Sweet full fruit blueberry greets you from the first sip. They will offer you a nibble to cleanse your palate, how did she know I liked Rosemary cashews, YUM. I would def recommend this business. The bartender/server briefly went down the menu and explained that the mead was made from honey, hence the bee motifs. After tasting several different kinds (from the flight), I settled on hibiscus as my favorite. There is a varying range of sweetness, and the hibiscus was definitely on the sweeter side, but I was in the sweet mood. I also really enjoyed resting beach face, which is a lot less sweet but has all the fruity notes. If you've never tried mead, it's worth heading on over here and giving the Ferm Meadery a try!
