and locally owned places like this. You definitely won't regret it.

Exceptional, personal service, passionate cooking, warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners Chef Cristian and wife Karen are absolutely amazing and the sweetest. I'd been previously for various events, but this was the first trip just for a casual pop in and dinner. Went for nachos as a table, I snagged a birria burrito bowl, and we had a churro cheesecake for dessert. Chefs, absolute, kiss. You can taste the passion. There's a lot in the back for parking, and pricing is more than fair if not, a killer value in my opinion. Definitely check them out!

They are not serving alcohol anymore which is unfortunate to not be able to enjoy a margarita but they had a large mocktail list. We tried three different tacos (chicken, carne asada, and carnitas) and I loved being able to mix and match. The carne asada was probably my favorite but they all were swimming in oil. The skirt steak enchiladas were a standout and easily my favorite dish of the meal. The steak was tender, the portions were generous, and everything came together really well. The queso was rich and creamy, and the fresh guacamole was a great starter while we waited for our food. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal, and the overall atmosphere made it a really enjoyable place to spend the evening.

The ambiance is very modern, with smooth tables and an enormous, vaulted ceiling. Service was quick and efficient, with a cash register/ordering station, and a separate pick-up station to the left. Took about ten minutes to prep my burritos. I ate one of them at home, saving a breakfast burrito for later in the week. Delicious carnitas burrito, good salsa. There is parking in back, and some on the side street without paying. The menu appears unique, a mix of traditional and fusion. Prices are in the $15 range for an entree. Food delivered warm, in aluminum wrap. Generous portion, quite satisfying. Note: Please participate in my proposed National Hispanic Small Business Week, starting Monday, Feb 2, to Monday, Feb 9. Make a point of buying goods and services from local Hispanic businesses. Help defeat the plans of those that want all Hispanics purged from the United States. Thank you. I tip my top hat.

I love this place, and the food is on par with a lot of Mexican food in California. Most recently, we went to celebrate a birthday. We go here because they are veggie friendly. We ordered the veggie enchiladas and I got a veggie wet burrito. Everything was delicious. My only complaint would be that things could be a bit saucier...but that's a preference thing and we get salsa on the side for it. We also got chips and guac -- delicious as well! I will say that the portions, especially the burrito are VERY generous. I think I should have shared it! It was pretty buzzy, which was great to see given the depths of winter we were in. Go here!!

It's a bit whitewashed and leans more Cal-Mex than anything you'd find in Mexico, but I'm not complaining. I love a good California burrito and asada fries, so this style has its place (especially in Minnesota). Service can be slow. It took us about an hour to get two burritos yesterday and the restaurant didn't look busy. Maybe they were just short staffed. My main issue is the salsa. They limit you to one packet per person, and it's not the slightest bit spicy. And where are the limes? This place desperately needs a salsa bar with real options and some heat. Bump up the salsa selection and stop rationing it, and this would be a solid spot. For now, I'll keep getting this to go and buying my own salsa and limes.

To begin with, our table and the menus given to us were very dirty and had lots of visible food tidbits, which made us have to clean things up a bit ourselves. That was okay, though, because I have experienced worse and wouldn't choose to let it impact my judgment to such an extent. I thought the only item that was solid was my lengua torta, which had a good amount of stuff inside ranging from meat to lettuce to mayo, and made me full in a very satisfactory way. A lot of the tacos were dry and reliant on the lime for a little bit of juice, including the birria tacos. My partner ordered the chicken, shrimp, and fish tacos, and thought they all tasted mediocre. Personally I enjoyed having some radishes because they cleansed my palate when needed. Another unfortunate event was that later that night, I experienced a severe stomachache and had to throw up. Granted, I have not tried their birria with consomé yet, which per my understanding was what made them famous since the beginning of time, at least according to a piece of newspaper I had seen next to the bathroom. Next time when I visit, I will try such instead, which I hope can provide me with an improved experience.

Let's start with service, the server was nice enough, but very rarely came by to refill drinks. The others were taken quickly, but the food all came out at wildly different times. I received my food probably 20-25 minutes before the last person received theirs. The wave was maybe 2 people's food at a time. The whole free dip with 5 Birria tacos was confusing as no one really knew which tacos qualified. As for the food, the horchata was okay. It wasn't super flavorful and seemed poorly mixed. I had to take the top off to try and mix it better, but the straw didn't work well. The goat Birria was very bland to me. I added all the hot sauce, but still couldn't even really taste it. I ended up mainly just dipping the tortillas in the green sauce, which wasn't bad. Perhaps I came on an off day. I'm not sure I would go back though.

In terms of taste, the birria ramen was very salty, to the point that I had to water it down a bit to finish it. I appreciated the idea of having this option but I seriously think more meat and more noodles are needed for the consomé to not have an overpowering taste. The tacos tasted good as usual and had a good amount of ingredients which I loved. Previously I came here to get lengua tacos and they had very little dry lengua meat. The torta was also good in the most conventional way, which grilled chicken, mayo, and more. Back in the days I used to order a tray of tacos, 25 of them, for about $75 which I believe is still the case for the same price.
