They did a great job and did a little extra by screwing down boards that squeaked. The gentleman was so nice, he adopted one of our dogs we were not taking with us I the move. The floors was so well done when we sold the home the new owners hired them to do more work. When I moved to my new home I re-hired Creative Floors and More based on my first experience. Unfortunately the second time was not the charm. The work was to replace all carpeting in the home. To start two men showed up, and one brought his teenage son. One third of the way through the job one man left leaving the other and his son. When the owner came out to spec the job I asked for squeaky areas in two rooms to be screwed down and that was not done. The job went past 7:00 PM in the evening as the number of qualified installers was not present. To add insult to injury, I have called several times, twice talking to the owner (Jeff) who said they have a kit to resolve the squeaky parts that would not require pulling up the carpet. I made a forth call on May 31st and needless to say I have not had a return phone call. If you happen to hire them, please be sure to stay on top and follow through, for me the service is hit or miss and what I received was a miss the second time around!

I found the floors was going to order them myself but Jeff insisted on ordering them because he wanted to be the one we would come to if something wasn't right with the floors. His installer did an overall good job but was not on top of details when it came to running up to the door thresholds and stair riser. We didn't complain and even offered to have it fixed ourselves. I became very frustrated because we were having some issues with the finish of the flooring and he repeatedly put me off saying he would get back to me. We moved into our house October 2017 and I felt I had been more than patient. He refused to answer my husband or my calls or texts. I finally had to bring someone else in to help us out with a few areas and I found out that in fact our floors were very dry and after they were installed they should have been re-oiled. This step would have prevented many of the areas of concern I had. Bottom line they are not good at following up or returning after the installation. I would never do business with them again.

Sales person who came out seemed confused from when he confirmed my appointment Sunday night (not a fan of being bothered on a Sunday), ran 20 minutes late despite explicit directions, and was unprepared during the appointment which required me to repeat information already that I've shared. During my experience I couldn't help but feel the sales person was coming across sexist, ageist, and insulting with a lot of assumptions. He was also a little too curious about things that are none of his business, ironically having missed ALL of the information which would have yielded a more positive and smooth experience for me. Despite this franchise being owned by a woman which seemed like the salesperson was backpedaling to emphasize (??), the salesperson came across doubtful of the facts provided to him. It kind of felt like diversity awareness would be helpful for the sales staff so that the business appeals to a variety of customers who are seeking home finishing services.
