I've reached out to Adriana multiple times over the last few years to see if they could accommodate our Maltipoo for several days at a time while we were away on vacation. Every time, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. On one occasion, they were even able to accommodate us on very short notice when a family member was unexpectedly unable to care for our pup. We've always had a great experience with London Ridge. We love receiving pictures of our dog while we're away, and it's clear he enjoys the socialization and interaction with the other dogs. Last week we went on an eight day cruise so we had to board our dachshund. We found this place, reached out to them and they wanted to meet us and our dog before we could book. On the day of our visit we could tell they would be a fit for us. Our dog seemed happy the minute we arrived. On Saturday morning when we dropped Chili off Adrianna met us outside to take Chili and he seemed happy when we left him. I can't believe it took me this long to find this place! I don't even know where to begin. I was desperately looking for boarding for my 2 yr old Terrier/ Schnauzer pup the same week I was leaving for the weekend. I messaged London Ridge late Monday night after reading their reviews and within minutes Tom answered my questions about pricing/ toy play/ kiddie pools and play time during hot days like that particular weekend I left him as well as meal time. I was a nervous wreck that entire week leading up to the weekend & called/ messaged Tom & Adrianna a few times just to get a sense of what my pup Jack was getting into since this was my first time ever leaving my Jackie Boy who has separation anxiety. Both of them answered my questions and assured me everything would be fine. On drop off day, my fur baby left without hesitation as they welcomed him with open arms which put me at ease. I kept in constant communication over the weekend and they filled me in on Jack Jacks new paw friends! He did so great & apparently loved exploring the backyard. I was going out of town for the weekend and needed a dogsitter for my Pug. He's still a puppy so he's still learning his manners and his breed is very sociable so he craves human and dog interaction. Because of these reasons, it's hard to just drop him off with my mom or friends who don't have much experience or the energy to be able to keep up with his energy. Butters had so much fun with Tomas and Adriana. The family helps out so Butters got alot of human interaction which is his fave! Right when I arrived, there's a leash holder station at the entrance with all the dogs names and 2 large kennels on the side for dogs that need to be in their own space. I heard dogs inside but didn't see any when we got there. Adriana just started showing me around the backyard and had lots of questions for me like, "is he okay with other dogs", "is he potty trained", "where does he sleep at home", "does he have any anxiety triggers", etc. She explained how many dogs were staying over for doggy daycare and for the weekend while Butters was staying. She started to let the dogs out of the house one by one after giving Butters a chance to explore his home for the weekend. She purposely brought out her most calm dog, then the mama bear dog (they call her the "paw patrol"!), then slowly the other dogs who have more anxiety or are puppies and have more energy and introduced them to Butters slowly so he didn't get overwhelmed. What kind of dogsitter does this for you?! This is no run of the mill dogsitter; this is a legit business! The care and passion put into easing my dog into the environment alone, instantly made me feel comfortable knowing I was leaving my pup in the right hands. They sent videos and photos throughout the weekend but didn't overload my phone too much so I was still able to enjoy my vacation. Every photo and video, Butters' body language showed how comfortable he was and how much fun he was having. The backyard is huge! If they have a dog that needs it's own space, they can divide the yard with a pop up fence so everybody can enjoy the outdoors. Pricing for overnight stays are affordable and comparable (I think even cheaper) to any of the bigger commercial places that likely won't have that extra "above and beyond" effort for your dog. They were wonderful - professional (you can tell they know what their doing based on their backyard setup & their communication) yet still showed their passion for animals with how much care and energy they put into my pup. They even gave Butters a bath and washed his dog bed before sending him home! When I let Adriana know how grateful I was for doing this, she simply responded, "we like to send your dogs home clean and fresh for you." We cannot possibly thank Tomas and his family enough for taking such good care of our little girl when we boarded her for a few days. As a German Shorthaired Pointer, she has high energy and high mental stimulation needs. This makes finding an adequate sitter difficult for us and because of how expressive her breed is, it's easy for us to perceive how she felt at a sitter's home. She was definitely comfortable and felt safe, and was given plenty of attention. Though Tomas's wonderful updates to us gave us an indication of that, this morning (she was picked up yesterday) she showed me she wanted to go back there again. It was so reassuring to see her communicate to me that she was hoping to go again today! She can be off-putting to people who aren't familiar with her breed because of her high energy and barking when she's in a new environment despite LOVING people but thankfully they are very familiar with her breed- when we dropped her off for boarding, Adriana and London (who we were so excited for our girl to be with because her best friend is a Ridgeback too!!) opened the door and wasn't at all put-off by her barking and energy, she didn't even bat an eye! London was such a sweet greeter and Adriana just took her leash and our girl completely calmed down and London took her new friend into the house with her. This was such a reassuring experience and it meant everything to us that they were so caring and understanding of her needs and saw past the high energy to just how big of a sweetheart and affectionate little girl she is. Love bringing my kitty Miso to stay with Tomas and Adriana whenever I need to go out of town! They're so friendly and responsive and even make sure to send lots of pictures to keep you updated. The first time I booked with them, they were able to take me very last minute with no issues at all! I've left Miso in their care twice so far and have been happy each time. I can't say enough good things about this place. I had to leave my pups Nala and Tinker for about 6 days which has been the longest I have ever left them. I usually board them at a pet hotel but I didn't feel comfortable leaving them there because they are inside their room for most of the day unless you pay for doggy daycare and they are left alone at night. I'm glad I found this place! They are always under supervision and they are surround by other dogs all the time. They also get to sleep inside the owners bedroom on doggy beds. Adriana kept me updated throughout their stay and she made me feel real comfortable when I first dropped them off. They have a huge backyard and high enough walls so no coyotes can get in. That is one of my biggest fears. They also have cameras around the home to keep the pups safe. Will definitely be using them again! read more

We are so happy and relieved to have found such a wonderful place for our dogs to go. Originally we were looking for somewhere we could leave our babies for 2 weeks. We started out with them going for daily day care. Then we had them go for 2 nights to see how that went. They weren't stressed at all when we brought them home, they seemed really happy. Adriana and Tomas were amazing. We have a rotty puppy that needed some babysitting because we were going out of town. We had Arya (first of her name) stay with another local pet hotel about a month ago, but she wasn't very friendly, so we didn't want to use her again because she made us feel unwelcome. But oh my goodness we texted Adriana and Tomas the day before our trip, they responded promptly and we got to meet them at their home asap with Arya and ask all the questions we wanted. Arya is a puppy, with puppy issues and Adriana did not make us feel bad for Arya being a puppy. And when we were on our trip we got daily updates with pictures! Recently had family visit for 2 weeks and I needed to find long term boarding for my dog. I spent some time looking at different places and reading up on the reviews. My dog is a big ol' Sheepadoodle and I wanted to make sure that wherever he was going, he would be comfortable. I knew I didn't want him to be in a kennel for half the day with only a few hours of playtime. After visiting London Ridge, I knew my dog would be in great hands. The backyard is like an oasis for doggies and I love that the dogs sleep in their home just like they do at mine. As you know, our pets are our babies so it's hard to trust anyone to watch them. This was my first time boarding my dog and Adriana and Tomas were very communicative which made me feel at ease. I received updates and photos via text which I always looked forward to. My four legged best friend Chance has been staying with Adriana and Tomas when I go on vacations or weekend getaways for over a year! Chance LOVES them. They take such good care of him and all of the dogs who stay there. They even helped train him not to be food aggressive!
