I have been going to some of the newer salons around and they are so very expensive , so I remembered London Nails. My sister went there about 25 years ago. So I gave them a call and they got me right in. The salon was very clean. Parking was right in front. They remembered my sister from all those years ago and we laughed. Everyone in the shop was talking and getting along. It was like a little party. I really enjoyed myself and my nails look lovely for half the price. I will be back in two weeks to get my fill. If I could give a zero I would. Horrible service and customer service. I was visiting family in Vallejo yesterday and I needed a split nail fixed & a manicure & the closest nail salon was "London nail". What a waste of time and money. Today my acrylic came off the nail I needed fixed, and my manicure look like a 2 year old did it. The polish is almost off and my cuticles look a mess. She didn't even buff my nails. And did not file them properly. Look at the pictures I submitted. The guy that worked there seemed nice but the women he have working there possibly do not have there license. read more

So yes it's corona season and every nail shop is getting hit bu cost ; it would better to stay closed instead of using cheap materials. I'm mad because between me and my daughter we spent close to 240 and we went here based on past work and remembered it to be good and a plus they weren't just using buckets to wash our feet. However our new nail set didn't even lasts for a week. it was a Lee press on job that we could've went to Walgreens and got. One whole hand of my daughters broke within two days and yet he put powder on the front and back and me, I just picked up the waste basket in the bathroom and I'm not a laborer so I didn't do any extra lifting or hit my hands on or against anything and my nails feel like if I bend them they'll just pop off.I'm done. I have been going here for years and everyone here really treat you like family from the quality and care they put in to their work to the random acts of kindness like giving you a slice of their pizza they ordered from lunch . I was visiting family in norcal with my girlfriend and while we were there, we went to this salon because my girlfriend broke a nail. While we were there, we had a good time talking to the owners and my girlfriend seemed to really enjoy the service. She said she would return if we didn't live so far. He is so talented he can do any design and if he doesn't have the stuff u need u can bring it urself and he'll do it. Not only is his work amazing he himself as a person is!!! Had a last minute trip up North to visit a friend, I needed to fix my poor nails and this place was recommended by mutual friend. The salon was clean, organized, and staff was friendly, plus very accommodating. I love the result and got plenty compliments on my nails. Ive been going here since middle school with my mom and sister to get pedicures. i honestly love the people here! theyre so nice and warm and always makes me feel comfortable. the service is amazing as well since my feet always feel squeaky clean afterwards. my mom loves getting her nails and eyebrows done by Le and wanted to express how the service is amazing here. the only thing is sometimes the wait might be long since its only two people working here so do make an appointment! i hope they stay in business after all the covid pass. i highly recommend coming here! read more

I was at work, in the middle of moving things around the office when all of a sudden I chipped two of my gel-tipped nails. I hopped onto yellowpages.com and found the nearest nail shop that could fit me on my lunch. I walked in.. and there on a couch (grungy..screaming salvation army all over it) were three older Vietnamese women who were eating their lunch and reading magazines. I looked at them a bit confused because none of them seemed alarmed or embarrassed that there was actually a customer in the store and here they were doing nothing. I finally spoke up and told them that I was the one who had called a few minutes prior about fixing my two nails. They negotiated amongst the three of them when one finally got up and said something harsh in Vietnamese. Now I'm no expert in the language but I can tell you right now she didn't say to the other two, "Oh no.. allow me dear". They lady did a horrible job at repairing my two nails and doing a fill on the rest. The new tips they put on were too thick and didn't match the rest of my nails. They even tried to tell me that french tip nails were plain and that I should do something like pink or yellow tips. Umm okay!? Well I didn't ask for their opinion but they consistently dished it to me like as If I needed it. How RUDE! Don't be fooled by their cheap price list of services. They do a crappy job. Their "salon" is ghetto, dirty and very unprofessional. read more

Absolutely terrible. The place is smelly, dirty, and tacky as hell. I went in one Saturday for a mani/pedi and lip and eyebrow wax. (Yes, I was a bit of a mess.) Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over 45 minutes because they took somebody as a walk-in a few minutes before I got there (on time). She did a horrible job on my manicure and seemed annoyed when I wanted her to file my nails down shorter. When she was doing my pedicure, she kept slapping and repositioning my foot and leg as if she was annoyed with me. At one point, she just looked up at me and clucked her tongue, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. I guess I was doing it wrong....? When it was time for my lip and eyebrow wax, it spiraled into the worst experience in a beauty salon I'd ever had. First of all, the girl spent the whole time arguing on the phone with somebody while she was waxing me. She smeared the wax all over my face, and didn't even have the decency to pull my skin taught when she pulled the wax. It was so painful! She actually pulled off some skin and made me bleed. When she was done, she just looked at me and walked away. No lotion, no touch-up tweezing, no mirror so I can make any adjustment requests. Just, walk away. My skin was red and swollen for hours afterward: I looked like I lost a fight. At home, I actually found wax in my hair next to my ears. How did it get there? I am never going back there again. The prices are cheap but it's not even worth it. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. read more

Absolutely a pleasure to get my nails done and he always keep me up with all the latest style and gel colors. Well first I asked for Gel and Sun proceeded to glue on tips then apply some powder and on top of that some liquid that had to be uv dried then gel polished and $35 dollars later I left with thicker then I wanted nails. No I never went back. The staff talk their language and don't talk to the customer just yell and laugh with each other. I find that rude! read more
