I paid cash, but had misplaced/lost my receipt at home. The employees refused to refund or give store credit for the unused, unopened (non food) item, even though their website clearly states they accept returns without a receipt for an in-store credit. I even called another of their stores far from me to verify their policy, which I was told I was correct. My store still refused to accept the return. Unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised as I walked into what seemed like another world. The room was filled with reptiles and fish galore. The owners, Evan and Sue, are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals Tim their store. We came in to buy a bearded dragon, but walked away with a snake! Sue spent more than half an hour just talking to us, letting us handle the snakes and answering the myriad of questions we threw at her. She put us at ease and we walked away confident that we can have a happy pet snake. They stock mice as well, so we picked up a few for feed. I'm definitely coming back for any reptile pet needs or questions.
