What an absolutely amazing gem! We stopped by here late at night when they were about to close and we were hungry. The owners actually opened up the kitchen for us and fed us. The food was incredible and the cocktails were really unique and delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly, and all in all it was a wonderful experience. Please support the small business, it is a real gem in the Kingston area.!

Great spot! Visiting the area and this establishment caught my eye. I've been into special craft cocktails, and pairing appetizers lately. Very glad I stopped here. The decor and the aesthetic of the place is dim lit and ominous, but in a good way. I thought the bottle of water for the table was very cute and cheeky. The appetizers were enough to fill. The star of the show here are the cocktails. I believe I had a zombie which was so good. I am definitely past the stage of drinking just cause and rather drinking great works of art. I will definitely recommend stopping here. I will return to try the rest of the menu!

Love this little place! Went with my girlfriends for our night out. Yummy drinks, delicious food, cozy ambiance with great lighting and a nice soft corner cushion seat. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Overall very happy and will be back in the fall to sit outside.

Lone Wolf definitely feels like a must if you are in the area. From the moment you step in you can tell every detail was considered by Anton and his team. The moody lighting and cozy vibes pair perfectly with the food that hits you like a warm hug. While I came in almost exclusively to try out their cocktails I left just as excited by the food, the corn ribs especially were top notch. That isn't to discount the bar program, a super well curated offering of familiar and challenging drinks that can provide something for anyone's palette. I was incredibly fortunate to get there as they opened and got the chance to really chat with Anton and the dude is great. He spent so much time nerding out on rums and you couldn't help but share his passion for it. I don't know the next time I will be in the Kingston area, but when I am I'll be going back to Lone Wolf.

    Absolutely loved the water labels

My husband and i don't live in Kingston, but we've visited the Lone Wolf twice while in the area. This establishment really excels at cocktails and mocktails. We visited on tiki night most recently and found a lot of great cocktail options on the menu. My husband's Mai Tai tasted solid, and i was particularly impressed with the garden gimlet mocktail! It had a nice depth of flavor without feeling like drinking heavy juice. The decor is really pretty and the vibes are excellent. The staff and management are very nice and the bartenders are very talented.

I recently discovered this place, and I've already been there twice. It is so good. The ambience is really cute. There is a very large bar on one section of the restaurant, and another room with seating on the other side. I have showed up here without a reservation, and have been given a seat by the bar, which was totally fine. Definitely make a reservation if you are a larger party or want to make sure that you get a table. The cocktails are fantastic. They are an absolute delight to the senses. So is the food. My favorite bar snacks there are the vegetarian bao buns and the dumplings. The food is super well seasoned and delicious. This place is awesome. I will definitely be back.

You are welcomed into a cozy, warm and inviting setting. The experience is opened with a signature cocktail that awakens the senses and tantalizes your taste buds. Now the gastronomic adventure kicks into high gear. Every dish was a new experience in sublime flavors. We enjoyed the tuna, scallops, koji aged steak, duck kari and the cauliflower. Each dish was a culinary delight, Chef Anton is a wizard with blending of spices that creates a pyrotechnics of flavor in your mouth!!!! We enjoyed and savored every dish but hands down The Cauliflower dish was the pinnacle of the evening. In this humble diners opinion it should make an appearance on the regular menu from time to time. Thank you Lone Wolf and Chef Anton for your Social consciousness and a fantastic dining experiences. We will be back!!!!

Great meal and drinks! We headed here after a volleyball game at Kingston HS. Quick seating and our waiter, Caden, was very attentive. The fries (takeout) were a hit with both the JV & Varsity Middletown volleyball teams.

Lone Wolf has such a cozy yet modern vibe with great attention to detail in the decor. The food was delicious (we tried the corn ribs, lobster ravioli, confit duck leg, & hoisin meatballs), all so flavorful and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive, and the cocktails pair perfectly with the small plates. A great spot for date night or a night out with friends. Highly recommend!

Service was attentive and our waitress was very nice and helpful. We had the mushroom and duck buns, (I've had a lot of duckbuns) they were delicious. I had the crispy rice spicy tuna app, very good. Drinks were good too. Very cute decor. My sister had the chicken sliders she was worried about the spice but it wasnt very spicy thankfully for her.

Cool upscale vibes at this cocktail/tiki bar in midtown Kingston. I really loved the unique cocktail menu which included some cool mocktail options too! So many options I left wanting to try more! The decor and ambiance inside was dark and cozy for a cold night and the live singer there on a Saturday eve really added to our experience. The service was just ok for our table of 4 but food did come out fast. We tried a little of everything on the small menu and the 2 standouts for me were the ahi tuna rice bites and the ahi tuna nachos. The nachos were soooo special/flavorful but also very messy! The drunken noodles, spring rolls, and fries were also ok. I really loved the plating. I think the prices were reasonable for what we were served. Good place for a cute date night

I was sad when New Paltz lost Fuchsia Tiki, but Lone Wolf is just as, or even better! The drinks are delicious and thoughtfully crafted. The menu of small bites is great, I highly suggest getting a mix of plates. I began with the brussel sprouts, bone marrow, and pork bao buns. All of them were cooked perfectly, and my only mistake was not getting roe on the bone marrow. Oh well, I will be back soon. For dessert, I went with the beignets which were hot, doughy, and delicious with the sauces. The service was excellent, and the spot is just gorgeous. Also Tiki lovers... there is a tiki Sunday!! Yay.

    Is there a wine list?

There was not a large wine list when we went but the choices they had were very nice. The selection might of changed, but Lone Wolf is a very cool cocktail bar with wonderful small bite dishes.

The bar is open for walk-ins, greeting from the host/owner(?) was pleasant from the get-go and our server, was also on point the entire evening. For those who believe that sharing is caring when eating out, this might be for you! However, Mirador is one of those places where you look behind the menu and expect more options. This loosely inspired Andalucian spot offers selections way smaller than a typical tapa- but, in so saying, it's much loved for the vibe and menu. Although Mirador has accepted the Andalucian way, the food culture hasn't made its way to the menu and missed the mark on some heavy-duty Spaniard ingredients such as garbanzos, GARLIC, shrimp, etc. And while we're having that conversation, our "sangria" wasn't what we expected and made with tequila ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. We could barely taste the 4 tiny slivers of fluke crudo underneath a big citrusy and icy/foamy cloud topping and the same with the Chanterelles in our croquettes. If you want your customers to leave fast, then serve smaller-than-typical-tapas. The biggest tapa for us was a thinly sliced fennel+green salad in a refreshing dressing. If you want to sop up some bread in shrimp+ garlicky oil- none of the classic tapas are here. On the flip side, you come to Mirador because they do a terrific job of bringing people together over super lite and inventive bites and sips.

The restaurant is housed in a beautifully renovated industrial-style merchant building right on the Kingston waterfront, and if you can grab outdoor seating, it's a great place to relax while watching the boats come and go. It's also kid-friendly, which made brunch with the family easy and enjoyable. Instead of ordering entrees, we decided to work our way through the appetizer menu. The standouts were the lobster and trout dip (our favorite of the meal), the root beer based wings, and the fresh oysters. Everything else was fine--good quality, but nothing that completely blew us away. One thing that really caught our attention was the Sunday all-you-can-eat-and-drink brunch. It had a lively crowd, an outdoor DJ, and looked like people were having a fantastic time. However, we were never offered and found it too late to inquire after ordering from the menu already. Overall, The Cornell is worth checking out for the waterfront location, relaxed atmosphere, and fun brunch scene. While the food didn't quite match the setting, it was still a very enjoyable family outing, and the few standout dishes make it worth a return visit.

But the truly beyond-horrible service made this an absolutely dreadful experience. The first thing the waitress did was take our drink orders. The person before me orders a Coke, and she says they have Pepsi products. So he orders a Pepsi. I order a Mountain Dew (a Pepsi product), and she says she doesn't know if they have it. How do you not know if they have it? But, to keep things moving and easier, I just get a Pepsi. The rest of the table orders their drinks and waits. And waits, and waits. 45 minutes later people had eaten their food, and everyone at the table is still waiting for their drinks. Two different waitresses said 3 different times the waitress says, "it's coming". I finally got fed up and left before our time was completely done because I was on the verge of saying something that probably would've gotten me arrested. Talking to people outside after, apparently, the drinks did finally come after getting a 3rd waitress and an additional 15 minutes. And they were watered down.

After a few small tastes of the beers on tap, we each settled on a pint. My favorites were the Marzen, which was like a light and crisp Oktoberfest, and the Rauchbier, which possessed an unique smokiness. We also shared a soft Pretzel, which was the best we had ever had! Its sourdough interior was made from a locally-sourced flour, and its exterior had a rich, brew-inspired coating. It was served with a creamy, salted butter that was divine. We're from NJ where breweries are only allowed to serve the beer they brew on site and nothing else, so seeing food, wine, and cocktails on the menu was a novelty for us.
