She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had what they needed throughout the meal. Overall, we had another enjoyable visit to the Sawmill. This is definitely more of a locals joint, but definitely worth stopping in for anyone if you want some St. Louis style BBQ. The brisket platter was the best - big portions, 2 sides and 2 pieces of garlic bread. The Jalepano Mac and cheese balls are awesome, so much flavor. The salmon platter was also very tasty and fresh. I had several slices of brisket on my plates and the first slice I picked up while nicely smokey and well seasoned was tough. However, every other slice was perfectly tender indicating a proper cook.
