(Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

The pricing is great, and the detail of what they show and tell about things found helps me better understand what to consider and be aware of for future needs, as well as just learning more about my own vehicle (an auto repair person... I am not). Alex and his crew are friendly, flexible with schedule, and careful to not work on and charge for something that is not needed. I found this out with my wife's Jeep (catalytic work that the dealer simply wanted to do a full replacement, that was not needed). All in all, this is a great shop where you get treated with personal care and trusted work handled on your vehicle. Bonus- this is the kind of shop that reminds me of where my dad took his cars when I was young. Everyone was friendly, knew each other, and it felt very hometown-like. I like that part, too.

The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! So last year in 2025 I needed a control arm and tire rod fixed and a few other things. I looked him up again because he did so good on my truck the 1st time I wanted to utilize his services again. Long story short no services was performed and my money was stolen and he was a no call no show. The only way I could get through to him was to leave a negative review on Google. The response back was lies stating my email was incorrect when my email never change at all still until this day his automated whatever you want to call it still sends me notifications to the same email he claims was incorrect. It sadden me when you try to trust someone and give them money to fix something and utilize their services but they in turn show unprofessionalism and dishonesty and steal your money I can't support a business like that. I have more receipts if need be. I have talked with my lawyers and they will handle the situation at hand.
