The people at this place are top tier. If you are in the need for anything related to two wheels this is the spot. Jeremy knew what he was doing and made it happen. Super pumped on the new ride.

This place is the absolute worst, and I REALLY wanted to like them. Took in my bike for a tire change and boom I find that my rim has 4 new paint chips and the cracked my fender in half. What's the manager's response? "We can't pay for that or fix it, but we can give you a new fender eliminator kit for free." I Don't want your stupid kit, I want these paint chips fixed!! Needless to say I will never go back and try to warn everyone to not get their bikes serviced here.

On my 2022 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 at Lone Star Yamaha.

I spoke to Danny Blackshear on Friday about buying a 2022 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401. I applied for financing online after we spoke. He called me shortly after to let me know I was approved for financing. I showed up Saturday and rode away on my new bike. I was at a the dealership for no more than an hour. Danny and the entire Lone Star team were great! They made my first motorcycle purchase quick and painless! If you're looking for a motorcycle, this is the place to go!

Scratch made by service tech

I bought a 2014 FZ09 from this dealership, the salesman Jeremy was great and really helped me out getting everything worked out on the deal. Fast forward a couple weeks I start getting a check engine light and the engine is dying. I get the bike started and start my way back home. At a stop light the bike starts blowing smoke out the exhaust like crazy. The next day I take the bike back to the dealer for service thinking how glad I was I paid extra for the warranty I call their service department the next day and the service manager, Steve, tells me they're gonna start on it the next day, Saturday, he never calls. He gives me the run around all week telling me four time he'll call me. He never does so I have to call him every day to get info. He tells me they've been working on the bike. I let him know that when I bought the bike I bought a tracker from them to be installed on the bike and that the tracker has not gone off letting me know the ignition has been started. He assures me they don't have to start the ignition to get the error codes to pull up. I was skeptical but I figured I'd wait for his call again. Shocker, he doesn't call. I call him at the end of the day and he tells me the bike is almost done but not yet, it'll be done the next morning, Friday, for sure this time. I ask him what the error codes are saying and he tells me he doesn't know because he hasn't talked to the tech. I convince him to tell me the error codes he says he has to go talk to the tech first and he'll call me right back. 10 minutes later I get notified the ignition on the bike has been started, they're running the error codes for the first time. He calls me back 30 minutes later and tells me what the error codes are, which I already knew I just wanted confirmed. Only now he has less confidence about it being done the next day. He says he thinks it's an aftermarket fuel tuner the previous owner put on, which is exactly what I told them when I dropped the bike off and what I told Steve on our first phone call. He says they'll take it off the following morning, run it and make sure the code doesn't come back up. The next day I get notified they're running the bike through the tracker and I'm relieved thinking they're gonna actually get it done, end of the day comes I don't get a call so I call them and they say the bike is done and I can come get it. I get there to pick the bike up, Steve helps me out and tells me they changed all the fluids, cleared the codes, and couldn't replicate the issue. I tell him I'm driving the bike from Mesquite to Fort Worth the following day and he looks unsure. He says if I break down I can call and they'll come get me with their trailer. I tell him I think it's just the fuel tuner and ask if they'll just remove it, he goes to ask a tech and they say it takes an hour and a half so it can't be done until the following day. I then noticed two big scratches on the fuel tank. I bring it up and we go inside to see what to do about it. The general manager Kevin comes to talk to me about it. He says he doesn't know if they can remove the fuel tuner, doesn't know if his tech can do something like that. Scott reassured him the tech can do it and Kevin tells me they'll try to get to it the next day. I ask what he can do about the scratch and he says he can call their painter and it'll probably be two weeks before it can be done. No other remedies are offered. I ask if I should just take it somewhere else and Kevin says "if that's what you gotta do" so I'm taking the bike to another dealer only now with a new scratch. I'd buy a bike from Jeremy again because their sales department was top notch. Jeremy and Steve were professional and helpful throughout. Kevin and Steve essentially told me there was nothing they could do for me. Their service department is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I think this is a situation that could've been easily fixed by the manager.

Do not buy anything used unless it's throughly checked. Stay away from warranty and gap. Get it through another company.

I would recommend mint motorcycles to anyone looking for great deals and service. i have purchased…read moretwo motorcycles from them and Rayyan was instrumental in making the process very easy and simple. He answered all my questions and I even changed the bike I wanted after financing was approved. Rayyan said no problem, I want to ensure you select the bike that you will be happy with. He took care of everything. Whenever I text or called he replied quickly and made me feel like family. After the bike was delivered he followed up with me to ensure all was as expected. Thank you Rayyan, from Erick at Fort Hood, Texas!

We purchased a motorcycle from them while living in California, trusting the photos and the word of their sales team--specifically Haneef, Tray, and AJ. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The bike arrived with significant, clearly pre-existing damage that was never disclosed. On top of that, it has serious engine issues and has failed to start multiple times. It was immediately obvious that this was not the condition that was represented to us. My husband has made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with them, but they have completely refused to take any responsibility. They will not buy the bike back, nor will they offer any assistance with repair costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as out-of-state buyers who relied on their honesty. If you are considering buying from Mint Motorcycles-- DON'T. Learn from our experience and take your business elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.
